Jaded is a producer-trio based in Chiswick, a SW London district where the three have their World War 2 bunker-come studio.

Already massively supported by the most important UK radios with tracks like “Gully Creeper” and “Revolution”, the three are also responsible for high-profile remixes, one being for a certain Sir Paul McCartney.

“4000Hz”, a tune with an irresistibly stylish, electronic sound recalling the best of cult icons Le Tigre and LCD Soundsystem.

“4000Hz” is a track that hits you at the first listen, wrapping you with its freshness and coolness!

The remix pack of 4000Hz, the latest single by the London-based producer trio behind the Jaded moniker.

Get ready to a club-sounding-overdose then, as in the pack you will float from house to tech-house, through deep house and even trap.

All the four versions of this pack shares a key element between them all: quality. Top notch quality remixes.

Unmissable!

[content title="Summary" label="Overall Score"]The excellent 4000Hz single by Jaded seems that is going to become one of the big records for the last month of the summer and you can expect to hear it again and again in your favourite holiday destination. The original club mix is a deep tech house experience with bells sounds, chunky grooves, electro touches and the strongest part are of course the extremely catchy or for some annoying vocals that doesn't make but sound great for party. Irresistible groove, danceable rhythm that is absolutely stunning so you will feel the addiction soon. The remix package extends the package even more with 3 additional beauties.  Gully Goose Remix is a punchy electro house affair with freaking basslines, techy grooves, electronic melodies and playful application of the cool vocal. Crazy breakdown and intense build up ensures to make the festival arena erupt straight away. Dumb DoDo Remix is the right and exact super groovy and funky trap version with old school electro infusions to it. Smooth and chunky will bring hysteria in the nearby area. Lastly Purple Pelican Remix goes for a serious late night tech house affair with crowd live noises upon the wobbly groove, the cranking basslines, the maddening sound effects and the extremely rioting party atmosphere. This deserves to be big! #PureGold Love It  [/content]

It was late last year when Justin Jay debuted his rock-infused feel-good side project Justin Jay & Friends which he has continued to showcase with his Fantastic Voyage EP.

Coalescing Justin Jay’s vast knowledge of house music’s intricacies with Josh Taylor’s pacific vocals and Benny Bridges’ slick guitar licks, the crew find the sweet spot in creating an oceanside atmosphere that fans of both indie rock and the more delicate genres of house can get on board with.

Justin says:

"Hey guys I'M DROPPING AN ALBUM!

A year & 3 months ago, I started my last semester of college. I realized there were so many things that I wanted to do that I knew nothing about. But instead of grinding thru text books n making study guides, I turned to my homies.
-
Many of my closest friends in college were obsessed with other kinds of music besides house and techno. When you're a sensitive music kid in a fratty party school, you can appreciate people who deeply care about any type of music. It just took me a while to realize we could jam together too.

FANTASTIC VOYAGE (THE ALBUM!) is about exploration: stepping outside of your comfort zone and trying new things.

Unlike a normal album that comes out all at once on one label, this project is broken up across a few EPs on a bunch of labels that reflect how different these songs are from each other. But there's a strong underlying connection: they were all made by me and my friends and they all work in my sets in between the dirtybird bombs and techno jams that i play.

Tomorrow, the first song off the album comes out. Each week, I'll show ya a new song and tell some of the silly stories behind it. Definitely feeling a bit vulnerable with all this new stuff, so if you support my music whether it's by sharing, buying or just listening to the songs, let me know and I'll send you some bonus goodies at the end of it all.

-justin"

Bodhi’s latest release follows last year’s inaugural Howler EP with another resilient acid-house inspired anthem Step It Back. On the flip side comes the equally powerful Time Warp, taking the tempo up another notch with atmospheric keys that recall the rave-era’s late 80s heyday.

Golden boys NVOY kick started things with All Night back in August, blending both fresh and more traditional club hallmarks for their debut label offering.

It was a promising start but ‘Higher’ is the most serious sign of life we’ve seen for the act so far. Premièred by Annie Mac and gaining decent support across the blogosphere, the lads are continuing to carve out a solid rep for their soulful future house.

Add to that the fact they've already turned out remixes for Lion Babe and Tove Styrke, and you're left with two very in-demand producers.

Stream - http://po.st/iTunesHigher

Dimitri Kechagias review: When you check out Black Butter records you usually taste something different and very unique indeed. The latest production by NVOY is called Higher and is difficult to describe with words the warmth and emotional power that this top record radiates. Spacey groovy arrangement, electroish basslines, lazy chunky techy grooves, soulful vocals and underneath vocal snippets along with a very magnificent breakdown that is relaxing and colourful with emotional synths  and vintage electro popish synths. The result is tripping out and perfect for those late night rides in the city with neo lights playing in the hypnotic rhythm of Higher! #PureGold Love It

Courage lands the phenomenal Icarus EP as his BB debut.

