The latest installment of our exclusive compilation series sees Beat Syndrome take to the helm, and deliver a collection of deep rolling grooves and subtle progressive gems!.

Based out of Toronto , Hamed Safi AKA Beat Syndrome has fast become a staple diet for all things deep & wonderful, with his releases on System, Crossfade Sounds, Balkan Connection, Change, Manual Movement & Sound Avenue. Now he has been enlisted by Baroque to source the music & compile the next PROTOCOL.

The album moves off with a splash of ambient electronica from French Kiss, Matteo Monero & Elias Uberhausen before rolling into some deep sexy house, which forms the backbone of this collection, the groove picks up pace and the sound evolves into a darker progressive shade before taking a quick flick over to techno. As the mix draws to a close things go deep and groovy again and the collection signs off with the new Beat Syndrome production 'Neptune' All sourced by Hamed specifically for this album, the tracks are all brand new and exclusive!

One Million Toys returns to Baroque, after recent outings on labels such as Freegrant & Tulipa , working with Dave Seaman along the way!

Flex is the title track here, and it shows us just why this guy is held in such high regard right now, a pulsating deep rhythm makes way for a dirty synth line which opens out into a funky wiggly synth workout, hypnotic trippy house music at its finest

White is a big melodic progressive number, with hook synth lines weaving their magic from the start, these develop into gigantor chords as the tracks builds & breaks its way.

Stunning stuff from the man with a million toys!

Dimitri Kechagias review: One Million Toys is an artist with a mission to make us dance and shake with his exceptional tracks. The latest release comes on the legendary Baroque records label and includes the tracks Flex and White. Flex is a magnificent driving energetic progressive house meets progressive techno release with great dark synths, fantastic atmosphere and various strange sounds that add to its depth and great sound design. It's one of those tracks that manage to carry you away without trying too much and win your interest and feet tapping straight away. White moves on the same direction with  dark deep textures and great distorted synthy leads in the breakdown building an excellent soundscape with futuristic spacey atmosphere. Two very strong progressive weapons to win your next dj battle! Quality from start to finish without doubts. Love it

Dimitri Kechagias review: Baroque records legendary Solo compilation reached its 29th volume and in a time that house seems to be stronger than ever with all the substyles doing great Baroque selects  10 cuts that illustrate well the current state of house music from the more melodic progressive house, deep house to more techno house focused tracks with personality and uniqueness that is very hard to discover as many producers lost their creativity in favour of jumping on the next trend and imitating the others with the hope to become successful. It requires dedication and sacrifice from your side if you wish to stay underground and truth to your roots. This compilation opens a nice widow to the silicon valley of house producers who remain faithful to their creative impulse. Philip Jo, Afroboogie-Deepfactor (Original Mix): Excellent live like percussion, deep basslines, organ synthy riffs, vocal samples and smart groove.  Hansgod - Vida (Original Mix): Melodic tech house gem with understated synths and chunky tribal grooves with haunting basslines. Tuxedo- Roundabout (Original Mix): Melodic prog house track with hypnotic male vocals on the background, distorted synths, acid techy groove and warm atmosphere. Mr.Raf, Hezi Rachmani-Modified (Original Mix): It's on the verge of upfront progressive house with deep progressive trance with acid touches, dark haunting basslines and hypnotic melodies.  Jssst-Flag Ship (Original Mix): Its bouncy techno focused track with the needed  house edge to keep it involving, revolving and evolutionary. Ferdas Digital - Puppeteer (Original Mix): Sharp techy beats, deep throbbing basslines, chopped vocal samples and groove to hook you instantly. Marco Cardoza - Reality Is (Original Mix): Minimal back to basics Techno track with mysterious atmosphere, irresistible pulsating groove and cool male spoken vocal sample for those head down only strobe moments. Daajio - Marseille (Original Mix) Upfront melodic balearic prog house composition with beautiful piano chords and colourful synths to light up your Ibiza nights. Ruben Pozo - First (Original Mix): Deep tech house production with tribalish groove, understated acid layer and synthy lines that create that feeling of a continuous evolving and involving spiral that tied you up firmly in its world. Last but not least John Cosani-Insomnio (Original Mix) is laid back groovy deep house soundscape that manage easily to engage the listener and drive the proceedings forward easily. Solo 29 represents what is the state of underground house at the moment. Love iT

When this one dropped in the office for the first time, it literally lifted us all as it played for the first time.. a cool shuffling groove and a hook line that just builds and builds as subtle new layers weave their way in.

