With a legacy in dance music spanning over two decades and multiple aliases, the British multi-instrumentalist, Darren Tate, has racked up twelve Top 40 UK singles across his established career as DT8 Project, Angelic with Judge Jules, Jurgen Vries, Orion and Citizen Caned.
In 2022, the UK Top 10 charting producer joined forces with Above & Beyond’s Jono Grant to form JODA. Released on Anjunabeats, their self-titled debut album has since seen over 10 million combined streams worldwide. Most recently, Darren Tate released the 'In This Space EP', multiple singles on his own label Mondo and collaborated with Leeka Punks on 'Mokshe'.
With his wide-ranging catalogue: from emotional trance and progressive, to his peak-time techno, to his down-tempo chill and ambient renditions, Genix is an established act who has been touring his own headline shows for over a decade and ticked off festival mainstages around the world.
Following the success of his ‘YOU.ME.NOW’ campaign and his acclaimed debut album ‘199X’, Genix has maintained his momentum with a string of collaborations. This run includes tracks with MC Lethal, James Dean, and Leena Punks, culminating in his latest UK-flavored speed garage single, ‘Feels Like’, featuring Bebi (aka Bruce Karlsson).
Now, both label mainstays and prolific UK trance names, Darren Tate & Genix, team up for their first dance floor anthem together on ‘Taking Us Higher’.
[content title="Summary" label="Overall Score"]Darren Tate & Genix’s “Taking Us Higher” stands as a masterclass in modern progressive trance production, delivering a 132 BPM anthem that effortlessly blends techno-inspired drive with the euphoric sensibilities of early rave and UK garage. From the very first beat, the track establishes a seamless rhythm and groove that is both hypnotic and propulsive, creating a strong sense of forward momentum that captivates dance floors. The kick and bassline work in perfect unison, establishing a tight low-end foundation that enhances both energy flow and crowd engagement, while the percussive elements are crisp and meticulously layered to preserve dynamic range and maintain BPM consistency for smooth DJ integration. The melodic identity of “Taking Us Higher” is carried by soaring synth hooks and lush harmonic layers that showcase Darren Tate and Genix’s refined ear for musical storytelling. The breakdowns feature ethereal pads and vocal chops that float in a well-designed spatial mix, giving the listener a sense of immersion and atmospheric depth. This thoughtful use of sonic space, coupled with precise effects and reverb design, adds to the track’s emotional resonance. As the drop hits, the dynamic energy surges with a euphoric melodic climax that balances loudness and clarity, ensuring a powerful yet non-fatiguing listening experience. Transitions, drops, and build-ups are crafted with a high level of originality and cohesion, reflecting the duo’s artistry and experience in structuring peak-time trance anthems. The arrangement is both DJ-friendly and narratively engaging, with intro and outro segments designed for clean cue points and loop potential, enabling seamless integration into club and festival sets. The track’s production quality speaks to state-of-the-art sound design, where each element—from the house-inspired vocal samples to the finely tuned effects—serves the overall progression of energy. Beyond its technical excellence, “Taking Us Higher” demonstrates a profound impact on human wellness and mental well-being. Scientific research highlights that music with rhythmic predictability and uplifting harmonics can stimulate dopamine release and activate reward centers in the brain (Salimpoor et al., 2011). High-energy trance and progressive house tracks like this are particularly suited for fitness routines, high-intensity interval training, and wellness classes, as studies have shown that music with a tempo between 120–140 BPM can improve exercise performance and perceived exertion levels (Karageorghis & Priest, 2012). The euphoric melodic peaks and immersive atmosphere can also alleviate stress and induce flow states, supporting both mental health and creative thinking. In the context of live performance, “Taking Us Higher” is a guaranteed crowd-pleaser. Its dynamic architecture and festival-ready sonic profile ensure high audience engagement, fostering collective emotional resonance and positive social bonding, aligned with research on the psychological benefits of shared musical experiences (Dingle et al., 2019). By uniting technical mastery with emotional depth, Darren Tate & Genix have delivered not only a club weapon but also a track with tangible wellness benefits. #PureGold Loveit [/content]

Two staple names from the Anjunabeats roster combine for a fresh new speed garage track.