Abrasive in it's delivery, this bass-heavy beast is an antidote to the plethora of ongoing one-off chart-house singles and an introduction to Courage that unabashedly tells us to embrace those elements that are hard around the edges.

Download - http://po.st/CourageiTunesEP

Dimitri Kechagias review: The exceptional label Black Butter records presents Courage with two very stunning and absolutely surprising productions that will be difficult to pigeon-hole straight away. Icarus is a bass heavy deep house stunning production with great percussion and innovative inventive experimental touches that make this record very unique with even rave and trap elements for a hybrid that trespass music genres categories. The Sultan on the other side as the name suggests moves in the more percussion based sound. It starts deep and wobbly but it then continues in truly tribalish break beat sound that has so much rhythm and uplifting feel good to it that would be impossible to reject the offer from your Sultan to dance for him! If you search for something fresh and forward thinking don't miss it! #PureGold Love It

Lifted off Elderbrook’s Simmer Down EP, 'How Many Times' received the remix treatment from German house duo andhim and after spending the best part of 9 months building serious momentum in the clubs, 'How Many Times' has now been scheduled for release.

Bar being made Pete Tong’s ‘Essential New Tune’, Danny Howard's 'Future Anthem' and topping the Hype Machine chart, it’s a track that’s clearly connected - as also evidenced by Shazam's Top 10 most tagged tracks in Ibiza.

With a fresh remix from label friend KANT - who turns a deeper, darker hand to his dub edit - How Many Times is shaping up to make a real impact at the back end of 2015.

Dimitri Kechagias review: Black Butter records is one of the most superb record label out there. With magnificent records that make an impact on the underground and now is about time to enter the daytime radio stations schedule too. Elderbrook x Andhim for the magnificent How Many Times in its club edit is a magical dreamy deep tech house beauty with tribal grooves, haunting basslines and superb synths with vintage synths. The vocal is simply unforgettable and once you listen to it you want to press the repeat button! It's eclectic mesmerising haunting record that will be in  the darkest corridors of your mind for sure. KANT remix is another right and exact record with minimal ingredients and so much impact on the dancefloor. Even more smooth and deep basslines, laidback grooves, hypnotic rhythm and the awesome vocal combined with melodramatic synths and sad strings giving it a very special luscious feel with Ibiza written all over it! #PureGold Love iT

Welcoming KANT to the Black Butter family.

Having already gained radio support from some of the UK’s top tastemakers, including Annie Mac, Pete Tong and Danny Howard, Night Call is set to make a real impact.

Boasting a refrained, soulful croon, and built upon a two-step rhythm, Night Call culminates in an infectious track whose appeal is instantaneous.

Dimitri Kechagias review: One of the most influential labels at the moment is Black Butter records. A Truly underground record label that deliver high class releases that seems to get the appreciation and support of the masses as well. The latest one comes from KANT and is called Nightcall. The original mix is simply mindblowing. Sweety, warm and irresistable laid back groove with lazy chunky basslines and soulful vocal that make you wanna sing a long straight away. It's perfect late night after clubbing affair. The package includes the Club refix that takes the track in deeper territory with wobbly dark basslines and superb rhythm to make you shake it. The tech remix is the instrumental dark tech house alternative that is bouncy with pounding bassline, dominating groove and great hypnotic atmosphere. From charts to clubfloors and festivals you can experience Night Call. Love It

Dimitri Kechagias review: The exceptional project The Six from Manchester presents the outstanding new version of the classic Massive Attack hymn Unfinished Sympathy. The new version is deep house at its very best with bubbly basslines, pulsating deep techy grooves and great xylophone melodies, claps, vintage style synths and cinematic chords. Dark deep house at its best with the beloved singer Jasmine Thomspon who is considered as one of the most upcoming and uprising singers and songwriters with bright successful days ahead. Jasmine is maybe one of the best singers that electronic music has to offer at this moment and her performance is brilliant as she manages to add her own colour and take to the track without recalling Shara Nelson who is simply goddess like on the original version. Soulful record that will become hit of the summer! #PureGold Love It

