Founded by trance music stalwarts Ferry Tayle and TonKs, the collaborative project Mirage aims to modernize classic tracks with analog synths and drum machines. They are showcasing their recently launched moniker with their label debut on Dreamstate Records. "Take Your Flight" is a stunning techno-trance single, equipped with groovy drums, swaying pads filled with euphoria, pulsating basslines, and fast scudding tones, all of which are broken up by a cinematic and dystopic spoken-word fueled breakdown.
The two members originally released their first collab in 2006, and decided to form Mirage in 2023, having since released tracks a string of singles including "Chimera" and "Resonate," with tastemaker support from Aly & Fila, Solarstone, Alex M.O.R.P.H, Ronski Speed, JES, XiJaro & Pitch.