'Feels Like' sees label mainstay, Genix, known for his anthemic trance, progressive and rave inspired production, join forces with his longtime friend Bruce Karlsson, known as Bebi, for their first duo collaboration.
Both artists have been releasing on Anjunabeats for well over a decade, and close friends for just as long. Fans will be well acquainted with Genix after his recent ‘YOU.ME.NOW’ campaign and before that, his wildly popular debut album ‘199X’. Genix’s wide-ranging catalogue: from emotional trance and progressive, to his Warehouse55 brand that brings peak-time techno to the dancefloor, to his down-tempo chill and ambient renditions. He’s an established act who has been touring his own headline shows for over a decade and ticked off festival mainstages around the world, with ‘Feels Like’ the latest addition to his burgeoning catalogue.
Bebi too has been on the label in various aliases for just as long: as Norin of Norin & Rad, 1/3 of Fatum, as part of Artificial - a combination of Norin and Rad and Andrew Bayer, and finally as part of Bad Royale, the latter including three different remixes/reworks for Above & Beyond in collaboration with Anjunabeats and Mad Decent. It’s safe to say the two of them have had quite the history. As Bruce describes their relationship:
“Damion and I have had a long friendship from my early days being in Norin & Rad. I first met him on his first US gigs, and we instantly became brothers - especially after confirming this through face swaps on Snapchat while at a show together! We have been talking about this collab for years. I’m so glad that it's finally here, and it couldn't be a better time!” - Bebi
“I remember Bruce becoming a friend of mine after one of my first trips over to the US to DJ. We have so many great memories of DJing and hanging out together over the years, it was about time for us to release a record. I’m really glad to release ‘Feels Like’, it’s long over due.” - Genix
On ‘Feels Like’, the duo take a departure from their usual trance & progressive styles, bringing fans a bouncing, UK-flavoured speed garage track which they've been working on for well over a year. ‘Feels Like’ was officially debuted live in 2025 in Avant Gardener's Great Hall for the NYC Anjuna 25 show.
Genix deems Bebi “one of the finest producers on Anjunabeats in the past couple of decades”. When asked about the great parts of his career he says it's always “making crazy stories and great friends” which certainly comes through with this latest release.
Genix & Bebi 'Feels Like' is out now on Anjunabeats.
[content title="Summary" label="Overall Score"]Genix & Bebi’s “Feels Like” is an exhilarating 135 BPM modern trance track that masterfully incorporates elements of speed garage and rave culture, resulting in an energetic, feel-good anthem. Each transition and build-up is executed with precision, allowing the track to flow seamlessly from one section to the next, while the drops provide euphoric release moments that are both club- and festival-ready. The energy flow is sustained by intricate layering of melodic hooks and harmonic textures, demonstrating the duo’s expertise in both composition and production techniques. From a technical perspective, the sound design and production quality are of top-tier standard. The mix is wide and immersive, with a perfect dynamic range that balances loudness with clarity. Spatial effects and reverb are used creatively to give the track depth, while subtle effects and automation add movement and dimension. The arrangement is original yet coherent, with a storytelling arc that engages the listener from the first beat to the outro. Vocals are tastefully processed and placed, contributing emotional resonance that elevates the overall atmosphere. Scientifically, music like “Feels Like” has been shown to positively impact mental health and well-being. Research indicates that electronic dance music with uplifting harmonics and steady rhythmic drive can stimulate dopamine release, enhance mood, and reduce stress (Thoma et al., 2013). The track’s high-energy yet harmonically satisfying arrangement makes it ideal for fitness and wellness environments, where music with a BPM between 120–140 has been linked to improved exercise performance and endurance (Karageorghis & Priest, 2012). Furthermore, the track’s immersive sound design and euphoric climaxes can foster feelings of communal engagement and joy in group settings, enhancing social well-being. Its catchiness, replay value, and crowd reaction potential are undeniable, making it suitable for any high-energy DJ set. The intro and outro are structured for easy integration with other tracks, providing clear cue points and looping potential for creative live mixing. In sum, “Feels Like” is not only a technical and artistic triumph but also a track with meaningful benefits for listeners’ emotional and physical wellness. #PureGold Loveit[/content]

Genix drops five chillout reworks of his 2024 album ‘YOU.ME.NOW’ on Anjunachill.