Dimitri Kechagias review: The awesome Rudimental are back with their excellent single Never Let You Go that is supported by massive club remixes from the finest names in the electronic music scene. First of all the unstoppable Don Diablo produces a magnificent future house version with melodic dreamy breakdown with summery guitars and great chorus that stuck in your head for ever maybe. The drop is packed with old school 90's basslines and uplifting feel good rhythm. Weiss remix is a magnificent tech house groover with very unique wonky bubbly basslines, tribal techy grooves, vocal snippets and creative attitude towards offering a brand new perspective. Feder remix is laid back, lazy groovy sexy relaxing house version which simply hypnotise you on the dancefloor perfectly for late night beach parties. Soul Clap remix is a driving percussive version with great tribal drums, rolling basslines, synthy riffs, pitched down vocals and cool saxophone like riffs. The result is blissful with that deep underground house flavor! M.A.X. remix continues on the deep house side with truly romantic erotic atmospheric futuristic touches with certain darkness and moodiness to it! Top remix package that shines at night! #PureGold #TrueHouse Love It

"Get it on repeat", is the recommendation of UK tastemakers Pete Tong (BBC Radio 1), the catchy Gorgon City's combination of "underground basslines and vocals killer" obviously can not get enough. Before the two hit-producers from London release in April the album "Sirens - The Remixes", they present their new single, "Imagination" another anthem made equally for the radio and the Club.

The new track bears clearly their handwriting: After Gorgon City last mega singles such as "Ready For Your Love" feat. MNEK and "Here For You" feat. Laura Welsh have not only dominated the dance floors, they also deliver on "Imagination" feat. Katy Menditta that mixture of deep house, garage and massive pop hooks, she has made in the past 12 months from the club tip to international chart phenomenon.

Although their acclaimed debut album "Sirens", which was released in October 2014 and has taken immediately the Top 10 of the UK Singles Chart, with "Ready For Your Love", "Unmissable", "Here For You" brings together a number of hits, is " Imagination "also the most downloaded track of their debut.

Dimitri Kechagias review: Whenever I get a record from Gorgon City I know what I can expect from them and once again Imagination doesn't disappoint me. The original mix is a magnificently structured deep house poem with deep haunting basslines, chunky techy grooves and superb old school organ riffs along with cinematic strings and synthy themes working perfectly in harmony to produce something outstanding that carry away your Imagination to magical places and undiscovered spaces. The vocal is absolutely crucial and the soulful performance by Katy makes the difference as she sings in the most delicate and sensual way. Mak & Pasteman deliver the deep house version with strong techno elements and quite aggressive dark bassline along with rolling drums and distorted vocal samples. Its the version that you can play late at night when the clubbers ask for something more extreme and ready for action. Weiss remix is an excellent deep house version with magnificent involving infectious groove and danceable rhythm. The vocals are played around and used in their full version in the vocal version while there is dub version for those who liked it deeper and moodier. If you search for a deep version that melts into one influences from the past along with slightly trancy elements in truly futuristic result don't miss this magnificent version! #PureGold Love It

Legendary producer Zed Bias, teams up with Scrufizzer & Stylo G. Shizam'. Big, bashy party vibes!

Shizam comes complete with remixes from My Nu Leng, Mushy & Plastician.

With early radio support from Mistajam, Annie Mac, Annie Nightingale Sian Anderson, & Monki, these dancefloor bombs are set to cause mayhem.

Dimitri Kechagias review: Black Butter records presents the finest electronic music that brings together different music styles in order to form  completely fresh and very exciting sounds. Zed Bias from Manchester delivers the futuristic urban style anthem Shizam featuring the top rappers Stylo G & Scrufizzer. The original mix smashes into one old school influences with electronic and dubstep in order to come up with a rather inventive and quite aggressive track that is very danceable and can get many plays on urban or electronic nights. My Nu Leng transforms the original into a superb hybrid of deep house and urban rap into a powerful party club anthem. Mushy remix focuses on the darker moody basslines, thunderous kicks and old school rave influences. The result is a dirty version that will recall the big dates of the pirate radio stations pumping out urban music.  Last but not least Plastician presents the more tripping out / trap style version with experimental arrangement, fat groove and bassline that sounds really loud and will rock and dancefloor while the crowd will shout loud Shizam. Love It

Could is the first track taken from his forthcoming Simmer Down EP. While the darker and brooding undertones formulate the structure of Elderbrook’s sound, there’s a glimmer of tempo and pace on the horizon.

The second instalment includes the remix treatment of the release’s closing track How Many Times courtesy of Cologne natives Andhim.

