Intense Emotions up the ante once again with their latest release courtesy of TbO & Vega and The Mystery.

Ethereal vocals wash over the original complimenting the orchestral drums and lush symphonic programming.

This really is trance at its most beautiful.

Label head honcho Para X steps up on remix duties delivering a true Para X classic adding a more driving bass and that little something that makes every Para X track so special.

[content title="Summary" label="Overall Score"]Intense Emotions continues its fantastic schedule of top releases with the brilliant track The Mystery by TbO & Vega. The track is a magnificent tale of emotional trance with nice original version focused on the smooth violin melody in the breakdown followed by superb climax that will make you reach heavens and beyond. Para X on the other hand takes the very imaginative original and with his many years of experience and expertise turns it into something unbelievable with epic melodramatic breakdown with drums and cinematic sequences along with the violin melody leading to the huge explosion of synths that takes us high and above clouds on the very strong climax that goes off the hook. Mainstage uplifting trance at its bravest. #PureGold Love It[/content]

Recently appointed as A&R for Discover Records, Para X from Frankfurt, is no stranger to the world of Trance. He may deservedly be called one of the most exciting producer-talents in Germany, when it comes to Uplifting sound. Some anniversaries need to be celebrated and the 10 years anniversary of John Askews classic - Battery Acid - is definitely one of them.

As one of the tracks that helped define Tech Trance as a genre, Battery Acid is as iconic today as when it was released.

Fast forward 10 years and Zach Zlov and Ellez Ria have delivered stunning remixes to further compliment the Original.

Zach Zlov is on fire right now - with the likes of Askew and Patterson hammering his tunes. This remix shows us exactly why. With Askew's original acid line featuring heavily in the remix, Zach Zlov has further pushed the filth and drive to maximum levels. Approved by the man himself - Zach Zlov's remix more than does the original justice!!!

As do both interpretations from Ellez Ria. It's still all about the acid but brought bang into the now from both remixers.

Pure quality that does not disappoint!!

 [item value="10"]John Askew - Battery Acid (Remixes)[/item]
[content title="Summary" label="Overall Score"]John Askew is considered as one of the main driving forces in the UK Trance sound and his  Battery Acid is seminal classic ready to come back for more with 3 turbo charged remixes that will be difficult to avoid on the dancefloors the coming months. Zach Zlov provides his powerful dark tech trance flavoured anthem with fat thumping drums, hard hitting basslines, full on acid overtones and superb arrangement that keeps you at the edge of your seat waiting the next moment to jump up a little higher. Ellez Ria goes for 2 very nice takes. Arkam Reborn version is more straight forward psy tech trance with slamming old school ravey synthy stabs, acid overtones and long melodic fuelled breakdown followed by edgy rough beats. ReFeel version adopts uplifting trance beats, driving head on basslines, cool breakdown with acid playful touches leading to the ethereal breakdown that carry us away to the ferocious totally earthshaking climax with that dark moody twisted edge. Top notch versions not to be missed. #PureGold Love It  [/content]

DJ Sakin rose to prominence in the late 90's with the mainstream crossover chart tune - Protect Your Mind (For The Love Of A Princess).

Other tunes followed from the album Walk on Fire that found equal levels of success and throughout the period following this DJ Sakin has followed the quality over quantity rule to deliver tunes of a consistantly high quality.

Fast forward to 2017 and his latest outing, a collaboration with KoRay called I Feel Love arrived courtesy of Discover main man Para X clearly showing the magic of this pedigree producer.

Uplifting trance at its very best - DJ Sakin and KoRay are clearly on the same page when it comes to writing a good tune and we are delighted to share it with you.

Heavy metallic basslines, bouncy driving drums and sharp kicks and most importantly long inspiring breakdown with sweet melodies and euphoric synthy plucks followed by clean, crispy, honest and positive climax that is emotional and motivating at the same time.  Team Deathmatch on the other hand adopts a much more psy tech trance sound with psy style bassline, fat stomping grooves and strong melodic content with themes that stuck in your head and climax that is rave tech trance and uplifting at the same time. Another powerful Extrema release, this time from Extrema newcomer TrancEye.

This is epic peak time trance of the highest order with a strong vocal sample and huge riffs.

Spine tingling stuff from TrancEye and Extrema.

Dimitri Kechagias review: Extrema Global Music is back with the magnificent anthemic production Aviator by TrancEye who is considered to be one of the best producers in the scene. The Polish legend deliver fat banging rough and aggressive raw basslines, metallic old school drums and great cinematic theme in the breakdown that includes magical chorus voices, airy pads, orchestral strings and superb uplifting synthy hook that drive the track to the epic anthemic hands in the air and mouthwatering climax that is absolutely essential for any trancer worldwide. It's underground pure uplifting trance that is honest and very inspirational too. Discover the magic! #PureGold Love It

One of the biggest tracks from Gary Maguire's artist album - INSIDE - finally gets a full single release on Recoverworlds flagship Discover label.