A core figure in the Anjuna family since first joining the label in 2012, Genix has become one of its most consistent and versatile artists, best known for his club-driven, nostalgia-tinged productions on Anjunabeats. Building on over a decade of innovation across the electronic spectrum, he is an internationally respected DJ and producer whose career spans headline tours, global festival appearances and landmark achievements including Guinness World Records.
Following the success of ‘YOU.ME.NOW’ - which has amassed over 9 million streams alongside a 20+ date headline tour - the ‘Chill Mixes’ EP offers a different perspective on the album, swapping peak-time energy for immersive textures, warm melodies and moments of introspection. The EP features five tracks, with vocals from LYCA, Joe Haze, Zashanell, Sandy Chambers and JVMIE.
Speaking on the EP, Genix notes:
“It’s so much fun transforming my music into something completely different and giving it a new lease of life in another genre. Remixing club tracks into chill versions can be a really thought-provoking challenge, and I spent a lot of time focusing on the smaller details and adding depth and unique sounds. I even imagined myself lying on a beach with my headphones on tapping into that sense of relaxation and connection to the music. I’m really happy with how they turned out!”
‘YOU.ME.NOW (Chill Mixes)’ EP is out now on Anjunachill.
Out now on Anjunabeats: Leena Punks & Genix ‘So Good’.
Greece born and London based DJ and Producer Leena Punks initially began her DJ career as a radio host, soon playing in party cities such as Athens, Mykonos, London, Berlin, Zurich, and Ibiza. Leena has been regularly featured on BBC Radio 1, winning the station's coveted 'One To Watch' nod, two 'Hottest Record' features and numerous spins across Pete Tong, Danny Howard & Jaguar's shows.
Further stamping her mark on the UK dance world, she kicked off the year with her own residency night HESTEA at London’s E1. Since then, Leena has travelled across Europe & the US, holding a residency spot at Ibiza’s iconic Amnesia, joining Ben Hemsley and KETTAMA throughout this summer. Her ‘Dawn Of The Dead’ edit has also been heavily played out by dance pioneers Faithless during their 2024 and 2025 global tour.
“I have always loved the gritty, euphoric electro sound of the 2000s and early 2010s and that energy was a big inspiration for this record. Working with Genix on the track was amazing, he is so talented and we connected on the direction from the very start.” says Leena.
Leena continues, “we first premiered the track at Avant Gardner last April and then at Phonox a few weeks ago and I have been playing it in my sets ever since. It has quickly become one of my most requested IDs.”
With the success of his album, 'YOU.ME.NOW', totalling over 9M streams to date and a subsequent tour with more than 20 headline dates, last year was a massive year for Genix. Kicking off 2025, he joined Anjunabeats at multiple label shows, including the Anjunabeats Showcase in Austin, Texas, the Anjunabeats Miami Pool Party, the Anjuna25 showcase in New York City at Avant Gardner in May and most recently the sold-out London show at Phonox.
Earlier this year, Genix released his ‘Rave Digger EP’, a collection of dance-floor anthems including a rework of MC Lethal’s 1992 hit, trance banger ‘Amnesia’ which pays tribute to the legendary Ibiza nightclub and nostalgic floor-filler ‘Dreams’ featuring a vocal sample from Chaka Khan’s 1980 hit ‘Clouds’. The EP has been making waves on dance charts across the UK and on club dance floors world wide.
Now, Leena Punks and Genix team up on their first collaboration with ‘So Good’, recently road tested by both artists last month at each of their own London gigs, with Leena Punks debuting the record at E1 and Genix surprising fans with it at Phonox.