The first remix is from Sterbai, who takes the track down a darker warehouse vibe, with throbbing groove and a dirty acid topline easing its way through the mix for maximum hypnotic effect!

Robbie Fithon works his magic around the main melody lines and synth hooks but using a deeper more minimal groove... and then finally FrameON gives us his Nude Disco Cosmic mix, with its 70s groove and trippy disco synths swaying all over the place.. bouncy lovely and perfect for the summer!

Dimitri Kechagias review: The legendary progressive house label Baroque records presents always the most outstanding cuts from great upcoming and established artists from around the globe. The latest on comes from the Russian FrameON and is called Aquarium. We deal here with an exquisite deep melodic progressive house track that easily can become part of deep trance sets as well as it definitely has that hypnotic melodic edge that can elevate your senses to a higher plane thanks to the way he composes his sound layers and the initial dreamy state and warmth that radiates. Sterbai acid groove remix is old school prog house smasher with chunky beats, deep moody bass and acid overtones to keep things low and underground. Robbie Fithon strips down the track and goes for the more minimal deep atmospheric melodic with acid elements version that has a nice retro Detroit sound. FrameON lastly presents a totally different version from the original called Nude Disco Cosmic mix. Its very moody deep prog meets disco house meets electronica version that is focused on the nice melodies and colourful soundtextures with the 70's Giorgio Moroder style groove and acid overtones. Quality package from the very first kick to the last beat! Love iT

Big Room & peak time trance from Vincent Accurso.. with sweeping melodies and fluttering hooks, this one builds and drops, never letting off as it teases its way through a euphoric journey.

Dimitri Kechagias review: Brand new record label on the trance block and is called Hyper Audio part of the Baroque records family. The brand new release comes from the hands of Vincent Accurso who service the magnificent Resillient. His track is great hybrid of melodic progressive trance with epic progressive & electro house. Its the type of song that some may call trouse or we were calling club trance back in the days. Its a very strong production with extra solid beats, heavy slamming kicks, powerful melodies, airy pads and euphoric uplifting synths combined with electro touched basslines. Bouncy, groovy, chunky, very travelling with inspiring melodies that will uplift and offer sun rays of hope and positivity on any dancefloor worldwide. Its energetic and punchy so expect to drop it on peak time moments of your prog trance sets. Resilient should be checked out and played out many times. Love iT

Mr. Raf's Progline label is back with their second release, this time Taglo lays down the melodies & Sterbai provides the remix.

Taglos original is a beautiful blend of cool chords, lush soundscapes and big throbbing bass. While Sterbai gives us a chunkier tribal take on things with rolling drums, shapr percs,fx'd spoken vocals & driving synthetic tones.. lovely!

Dimitri Kechagias review: If you search for the next big thing in the progressive scene you just found it. On Progline the superb Taglo brings something magical. His great track Sleepwalking is all about the melody. It moves in and out of the progressive house and progressive trance genre in order to bring something tasty and so unique. The programming of the synths is magnificent along with all the nice cinematic atmospheres that create the mysterious spiritual sacred atmosphere. The rhythm is amazing and it is pretty hard to stand still as you feel obliged to start dancing. Airy dreamy spacey and absolutely stand out production. Particularly his climax is much more energetic and full on melodic. Very different from anything else that I recently checked out. The top notch Sterbai aka Alan Nimmo from UK service his magnificent deep tech house translation that is much more groovy and sparkling and focus more on the nice danceable rhythm by downplaying the melodic side and even adding cool male spoken vocal samples that simply work like a treat in it. It has the balearic atmosphere to it so I can imagine many djs who will play that tech house meets club sound to support this BOMB. Wicked stuff! Love iT

Proper EP time, four tracks, and quality production on every one!

kicking off with 'Hyper', a deeper sexy vibe full of bustling percs, a warm bass, smokey vocals and cool chords... then onto 'Clocks' with its disco tinged groove & shimmering keys all working their way around stretched voices and sultry synths.'Limitless' lifts the pace with an energetic groover, with repeating vocal licks, string sections and minimal bell tones, before the title track 'Last Night On Earth', a more melodic progressive number, for peaker times!

