Once wasn’t nearly enough ...

After the reception their first assembly received (on 2023’s ‘Lost & Found’ for Pretty Pink’s ‘Born Digital’ album), Christian Burns and Anne Karolczak needed little convincing to reconvene. This time around it’s the lead-out single to Burn’s 2026-forthcoming longplayer and recapturing that chemistry for ‘Fall To You’ looks as effortlessly alchemic as their debut.

‘Fall To You’ offers a January-hopeful counterpoint to those old lyrical narratives of fracture and loss. Leaning instead into clarity and forward-looking intent, Christian’s words capture that moment where belief in a relationship crystalises, and trust establishes.

Christian delivers his song in a ‘time-suspended’ manner, allowing its themes to unfold without imposition. Carrying quiet fortitude, it drifts rather than drives, hovering atop Anne’s arrangement.

In that, Pretty Pink shapes her production around a pulsing, pensive electronic core, where soft bleeps and restrained synth detailing keep it in perpetual motion. Internationally renowned DJ and producer Sonny Fodera unveils his latest single ‘Think About Us’, a heavyweight collaboration with D.O.D and rising vocal force Poppy Baskcomb.

This new release is the latest in a standout run of singles for Sonny on his independent label, Solotoko. His smash hit ‘Somedays’, also in collaboration with D.O.D and with Jazzy on vocals, has just been recognised with two ARIA Award nominations for Song of the Year and Best Dance/Electronic Release, having hit platinum status in both the UK and Australia, entering the Top 5 in the UK chart and earning a Song of the Year nomination at the 2025 BRIT Awards (notably the only independent release in the category). Alongside Sonny’s other recent charting hits including ‘All This Time’,‘Tell Me’, ‘Mind Still’, and ‘Asking’, Solotoko has become one of the first independent dance labels to score two UK Top 10 singles in just 12 months.

D.O.D continues to ride a wave of momentum of his own. After becoming a standout moment on their “Bigger Than All Of Us” album and a fan-favorite across their North American tour, Above & Beyond’s collaboration with rising star Malou - ‘Letting Go’ - receives an expansive remix package, seeing the track reimagined for dancefloors and deeper listening alike, with brand-new remixes from Rinzen and Drove.

Originally released in July, ‘Letting Go' was the first collaboration between Above & Beyond and German-Hawaiian singer-songwriter Malou, whose introspective, soulful vocals have helped define a new generation of emotive electronic music, having previously collaborated with Ben Böhmer and Nils Hoffmann on ‘Breathing’.

As the group’s North American amphitheater tour got underway in summer 2025, ‘Letting Go’ took on a second life. Above & Beyond debuted a powerful new Club Mix - darkening the synth palette, upping the tempo, and transforming the track into a euphoric peak-time anthem. Played across sold-out venues including Forest Hills Stadium and Shoreline Amphitheater, it has quickly become a live favourite, finally being officially released in late November.

J Ribbon returns to Anjunabeats with 'Won't Stop'.

Progressive house producer Johnny Paul Newman signed to Pete Tong’s renowned label FFRR Records when he was just 15. Now releasing under the alias J Ribbon, the 21-year old is already making waves in the Ibiza club circuit as a UNVRS Ibiza resident DJ. Johnny is also one half of dance duo Rathbone Place, whose 2021 single 'Be Free' saw support from Mark Knight, Jax Jones, Sigala, Bakermat and Martin Garrix, as well as BBC Radio 1’s Pete Tong, Danny Howard, Annie Mac, Arielle Free and more.

Last year, J Ribbon made his Anjunabeats debut with 'My Habitat' as part of our Rising EP series, which saw spins from Adriatique, KREAM, Sam Divine, Don Diablo, Einmusik, Paco Osuna and beyond. Belters Only: “We were in the middle of writing sessions back & forth in London and we came across a video of Debbie singing online. We instantly sent it to our team at the time and said we wanted to work with her. We done a bit of digging and realized she was on Nines’ latest album ‘Crop Circle 3’ which was one of our favorites at the time. ​ We got writing in London together and that’s how ‘I Love You’ came about. It was such a natural session, everything fell into place. We actually have sat on this for a year and now here we are, really excited to release it to the world.”