Dimitris Kechagias Review: [review top="1"] [item value="10"]Leena Punks & Genix - So Good [/item]
[content title="Summary" label="Overall Score"]Leena Punks and Genix deliver a stunning collaboration with So Good, released on Anjunabeats, seamlessly merging euphoric progressive trance with modern production techniques. The track sits at a steady 130 BPM, characterized by a driving, proglifting groove and pulsating basslines. The rhythmic structure is impeccably designed for both club and festival environments, with thumping kicks providing a solid foundation. Layered melodic hooks and harmonic textures evolve throughout the arrangement, building toward an expansive, choir-like chorus that invites full audience participation. From a technical perspective, So Good showcases high-end digital sound design with meticulous attention to spatial imaging. The dynamic range is carefully balanced, allowing the low-end energy to coexist with shimmering highs and lush mid-range pads. Transitional build-ups and drops are executed with precision via automation of filters, reverb swells, and subtle pitch risers, ensuring that every peak feels earned and immersive. The track’s cohesive structure enhances its replay value, giving DJs versatile cue points and loop potential for seamless integration into live sets. The production techniques employed here reflect both artists’ expertise in hybrid analog-digital workflows. Clean sidechain compression allows the kick and bass to breathe, while multi-band processing enhances clarity across the spectrum. The vocal layers, particularly the anthemic choir lines, are treated with stereo widening and harmonic saturation to create a euphoric, enveloping soundscape. These elements not only maximize emotional resonance but also provide a sense of lift and release, vital in trance and progressive festival music. Beyond its technical excellence, So Good has notable positive effects on mental health, fitness, and wellness settings. Scientific studies have shown that listening to music with a 120–140 BPM range can elevate mood, enhance endurance during workouts, and stimulate dopamine release (Karageorghis & Priest, 2012; Zatorre & Salimpoor, 2013). The euphoric progressions and rhythmic predictability of trance music can induce flow states and reduce stress levels, making this track ideal for high-energy fitness classes, yoga flow playlists, or mental reset sessions. Research on music therapy also suggests that uplifting electronic music can foster emotional resilience and social connection in group environments (Koelsch, 2014). The synergy between Leena Punks and Genix demonstrates both artistic identity and technical mastery, resulting in a record that is as club-ready as it is emotionally revitalizing. Road-tested at premier venues like E1 and Phonox, So Good has proven its ability to elicit strong crowd reactions and sustain dance floor energy, solidifying its place as a versatile weapon in any DJ’s arsenal. #PureGold Love IT [/content]

Genix returns to Anjunabeats with 'Rave Digger EP', a collection of dance-floor anthems.
With the success of his album, 'YOU.ME.NOW', totalling over 9M streams to date and a subsequent tour with more than 20 headline dates, 2024 was a massive year for Genix. Just early this year, he joined Anjunabeats at multiple label shows, including the Anjunabeats Showcase in Austin, Texas, the Anjunabeats Miami Pool Party and most recently the Anjuna25 showcase in New York City at Avant Gardner in May.
After marking his return in early July with trance banger ‘Amnesia’, a tribute to the legendary Ibiza nightclub, the British producer then followed up with the title track, 'Rave Digger'. A rework of MC Lethal's 1992 hit, the track originally debuted during Genix's set at iconic London venue, Battersea Power Station, and has since become a staple part of his sets for the past year.
Alongside singles 'Amnesia' and 'Rave Digger', the EP also features 'Dreams', a collaboration with British DJ and producer James Dean, who played the track at Creamfields Festival last year. The trance floor-filler features a nostalgic vocal sample from the 1980's Chaka Khan hit 'Clouds'. The EP also features a breakbeat rework of 'Rave Digger'.