Dimitri Kechagias review: Black Butter records creates waves of interest with quality releases that for some may sound watered down and for others can be true gems that offer new breath of life in the electronic music scene. The new release by Elderbrook will definitely attract your attention straight away particularly if you watch the very unique music video that highlight the beauty that is this track. The original mix is an electronic adventure of sounds with retro sounding male vocals, lazy grooves underneath and cinematic atmosphere to drift away to the magical soundscapes that Elderbrook builds so skillfully for us. The Six remix turns the original into a very danceable deep house affair with 90's revival garage house sound, additional vocal samples and upfront atmosphere that will make it instantly a future favorite. If you like it glam or sleazy underground this release has everything for any taste so better Press Play! The second track of his top EP Simmer Down is the magnificent How Many Times. 'Invading my Mind’ is the second instalment from Pablo Nouvelle's forthcoming ‘You Don’t Understand’ EP featuring Swiss singer Fiona Daniel on vocals.

Having racked up online support from Line of Best Fit, Mixmag, Guardian, Thump and more Pablo is one of BB's hottest underground talents with a slew of summer festivals pencilled in for his trademark slow-jams.

The track comes complete with a strong remix from French house legends Nôze.

Out July 28th

Dimitri Kechagias review: Black Butter records presents the 2nd instalment of Pablo Nouvelle's forthcoming ‘You Don’t Understand’ EP. The track Invading My Mind features the ethereal vocals by Fiona Daniel who has amazingly fantastic voice that sounds retro with authentic honest quality that recalls singers like Aretha Franklin and Nina Simone. It  is a slow electronica meets lounge deep house track with experimental tendencies that doesn't follow the logic and constraints of certain categories or styles. Free floating relaxing soothing jam that clears your mind from those who try to Invade your mind and take advantage of you. Noze remix is an excellent minimal deep house version with chunky minimal grooves, great percussion and organic elements with afro latin house influences that sounds magical and very exotic as well. Its underground but very stylish house at the same time that you can listen on Fashion channel or catwalk presentations. #PureGold Love IT

Hot on the heels of the brilliantly-received ‘Drowning Butterflies’ EP, Bipolar Sunshine are pleased to announce their latest release - ‘Deckchairs on the Moon'. Already added to Radio 1’s 'In New Music We Trust’ playlist.

Bipolar Sunshine will be performing at a host of UK festivals this summer including Glastonbury, Secret Garden Party, Reading & Leeds.

The release comes complete with a strong remix from *Harry Fraud*and Bipolar Sunshine’s most awe-inspiring video yet.

Released 14th July 2014.

Dimitri Kechagias review: I'm so glad to discover now Bipolar Sunshine and I'm feeling a bit ashamed for myself because as it seems I'm bit late to find the next big thing  in eclectic dreamy electronic pop sound.  that seems to be so prominent and beloved for many fans who start to search more to discover new kinds of music. This drive of the audience to discover the new sounds is the same drive that push the boundaries and encourage musicians to experiment and bring new forms of musical expression. Deckchairs On The Moon is  feel good pop that is easy to digest but with so much depth in its soundtexture that will definitely keep you occupied thinking about it many hours and days after you will listen it on radio. The original mix is great mixture of electronic music with soulful vocals with inspirational lyrics that widen your horizon and switch on your imagination to start dreaming of your own personal uncensored mental images. Harry Fraud remix is wonderful left field avant garde electronic style track that remind me the Aphex Twin sound. Chill out and definitely dreamy will carry your soul away for a mysterious adventure. Awesome release! Love iT

The breakdown includes fantastic old school feel good piano chords and slowly builds towards the massive rave style synthy packed drop that will cause mass hysteria on the dancefloor! Prime time version that respects the futuristic retro vibe of the original without spoiling it! It rather follows it really successfully. Surkin from France provides his eclectic elegant deep tech house version with tribal grooves, old school bouncy basslines and retro organ riffs. Great atmosphere that adds energy and will move big crowds worldwide with its minimal and super groovy treatment. Deetron from Zurich, Switzerland continues on the same deep tech house meets electronica style that sounds back to basics with early 90's acid house influences. So hypnotic, deep, sexy, erotic and engaging that is not hard to see that is going to ignite dancefloors with its floating super lovely atmosphere.  Bearcubs remix is the chill out / lounge style version that is so fresh, relaxing, calming, groovy and floating that you will go with its flow and magical soundwaves without doubts. Joel Compass remix is an interesting mixture of trip hop/ trap and chill out in one very funky but quite melodramatic versions as well. Last but not least Roni Size does what he knows best and reshapes the original into a happy feelgood flowing liquid drum n bass version that rocks and will do big damage so better get ready.  #PureGold Love iT

With previous releases on some of the worlds best underground imprints, including Josh Wink’s Ovum, Culprit and Hot Creations, we welcome New York based MANIK to the Black Butter family (you may also know him from the insanely good Sailor & I - Tough Love remix he did for us last summer).

