[content title="Summary" label="Overall Score"]Elysian the collaborative project between Ian, Emma and Maor continues to bring to the surface incredible tracks. Their decision to cover this exceptional piece of film soundtrack Now We Are Free is such a wonderful decision that is very successful and truly impressive. Punchy drums, thumping kicks, pulsating basslines and stunning breakdown with emotional orchestral strings, ethnic style of voices, oriental melodies and Emma's voice that once again shines with her ability to sing everything she touches in her own way and turn it into an anthem. The climax after the long breakdown is absolute mainstage friendly material packed with big orchestral strings that we adore and overall atmosphere that shines bright! Now We Are Free is a future classic and beyond. #PureGold. [/content]

Trance Review: Elysian - Sparks In The Night out on Black Hole Recordings

FOLLOWING THEIR JANUARY DEBUT FOR BLACK HOLE, ILAN BLUESTONE, MAOR LEVI & EMMA HEWITT GO TWO-FOR-TWO WITH A MONSTER, SEND ‘EM HOME WITH A SMILE ANTHEM

Tracklist:
01. Elysian – Sparks In The Night (Original Mix)
02. Elysian – Sparks In The Night (Extended Mix)

‘Light Years’ brought the Elysian trio into the Black Hole Recordings orbit at the start of 2024 and Breda’s finest have wasted little time in building on that boom. Today, the group shift from ‘Light Years’-style existentialism to something more intimate in nature. ‘Sparks In The Night’ is about to put a spark in everyone’s night!

‘Sparks’ flamed-on back in December, where Ilan premiered the track to anthemically devastating effect, whilst closing out his ‘In Search of Sunrise 19’ mix. Its production comes with all the floor-vectored thrust you’d expect from a Levi/Bluestone creation, but it’s calculus is a careful balance of beast and beauty. Filtering through its marching drums, firing snares, dirty-deep bass and ripping tech FX comes contextual texture and harmonic feels.

By the time Emma makes her appearance, ‘Sparks’ is awash with galactic chords and pads. While ‘Light Years’ asked the bigger questions, ‘Sparks’ song has a more singular nature, as Hewitt speaks to experiences personally owned.

‘Sparks’ becomes a fire today. You can stream or buy Elysian’s Spring-springing beauty through all good platforms from today, here!

[content title="Summary" label="Overall Score"]Elysian are the finest trance trio bringing together under the same roof 3 exceptional talents. Sparks In The Night is the 2nd single on Black Hole and is destined to get plays and be featured in countless sets and spotify playlists. Energetic punchy basslines, dominating tough kicks, tough percussion and magical long breakdown with super nice vocals along with airy pads, sounds effects, cinematic warm strings and slowly the magical Emma vocals come to the surface to put some magic spell in your night out! The build up keeps the interest and explodes out of any proportion when the big drop comes in for the ultimate feel good hands up experience. The melody will remain in your memory and the singalong vocals will be in your lips for days. Anthemic to the maximum. #PureGold LoveIT[/content]