[content title="Summary" label="Overall Score"]The Genix Rave Digger EP is a compelling collection that seamlessly bridges the nostalgic energy of early rave culture with contemporary electronic production techniques. This EP features four tracks: "Rave Digger," "Amnesia," "Dreams with James Dean," and a breaks mix of "Rave Digger." Each track offers a distinct sonic journey, infused with trance, house, and techno influences that harken back to the euphoric sounds of the '90s while embracing modern dynamics and clarity. 1. Rave Digger: This title track is a powerful homage to the golden days of rave, encapsulating the raw, euphoric energy that defined the era. The track opens with driving, punchy kick drums and crisp hi-hats, layered with a rolling bassline that evokes classic acid house vibes. The melodic lead, drenched in bright, staccato synth stabs, carries a trance-like quality, creating an atmospheric build-up that bursts into an infectious drop. The production showcases meticulous attention to detail with subtle reverb effects and expertly crafted filters that maintain dynamic flow throughout the track. 2. Amnesia: "Amnesia" takes a deeper, more introspective turn while still upholding the EP's rave essence. The track blends ethereal pads with a hypnotic, looping melody, reminiscent of early progressive trance. The bassline is sub-heavy yet smooth, complemented by crisp percussive elements that add rhythmic complexity. The use of delay and reverb effects on the synth lines creates a spacious, immersive soundscape. Production-wise, "Amnesia" demonstrates Genix's skill in balancing melodic elements with a solid, dancefloor-ready groove. 3. Dreams with James Dean: Perhaps the most emotionally charged track on the EP, "Dreams with James Dean" features soulful vocal chops layered over lush, resonant chord progressions. The track effortlessly fuses trance's emotive melodies with the rhythmic drive of house. The kick is warm and rounded, sitting perfectly in the mix alongside a groovy, syncopated bassline. The breakdown introduces a cinematic quality, with sweeping pads and a subtle crescendo that leads back into a euphoric drop. The production shines through in the clarity of each element, ensuring none are lost in the mix. 4. Rave Digger (Breaks Mix): This breaks interpretation of "Rave Digger" offers a refreshing twist, replacing the standard four-on-the-floor beat with intricate breakbeat patterns. The track retains the rave stabs and melodic motifs of the original but infuses them with a grittier, more underground feel. The breakbeat drums are punchy and well-layered, with snappy snares and rolling hi-hats that add dynamic movement. The use of glitch effects and chopped samples showcases Genix's experimental side, while the tight production ensures the track remains cohesive and energetic. Across the EP, Genix demonstrates a masterful grasp of modern production techniques. The sound design is rich and textured, with a balance of analog warmth and digital precision. EQing is meticulous, allowing each element its own space within the mix. Compression is used effectively to add punch without squashing dynamics, and the stereo field is thoughtfully utilized to create width and depth. The seamless blending of nostalgic rave elements with contemporary sounds speaks to Genix's deep understanding of both the history and future of electronic music. #PureGold Love IT [/content]

Off the back of his 2024 album, ‘YOU.ME.NOW’, mainstay artist Genix marks his return to Anjunabeats with new single, ‘Amnesia’.
With the success of his album, totaling over 9M streams to date and a subsequent tour with more than 20 headline dates, 2024 was a massive year for Genix. Just early this year, he joined Anjunabeats at multiple label shows, including the Anjunabeats Showcase in Austin, Texas, the Anjunabeats Miami Pool Party and most recently the Anjuna25 showcase in New York City at Avant Gardner in May.
The inspiration behind ‘Amnesia' comes from the British DJ and producer’s own experiences in the famous Amnesia Ibiza nightclub during his youth and is a tribute to the nostalgic sounds and music that inhabited the venue. Having been road tested over the past six months by both himself and Above & Beyond, 'Amnesia' fuses together that nostalgic feel with the classic Genix trance sound.
With more music to come this year and more shows on the horizon, this new release sets the scene for the latest chapter of Genix.