Dimitri Kechagias review:  The upcoming dj & producer Ajmal from India presents on Baroque his superb Last Night on Earth EP including 4 tracks that are quite different to each other and will surprise you pleasantly. The title track Last Night On Earth is melodic dreamy travelling inspiring progressive house that easily can be included in the first hour of a trance set as well. Great groove rhythm and ensure clubbers involvement. Hyper is a tougher melodic prog house track with tech house touches as well. Cinematic atmosphere, moody themes and nice melodies as well. Clocks is not easy to put under certain category. It starts with long intro but develops into a cool melodic prog house meets disco house banger.  Actually is great choice to use as an intro track in your set. Last but not least Limitless has an airy fairy feel to it. Tripping, spacey with cool melodies and warm atmosphere. It sounds like the Last Night On Earth was during summer. Great EP.

Our first SOLO collection of 2014 shows just why this series has become so popular.. with music coming fresh from the artists , no waiting !

This month is a progressive love affair, with Gav Fraser & Dunkan both giving us deep broody numbers, before Yuriy From Russia goes synthtastic with the energetic & bouncy 'Freak. Perfecto!

Dimitri Kechagias review: Baroque records continues to be one of the most prolific progressive house labels. Recognised and respected globally Baroque  records has opened the doors and established the careers of many new talents from every possible continent of this world. The Solo series is great compilations with 5 unique and unreleased tracks. The latest one shines with 5 must play tracks ready made for the modern dancefloors. Gav Fraser delivers Bad Idea but in contrast with its title is a wonderful progressive house track with retro elements, old school flavours and good ideas. Groovy and  funky will keep you shaking it on the dancefloor. Neverwhere by Dunkan is a magnificent beautiful deep melodic driving haunting progressive house beauty with solid composition and nice synthy layers on top. Its very old school progressive house style track that will bring back memories. Yuriy From Russia service 'Freak and its one of those cases that the title describes well the freaky electro house content. Rehmark & Nukkah with Pamukale go all the way to the underground techno territory with a bouncy dark track of the highest calibre. Last but least the deep prog house tripping track Clear Night Chrome by Teig is a must play melodic driving progressive house beauty with deep basslines, pumping beats and cinematic spacey atmosphere. Fiddler presents his Deep Feelings single, with a couple of storming remixes, to kick of 2014

The original is an emotive silky smooth glider of a track, with big spacey chords, and shuffling percs , while TR20 takes the track down a more minimal techy route, until the thing explodes with a trippy breakdown!

Finally Biologik weaves a web around that swirling melody ride, staying true to the original but giving it a more stripped vibey ride!

Dimitri Kechagias review: Method is part of Baroque records that always stands out with quality releases. The brand new track from Hungary comes from the safe hands of Fiddler and is called Deep Feelings. The well known producer delivers an exceptional record with deep atmosphere with heavenly like voices and very strong synthy melody in the breakdown that will bring shivers from head to  toe. It can be played in deep progressive trance sets as well. TR20 Remix is an excellent deep tech house rework with chunky groovy beats, playful deep basslines that manage nicely to build a trippy cinematic atmosphere and particularly after the breakdown to add a very involving Jear Michel Jarr type of synthy lead. Lastly Biologik remix is a wonderful alternative version with blissful mesmerising electronica hypnotic melodies that offer to the track the more upfront optimistic viewpoint. Quality always wins. Marta Kodo touch down with the first release of the new year on baroque Digital, with a superb 3 tracker!

Kicking off with Come Far, and its wobbling drums, shimmering synths & sweet melodies, this one has a real touch of the east to it

Let It Flow also features layers of drums , but this time the bass is thick and the synths are of a retro house nature, with chiming bells in the breakdown.

And finally Grounded is a lush soundscape of synths and keys, with a swirling mass of fx and percussions building suspense.

