New World, Abora's Deputy A&R Manager for Music, brings an extraordinary orchestral uplifting track to Abora Skies, as featured on Armin van Buuren's A State of Trance.

The track begins cheerfully as energetic basslines and a light-hearted piano melody set the stage and lead the listener into the breakdown, where things take an atmospheric and orchestral turn. Beautiful string melodies and arpeggios rise, fall, and rise again.

Emotions never stop developing throughout the climax, keeping the listener interested and uplifted. At the end of the song's emotional journey the mood is brought to a blissful conclusion and this leaves the listener feeling full of life.

Dimitri Kechagias review: The exceptional record label Abora Skies continues to be at the very front of the uplifting trance scene with stand out releases that always manage to reach the highest positions on the well known charts and become instant favourites for many well known djs such as Armin van Buuren. The latest release on the beloved is the magnificent Giver of Life by New World. This track encapsulates all the elements that make trance so superb and the most beloved EDM genre. Solid composition with tight beats, driving basslines and warm strings that nicely lead us on the very long breakdown. Cinematic classical orchestral music theme, epic strings, female chorus vocals and piano melody to touch you straight to your heart. Its the type of trance music that you close your eyes and you are easily transferred to another dimension and even within the studio set of Hollywood blockbusters. Giver of Life is high class, eclectic uplifting trancer that for many underground trance followers may sound too clean cut and innocent but for those who appreciate strong melodic themes with roots in classical music and film scores music will fell in love with this outstanding trancer easily. If young producers have as a goal to produce trance anthems should study this trancer and reach its craft and exceptional sounddesign. #PureGold #ThisIsWhatICallTrance, Love iT

Not to be missed!

Dimitri Kechagias review: Fraction records never fail to impress with its wide variety of high class releases. Absolution by the upcoming and very talented Sean Mathews from Oxford is powerbanger of the highest quality. Rough and furius with tough rocking bouncy hard beats, energetic crowd moving basslines and very strong melodic themes. Straight forward pure uplifting trancer that is based on the strength of its melodic contents and particularly the long and atmospheric breakdown with huge build up of euphoric synths along with epic strings in order to land on the massive full on hands in the air feel good climax. You can feel energized and totally abducted from reality and transferred to another space. Steve Morley on the other side follows the UK trance style with rough construction, adrenaline injecting basslines and synthy leads that run throughout the track along with some acid overtones. It combines uplifting and psy trance elements in one very explosive package.  His final sequence is going to move mountains, skyscrapers and even the Eiffel Monument in Paris. Last but not least Estigma is on board as well and he service the tougher tech focused rework that is melodic and euphoric with nice twist in the main melody that recalls Paul van Dyk tracks while his climax is centred around the percussion like melody that is darker and harder and less pure trance. If you play on underground trance clubs that demand less melodies more basslines this version is the best to play and get the crowd applauding. This Is What I Call Trance! Love iT

1. Solarcoaster (Markus Schulz Remix)
2. Solarcoaster (Protoculture Remix)
3. Solarcoaster (Original Mix Remastered)

One of the biggest classics in trance music sees a brand new, re-mastered version, as well as remixes of Protoculture and Markus Schulz out on Captivating Sounds. In the 11 years since its release, Solarstone’s ‘Solarcoaster’ never left the dance floors.
And it won’t, for a very long time.

With South-Africa’s Protoculture adding a mystique, deep proggy touch to this legendary record, and Markus Schulz synthing this baby to peak-time, ‘Solarcoaster’ is ready for its next round of plays.

Dimitri Kechagias review: Armada Music in its rich backcatalogue includes some of the most important trance tracks of the last decade. One of them is the seminal Solarstone production Solarcoaster that still remains in our hearts with its easily recognisable and totally unforgettable stand out melody. Captivating Sounds part of Armada Music presents two exceptional new versions that the modern trance audiences will easily appreciate. First of all the pioneer and inventor of the dark haunting progressive sound Markus Schulz deliver his big room interpretation that bangs and shakes with rough and raw basslines, techy beats, side chain effects along with haunting strings. The breakdown is the hair raising moment you expect as after the well known spoken vocal sample the fantastic melody is revealed and comes to the very front to raise the hair from your back and drive you wild on the dancefloor. His climax is fat and spanking with the well known riff repeated upon the deep but highly energetic basslines. Markus Schulz never fails to impress me and once again he offers the superb remake that this classic deserves. The South African star Protoculture sounds the most wise to remix this anthem as well as I believe that his style is very close to the Solarstone's original and maybe his influenced from Solarstone as well. His rolling basslines, the pumping beats, the excellent percussion, the mouthwatering atmosphere and the whole sounddesign elevates the original into a modern powerful club trancer that will go down really well with its acid overtones and rich soundtextures. He even introduce brand new mesmerizing melodies to tottaly hypnotize the listener and nicely to lead us in his cinematic breakdown and meet again this superb synthy riff that will awake memories from the first trance parties that this mega anthem was played. Highly recommended. This Is What I Call Trance! Love iT

Michele's latest offering is 'Life', which yet again, is a great example of pure uplifting trance. True to form, he's taken time to deliver two versions of the track, each with their own character. This is a must for any discerning trance fan!

Dimitri Kechagias review: The uplifting trance fans waiting with anticipation for the brand new release by the Mexican talent Michele Cecchi. The track is called Life and as you can easily understand is such a wonderful optimistic track that is like the celebration of life.It includes Red & Green mixes. The Red mix is a solid powerful uplifting trancer in its most purest form. It follows the codes and conventions with faith and builds an impressive banger that will uplift your senses straight away. Long breakdown with cinematic epic strings and the presentation of the main melodic theme. When the beat kicks back it goes straight to the point uplifting trance smasher with big orchestral strings and euphoric synths that give the impression that the track is very fast and powerful to the maximum. Green mix contains a lighter kickdrum but its super fast and energetic with dynamic basslines and the epic melodic theme working like a treat for the pure trance sets. It contains some clever  sound effects here and there in order to raise the pressure to the maximum. This Is What I Call Trance, Love iT