[content title="Summary" label="Overall Score"]The inspiration behind ‘Amnesia’ stems from the British DJ and producer’s personal experiences at the iconic Amnesia Ibiza nightclub, creating a tribute to the nostalgic soundscape that defined the venue. Technically, ‘Amnesia’ stands as a quintessential Genix production, meticulously crafted to evoke both euphoria and reminiscence. At its core, ‘Amnesia’ is a 134 BPM proglifting trance track, a hallmark tempo that balances energetic drive with melodic fluidity. The production begins with tightly programmed techy drums, characterized by crisp hi-hats and sharp snares, establishing a rhythmic foundation that commands attention. Layered over this are pulsating basslines—crafted using side-chaining compression techniques to ensure dynamic interplay with the kick drum, adding depth and groove. The thumping kicks are engineered with precision, using multi-band EQ and saturation to achieve a punchy, resonant quality that cuts through the mix without overpowering. These are complemented by atmospheric pads and arpeggiated synths, carefully designed with modulation effects like reverb and delay to create an expansive soundstage. The breakdown is a masterclass in euphoric tension-building. Here, Genix employs lush, colorful synths with wide stereo imaging, underpinned by subtle harmonic layers that gradually build emotional intensity. Automation of filter sweeps and reverb tails helps transition smoothly into the track’s climax—a vibrant, optimistic burst of melodic energy. The drop reintroduces the driving kick and bass with added melodic motifs, enhancing the sense of euphoria. Throughout ‘Amnesia,’ nostalgic themes are woven seamlessly with modern trance elements, showcasing Genix’s adeptness at blending the old with the new. The meticulous attention to detail in production techniques, from sound design to dynamic mixing, ensures that ‘Amnesia’ is not just a track but an immersive auditory journey. #PureGold indeed, an exhilarating homage that resonates both technically and emotionally. #PureGold Love IT[/content]

Kasablanca release the first remix package of their debut studio album, 'Higher Resolution', out now on Anjunabeats.
Hitting milestone after milestone, Kasablanca has quickly risen through the ranks of dance music must-see acts over the past four years. Led by the title track of the same name, Side A of their debut studio album 'Higher Resolution' has been the duo's latest step on their meteoric rise.
Following a short hiatus from touring and music at the start of 2024, Kasablanca kicked off the first half of their album with their hit collaboration with Lane 8 on 'Remission', marking their official return since debuting the track during their live set at Ultra Music Festival in Miami, Chile, and Peru. This was followed by three more lead-up singles, 'Terminal Feeling', 'Daydream' with anam?, and finally, viral hit 'Breathe'; an official cover of The Prodigy. With over 10M views on socials, the track has seen support worldwide from streaming platforms, DJs, and radio stations alike.
Now, 'Higher Resolution (Side A)' features a host of new remixes from a wide range of artists hand-picked by the band themselves. The first track in the selection comes from American producer CVMRN, who fans might recognize from his 'In Sequence' remix for Kasablanca in 2023. His latest remix of 'Dawn' starts off the remix package in tasteful form, as always.
Originally debuted on SiriusXM Chill last year, Kasablanca is officially releasing their Chill Mix of 'Remission' with Lane 8. Label fans will also be excited to finally get their hands on Genix's remix of 'Daydream' with anam?, which he's been playing in his shows recently. Moving in a different direction and leaning a bit darker with their first remix releases on Anjunabeats, Township Rebellion and Moritz Hofbauer both deliver excellent masterclasses in their melodic techno renditions of 'Higher Resolution' and 'Clarity' respectively.
Sam WOLFE brings the energy with his debut remix on the label, whose recent releases have been tearing up dance floors worldwide over the past year. "This was a really exciting opportunity for me, as I feel like this remix for Kasablanca was a fun way to explore something a little different, both for myself and for a label like Anjunabeats". The Atlanta-based producer has been making a big name with a typically harder techno sound and style, which is evident in his remix of 'Clarity, ' which provides another impressive rework of the anthemic track.
Rounding out the remix package is a beautiful melodic house remix of 'Terminal Feeling' by Otherwish, a mainstay artist on This Never Happened and supporting artist for label boss Lane 8 on many upcoming shows this spring.
Following the successful release of the album, with over 10M streams to date, Kasablanca kicked off their album tour in North America across over 15 states. The duo will continue their touring in 2025 with Lollapalooza in Chile, Argentina, and Brazil at the end of March, followed by Colombia and Guatemala in May.