‘Because of You’ & ‘Boardcut' are reminiscent of the bumping UK garage days, both whipped up a frenzy at MANIK's recent appearance at Fabric. Flipside 'Wanna Feel' brings forth a lighter, blissed out summer haze.

Forthcoming gigs include Park Am Se Festval in Amsterdam, Ovum 20 & Ritter Buske in Berlin.

Essential Listening” – Mixmag
Nouvelle takes soul back to the future” – The Guardian

Pablo Nouvelle comes through with brand new material following the success of the critically-acclaimed ‘You Do Me Wrong’, (grabbing airtime from both Lauren Laverne (BBC 6 Music) and John Kennedy (XFM) alongside plaudits in THUMP, CLASH and Inverted Audio amongst others).

‘You’re Poison’ is the first track from his forthcoming EP, due out on Black Butter Records in early June, home of some of the most exciting new music coming out of the UK.

With current hype artists Lulu James, Fiona Daniels and ALX also appearing on the as-yet-untitled EP, Pablo mixes a trademark blend of melancholic pop, soul and dance, Pablo’s slow jams have quickly pushed him to the forefront of sophisticated dance music in London.

Nôze, Calibre and Maxxi Soundsystem are currently confirmed for the forthcoming Remix package.

Release Date - 30th June 2014

Dimitri Kechagias review:  Black Butter is a record label with instantly recognisable logo that stands for high quality sophisticated electronic dance music that actually is the bright new fresh hopeful face of the UK Electronic dance music culture. The latest artist to join the ranks is the awesome Pablo Nouvelle featuring Tulliae on vocal duties. The original mix of Poison  is a magnificent blippy, skippy, groovy lounge tech house meets electronica track. Infectious, delicious grooves combined with relaxing trancy synthy melodies and warm piano chords. Cinematic soundscape that travel your mind to thousand places so I can imagine this track in the soundtrack of a nice British film. Hypnotic, therapeutic music that blocks the unwanted damaging noise and allows only the good sounds to come in your ears and travel to your brain and from there to rejuvenate your body and soul.  Maxi Soundsystem remix of Poison is such a fantastic deep tech house makeover perfect for your Ibiza terrace performances. The influences from many other genres are present and you can sense some progressive house and even deep  trance elements cropping up.Slow deep sexy grooves, deep haunting basslines, cinematic dreamy strings, fantastic percussion and various synthy layers and mysterious melodies that seems to come from the very deep. Creative playful arrangement with even some aggressive elements that disrupt the mind and build some great tension as well. This top remix is offered as dub as well but Tulliae voice is an integral part of this track!  #PureGold Love iT

Jess Glynne needs little to no introduction. You have no doubt already heard her soulful voice on Clean Bandit’s ‘Rather Be’ and Route 94’s ‘My Love’ which both entered the charts at #1 earlier this year.

Now it's time for Jess to introduce her own sound which is a distinguished mix of hip hop and enough pop to satisfy the wider audience she has already won over.

Jess’s first solo offering comes in the form of new single ‘Right Here’ produced by Black Butter's Gorgon City. Deftly demonstrating Jess’s skills as both a singularly impressive singer and songwriter but also a commander of the dance floor.

Forthcoming - 26.07.14

You can catch her at Glastonbury and more dates here - http://bit.ly/1gAsImA

Dimitri Kechagias review:  The exceptional singer Jess Glynn became well known worldwide with her guest vocals on Clean Bandit's awesome Rather Be and Route 94 fantastic beauty My Love. Common theme on both tracks is of course Love and how we deal with this so complex and highly pleasurable feeling as well. Black Butter Records presents the first solo single for Jess Glynn after her two big successes and must be said from the very beginning that this simply HUGE and it seems to be contender for the biggest summer anthem of 2014. The production by Gorgon City ensures the most fantastic soundscapes that will allow Jess Glynn to shine with her classy voice that recalls great soul singers from the past. She certainly has that retro pop quality that stands out like diamond and it is impossible not to to notice her wherever it may happen to listen this fantastic song. If they play it in big shop malls expect your customers to stop shopping and start wondering around and sing a long the lyrics. It make you instantly daydream and escape to another place that can be heaven for sure and Gorgon City manage with their deep house arrangement to create another sure UK number 1! Deep techy grooves, dark haunting basslines, funky sounds and awesome jazz atmosphere with nice trumpet riffs. Right Here is #PureGold Love it