For those of you that missed the album, you are in for a real treat hearing this for the first time.

For those of you that are already familiar with the track, rest assured that the remix from DJ T. H. does not disappoint.

Dimitri Kechagias review: If you want the definitive sound of UK trance don't look any further than Discover records. The excellent release of Gary Maguire & CLSM  track By My Side will be welcomed by many fans of vocal trance. Lisa Abbott vocal is simply the right to uplift the crowd and elevate the track to the next level. Old school foundation of pounding basslines, energetic kicks and filthy acid layers melted with memorable synthy themes that will be remembered for long. The breakdown is going to awake your senses and the rave like synthy hook will push the track to the next level of unstoppable uncontrollable euphoria. On the other hand DJ T. H. remix transforms the original into a tougher hard trancer with old school trance references. The main theme becomes even sharper louder and ready to conquer the dancefloors! Discover records is underground from head to toe. #PureGold Love It

When it comes to trance pedigree, Misja Helsloot needs little introduction.

As you would expect from an artist of his stature, Precious is peak time trance of the highest calibre.

The track builds with a haunting topline towards the break where it explodes into a feast of audio delights based around a superb operatic vocal sample.

Without doubt La Esperanza is up there with the biggest releases we have had on the label.

The buzz around this has been huge and you only have to listen to the track once to understand why.

Big Discover kicks, a classic off beat bassline and brooding pianos and atmospherics all build towards the breakdown which unleashes one of our favourite riffs in a very long time.

Absolute quality from Obi!!

Dimitri Kechagias review: Discover records is one of the strongest trance labels and it has been the home of many talents that moved to different labels and have big careers. Now Obi delivers on Discover the stunning uplifting euphoric hands in the air Le Esperanza. Clean and clear production that is honest and true from the very beginning to the end. Smashing kickdrums, punchy energetic basslines and magnificent piano chords along with huge euphoric synthy hook that comes to the dancefloor and elevate you straight away. The massive orchestral breakdown will raise the hair from your neck while the romantic piano melody will calm the senses before the coming of the storming synthy lead that will take us by the hand to the massive colourful and blissful climax that will give you peace and happiness along with the underlying melancholic tones. #PureGold Love It

Tasso is back with another slice of audio darkness.

Airstrikes is a brooding cut full of moody stabs that weave perfectly around the vocal sample before dropping an infectious hook that is as filthy as it is memorable.

Discover Dark favourite Cristian Ketelaars pulls no punches with the remix making this a superb package that stays dark and deep from beginning to end.

Dimitri Kechagias review: Discover Dark is back with a bang and the massive Tasso brings the massive anthem called Airstrikes. The original mix is a powerful headbanging aggressive tech trancer with rough banging booming drums and superb aggressive razor sharp like blade basslines. The breakdown is the moment of the excellent vocal sample that you will adore if you follow the news. The climax goes for an uncompromising unstoppable energetic climax that punches and pushes to the top.  Cristian Ketelaars Remix is equally devastating and ready to bring lethal weapons of mass destruction on the dancefloor! Fast and furious basslines melted with maddening metallic drums and heavy dark rave like synthy lines that will keep you dancing for long. This is dark rough and rioting trance! #LoveIT

Angel Ace states his intentions from the very start as the acid rains down upon us.

However its not long before the lush chords and pianos start to shine through and herald the arrival of the sublime breakdown.

Tau Rine delivers on the remix too giving it a suitably unique twist on the tune.

Another superb release from Team Extrema.

Dimitri Kechagias review: One of the most beloved Spanish trance aficionados is the fantastic Angel Ace who is definitely an artist that needs more recognition for what he achieved until now. His track I will Find a Way on Manuel Le Saux top label Extrema Global Music is straight to the point uplifting trancer of the highest quality. Solid foundation of metallic basslines, rough drums and ferocious acid overtones. The breakdown is long and truly cinematic with heavenly voices and balearic sunkissed Ibiza style melodies that travel your spirit to the beautiful summer spots of Mediterranean. The climax is straight to the point hands in the air euphoric trance of the highest quality so you can expect to fly high to the sky and above this universe. Tau Rine remix is techier and harder with even more threatening rough basslines and super bouncy grooves while the main melodic theme is recreated in truly electronic way. The breakdown is equally captivating so better let yourself to get lost in the joys and virtues of quality melodies and arrangement harmonies. Both versions are simply not to be missed. #PureGold Love IT