[content title="Summary" label="Overall Score"]Genix goes back to the roots and delivers the excellent rave house anthem Lights, Sound, Camera, Action with the magnificent vocals by flowanastasia. For this track he adopts bouncy techy basslines, dark moody bouncy kick, thumping percussion and cool sweet melodies and hi-nrg style understated synths in the breakdown when the vocals come to the surface for the ultimate hands in the air moment. You can imagine that this beauty will explode out of any proportions with that late 90's type of housey vibe with some cool rave influences too. What Can I say about Genix who surprises us once again and we can not resist to share the dancefloor with him. Infectious and addictive to the maximum. #PureGold Love iT [/content]

Genix drops the latest volume of his 'Warehouse55' EP series, out now on Anjunabeats.
The evolution of Damion 'Damo' Houchen, a.k.a. Genix, continues. The past two years have seen the UK producer release his debut album '199X', close Above & Beyond’s Group Therapy Weekender at The Gorge Amphitheatre, launch his club-oriented ‘Warehouse55’ EP series and event brand, and sell out two headline Warehouse 55 events in London and Los Angeles. A return to the club music that made him an in-demand DJ, 'Warehouse55' embraces the harder side of Damo’s sound.
Released last summer, his debut Warehouse55 EP gained support from Joris Voorn, who spun 'Ba55 I5land' in his headline set at Awakenings Amsterdam on New Year’s Eve, as well as Marco Carola, Maceo Plex, Chris Lake, Joseph Capriati, Richie Hawtin, John Digweed, Sam Paganini, and beyond.
‘Warehouse55 (Volume 2)’ features two collaborative tracks with Dosem. A regular on Anjunadeep, Dosem’s penchant for pumping melodic and progressive house has seen him supported by the likes of Tale Of Us, Maceo Plex, Hot Since 82, Gorgon City, Vintage Culture, Yotto and more. The Spanish DJ and producer is well-accustomed to releasing tracks that ignite melodic house and techno charts worldwide, including a collaboration with Tinlicker, 'Hypnotised', the three-track 'Time After Time EP', and his club edit of William Orbit's 'Starbeam', all released on Anjunadeep.
“I’m so happy to have teamed up with Dosem, I’ve been a huge fan of his music for years. I think our styles worked together perfectly on the collabs. We both love those 90’s rave vibes and we wanted to add that to these productions.” - Genix
Damo kicks off an all-new Warehouse55 live tour this June, with appearances in London, Denver, Austin, Dallas, Los Angeles, and Seattle. Tickets available now.
Genix ‘Warehouse55’ (Volume 2) is out now on Anjunabeats.

[content title="Summary" label="Overall Score"]Genix works always outside the boxes of music genres and his Warehouse55 project proves exactly how much he loves to experiment and push the boundaries. Volume 2 is out now and contains 2 superb collaborations with Dosem who is on the rise with originals and remixes topping the charts globally. Day City and Night City are pure techno bouncers with thumping basslines, pounding kicks, cracking percussion and excellent acid layers to drive you all the way in the middle of the dancefloor. Excellent funky grooves along with techno toughness turn these two tracks into firecrackers waiting to put fire and energy on any set. With 90's vibes and rave sensibility is very hard to resist the urge to dance like there is no tomorrow. Accelarator is dark moody pounding in your face smashing puncher that will pump the muscles all the night long. The breakdown is blessed with big synths leading to the full on dominating climax. #PureGold Love IT[/content]
The evolution of Genix continues. Reinvigorating his sounds with a bruising industrial edge, ‘Kill Switch’ and ‘Death Valley’ provide a double knockout blow of hard hitting techno-trance; on repeat throughout Above & Beyond’s Common Ground European tour.

[content title="Summary" label="Overall Score"]Genix is one of those artists that just his name written on the record sleeves creates excitement and raises the expectations. Of course he doesn't let us down in his brilliant tracks Kill Switch / Death Valley and he service two superb tracks that will get plays in mainstages and clubs. Powerful basslines on both tracks with heavy techy groove and melodic emotional breakdown followed by rougher and heavier climax. While Kill Switch is darker and moodier, Death Valley is more upfront with slightly more epic crescendo moment. If you love underground uncompromising tracks born on the dancefloor you will adore both tracks dearly and wholeheartedly! #PureGold Love IT [/content]
