Circles is a new artist and the eighth release on Mark Pledger's Melodika Music. This melodic yet techy production has a plethora uplifting psy-fi trance sounds alongside one nasty driving bass line. Mark Pledger is also back on active remix duties and has given his latest blend of explosive tech trance alongside the original elements and some of his own melodies on top.

Frankie Hudson AKA Circles is a dj/producer currently living in Los Angeles, California, by way of Orlando, Florida. A former infantry assaultman in the US Marine Corps, Circles' journey into trance production began in 2010, after immersing himself in the LA rave scene. You can find him on the decks at Sutra, and Avec nightclub in Orange County, and Circus Disco in Hollywood.

The original uses a seductive and deep guitar line with almost retro sounding vocal & effects before introducing the big uplifting trance melodies Rake has become known for. To contrast the original label owner Mark Pledger has provided a much harder remix. His mix uses the hypnotic vocals to make vibey chop ups next to a teeth grinding bass line and the melodies from the original in the breakdowns. 







Dimitri Kechagias review: The top record label Melodika Music headed by the superstar trance dj Mark Pledger presents its exceptional 7th release. First of all is the magnificent original mix. Rake did what he knows best and he has composed a powerful energetic proglifting trancer with chunky groovy beats, electro touched basslines and the massive vocal by the beloved singer Emma Lock who stands out with whatever she does and takes part. The lovely balearic guitar riffs and the hairraising dirty synthy lead that follows will raise the tension and drive your clubbers out of their heads. The climax is pure hands in the air material that any vocal trance lover will adopt. Mark Pledger himself did an amazing job with his remix that is tougher, more underground and quite experimental as well. Mark doent follow trends and styles, he rather builds his own unique deep groovy melodic trance sound that I believe is the way forward for him. Its called Happiness but is actually quite moody dark track, Highly recommended. Love it