Dimitri Kechagias review: Baroque is a highly respected house record label with awesome releases so far. The stand out release schedule continues in the new happy year with Marta Kodo and the magnificent EP that will mesmerise and hypnotise you for sure. Come Far is a deep trippy blissful record with very nice percussion, vocal snippets and magical exotic melodies plus some romantic sounds that will take you far for sure. Let It Flow moves on the same exotic dreamy deep house sound that is actually quite trancy and sensational as well. Its the type of track that floats so nicely and beautifully that it feels like swimming within warm sea waters late at night. A superb 3 tracker from Kasall and friends ..

Kicking off with Kasall an Pineapple & Abraham 'In The Air', with its dark chugging groove and triply spoken vocals swirling around. dotted melodies and haunting pads depth before a funky synth lifts the whole thing.

Kasall walks on his own then, with Sweet Guitar, a dirty groover with a hot guitar hook and vocal licks , all built around seriously funky layered percussive lines

Finally Kasall teams up with Maxi Iborquiza on 'Eve' big room tech grooves & thrashing hooks, with a twisted synth line drooping in the breakdown for maximum head twisting effect!

Dimitri Kechagias review: The well known record label Method records presents Kasall from Buenos Aires with his 3 tracks EP not to be missed. In The Air is a gorgeous melodic progressive house beauty that flows and floats really nicely with bubbly beats. deep basslines and cool mysterious spoken vocal samples. Its the old school progressive house sound with balance between the techy and the more melodic elements. Sweet Guitar is deeper tech house affair really hypnotic driving and exotic with chopped vocal samples, twisted basslines and of course the melancholic guitar riff. Mysterious and relaxing will absorb in its microworld straight away. Progline is the new label from Rafael Osmo ( Mr.Raf ), and the first release comes courtesy of Jordan Shultz & Ginny, with a mighty fine remix from Sterbai

The Original is a punchy melodic progressive number , full of soaring toplines and warm sultry vocals from Ginny melting through the breakdown. The remix from Sterbai is a big drum led groove with techno percussion pushing this one along, a simple hypnotic synth line and twisted effected vocal cuts make for a darker deeper take on the original

There is also an Instrumental version of the original mix, for those loving the beats , but not feeling the box!

A Great start for this label, who have big things lined up for 2014!

The Jewish  Jordan Shultz unite with the singer Ginny  for the magnificent My Heart. The original mix is a melodic peak time progressive house affair with energetic basslines, punchy beats and feel good romantic melodies on top. Long and erotic breakdown nicely lead us on the superb climax that will manage easily to carry you away in its own magical kingdome. I can imagine melodic progressive trance djs to play it as well. So powerful, intense, energetic and dark with distorted vocals and relentless hypnotic dreamy grooves that will take any dancefloor by storm. Thats what I call Progressive House. Love IT

Following his first album 'Journal' , Hector Merida is back with a brand new jam!

His second album gives us a a look through the lens at all the makes life roll... presenting an audio soundscape of Hector Merida's 'Pictures'

Kicking off with the electronic soother 'Forgetting You' .. and moving through a musical journey of chilled grooves, live horns & keys, and vocal snapshots laid over deep moving house beats.

The album sways and slides between genres' never settling on one place for too long. whipping you from hypnotic electronica, to straight up classy house, with stop offs at drum & bass , rocking leftfield rhythms & even cool jazz along the way.

Like the lovechild of an affair between Radiohead, Todd Terry & LTJ Bukem, this LP will light up your life for years to come

Dimitri Kechagias review: Baroque records presents a very special album and definitely must have for any follower of quality electronica music that is open to influences and infusions from wide variety of styles. Hector Merida and his album Pictures  has as a mission to inspire and widen our sonic horizons and surprise your hearing pleasantly. Hector Merida translates through sensitive and deeply sensual music, the emotions that he feels when he looks in the pictures of his life. Pictures is an album that talks straight to your heart because of its wide variety of styles and sounds that are mixed up in the most sensitive and professional way. Hypnotic minimal grooves co-exist with beatless soundscapes, emotional synths co-exist with funky guitar licks,  jazzy overtones co-exist with acid house and retro touches, drum n bass travelling sounds play around with middle east infused melodies. Hector presents his concept album with beginning and an end that must be enjoyed in its wholeness and not as separate tracks. Can you spot yourself in those mental Pictures too? Love iT

Label boss Keith McDonnell aka Innate, is laying down the grooves this time round..

The Original Mix moves off with an energetic drummy groove, the track settles into a swirling funk based beat, as the bassline teases . the breakdown bring in twisted layered textures and the main 'dirty hook' and background bubbles, before the track peaks & closes with acid toplines.

Our friend in the states , Josh Abrams, gives the track a beefy kick up the rear with a punchy beat & dirty bass combo.. chimes and a lo-fi leftfield style synth take over this one as it rides rough shot! large!

Finally Mr.Raf & Hezi Rachmani take us through Techno town. with a rockin pulsating groove, and drops of melody blended around delayed keys and bells.. while the textures & rising peaks of the original are used for maximum twisted effect.

Dimitri Kechagias review: The top record label Baroque records brings to world the latest Innate production aka Keith McDannel. If you take some time to check out Loyomo you will find out that everything is well balanced in order to take you on board for  a nice prog house trip that has solid bouncy tribal beats, chunky playful basslines and excellent percussion that I personally like and it gives you the sense that you are inside the deepest part of a dangerous jungle and your only enjoyment is to dance along Innate's dirty grooves. His idea to energise the proceedings with acid overtones will be welcomed from the sweaty clubbers. Very atmospheric and absolutely first class. Josh Abrams goes deeper, chunkier, moodier with dark haunting basslines, minimal housey beats, various colourful melodic layers running up and down while his breakdown includes jungle ambient sounds and massive build up that lands on the bodymoving climax. Packed with personality and unique ideas is certainly a noteworthy alternative to original. Lastly Raf & Hezi spice up the original with dark pulsating techno beats, deep basslines, cinematic atmosphere, hypnotic vibes, cool vocal samples and long breakdown that relax you for a while. The beat returns for  a nice spacey jungle adventure. Forward ever, backward never with Baroque we are left rest assured. Love iT

Roberto Caceres & Dave Cohen bring their tribal elements to Baroque Limited..

With its swirling trippy vocals from the start and funky tribal groove, Level Crossing gets off to a fine start. The drums & bells build to tribal perfection, as melodic chords and big synths give this one some real emotion. its a 'heads down' exploder for sure!

With summery synths and warm deep beats, 'Addictology' is the perfect soundtrack for the autumn nights.. while glistening pads & cool understated keys add to the twisted background elements and dirty funk guitar line

Dimitri Kechagias review: Baroque Limited is a label that you can trust with closed eyes and open wide ears. The latest top notch production comes from the hands of Roberto Caceres & Dave Cohen. Their EP will remind you the good old days of progressive house that has amazing rolling beats, excellent progression of melodies and driving techy basslines. Level Crossing has the strong groove, the strong composition and the fantastic atmosphere that carry your soul away for a while for some moments of escapism. Dark and melodic with constant change of music patterns keep you glued on the speakers. On the other hand Addictology is the deeper of the too with fantastic funky guitar riff worked out along with some dark and mysterious synths that create a hedonistic narcissistic environment that you let your body flow and you get immersed with the superb sounds. Relaxing, danceable, bodymoving and a**shaking gems, Love iT

No messing around here.. its peak time progressive flavor from Arkadia.. with pulsating melodies and big driving grooves, backed with floaty pads and bubbling background hooks

there is also an Intro mix of Monogamy , to light your sets up from the start..

Dimitri Kechagias review: Arkadia is a producer & DJ  from Melbourne, Australia. He presents his 3 magnificent new tracks on Baroque records. Polygamy is the name of the EP and you will find the tracks Polygamy, Monogamy on the original and intro remix. The original mix of Polygamy is a colourful driving progressive house beauty with beautiful synths and very optimistic atmosphere. You can feel love spreads all over the place and space when you play it. It brings to your mind the early progressive house sounds that led the foundations for the massive growth of the genre today. Monogamy in contrast is a darker deeper brooding spacey mysterious production with cinematic atmosphere and relentless build up of rolling basslines and tech groovy beats. For djs who will be wise enough to start their dj with it there is a very handly intro mix as well with Big 2 minutes intro while the rest of the track is the same as the original. If you don't afraid the underground side of house dont miss these two beauties indifferent if you believe in Polygamy or Monogamy. The most important thing is to be with someone and not alone and vulnerable. Love IT
