It was late last year when Justin Jay debuted his rock-infused feel-good side project Justin Jay & Friends which he has continued to showcase with his Fantastic Voyage EP.

Coalescing Justin Jay’s vast knowledge of house music’s intricacies with Josh Taylor’s pacific vocals and Benny Bridges’ slick guitar licks, the crew find the sweet spot in creating an oceanside atmosphere that fans of both indie rock and the more delicate genres of house can get on board with.

"Hey guys I'M DROPPING AN ALBUM!

A year & 3 months ago, I started my last semester of college. I realized there were so many things that I wanted to do that I knew nothing about. But instead of grinding thru text books n making study guides, I turned to my homies.
-
Many of my closest friends in college were obsessed with other kinds of music besides house and techno. When you're a sensitive music kid in a fratty party school, you can appreciate people who deeply care about any type of music. It just took me a while to realize we could jam together too.

FANTASTIC VOYAGE (THE ALBUM!) is about exploration: stepping outside of your comfort zone and trying new things.

Unlike a normal album that comes out all at once on one label, this project is broken up across a few EPs on a bunch of labels that reflect how different these songs are from each other. But there's a strong underlying connection: they were all made by me and my friends and they all work in my sets in between the dirtybird bombs and techno jams that i play.

Tomorrow, the first song off the album comes out. Each week, I'll show ya a new song and tell some of the silly stories behind it. Golden boys NVOY kick started things with All Night back in August, blending both fresh and more traditional club hallmarks for their debut label offering.

The original mix is a magnificently structured deep house poem with deep haunting basslines, chunky techy grooves and superb old school organ riffs along with cinematic strings and synthy themes working perfectly in harmony to produce something outstanding that carry away your Imagination to magical places and undiscovered spaces. The vocal is absolutely crucial and the soulful performance by Katy makes the difference as she sings in the most delicate and sensual way. Mak & Pasteman deliver the deep house version with strong techno elements and quite aggressive dark bassline along with rolling drums and distorted vocal samples. Its the version that you can play late at night when the clubbers ask for something more extreme and ready for action. Welcoming Elderbrook to the BB family.

Could is the first track taken from his forthcoming Simmer Down EP. While the darker and brooding undertones formulate the structure of Elderbrook’s sound, there’s a glimmer of tempo and pace on the horizon.

Dimitri Kechagias review: I'm so glad to discover now Bipolar Sunshine and I'm feeling a bit ashamed for myself because as it seems I'm bit late to find the next big thing  in eclectic dreamy electronic pop sound.  that seems to be so prominent and beloved for many fans who start to search more to discover new kinds of music. This drive of the audience to discover the new sounds is the same drive that push the boundaries and encourage musicians to experiment and bring new forms of musical expression. Deckchairs On The Moon is  feel good pop that is easy to digest but with so much depth in its soundtexture that will definitely keep you occupied thinking about it many hours and days after you will listen it on radio. The original mix is great mixture of electronic music with soulful vocals with inspirational lyrics that widen your horizon and switch on your imagination to start dreaming of your own personal uncensored mental images. Harry Fraud remix is wonderful left field avant garde electronic style track that remind me the Aphex Twin sound. Chill out and definitely dreamy will carry your soul away for a mysterious adventure. After their hit "Ready For Your Love feat. MNEK " the UK duo Gorgon City is back with another potential hit single. For " Here For You " they   brought on board the newcomer Laura Welsh that gives to the song that extra something with her delicate and clear voice .

Gorgon City have what it takes for lasting success something that is proved with the success story of "Ready For Your Love " : The single had before its release in the UK at 26.01 . already collected over 5,000 pre-orders and easily reached the Top 3 on the iTunes charts . In Germany , the single landed on a sensational # 23 on iTunes .

The new single " Here For You " is another taste of the album, which has been announced for late summer 2014.

Gorgon City are Kye and Matt , two electronic producer from North London, who are among the names RackNRuin and Foamo who also are actively separately from each other.  Gorgon City published since 2012 together two EPs and three singles with electronic music . The breakdown includes fantastic old school feel good piano chords and slowly builds towards the massive rave style synthy packed drop that will cause mass hysteria on the dancefloor! Prime time version that respects the futuristic retro vibe of the original without spoiling it! It rather follows it really successfully. Surkin from France provides his eclectic elegant deep tech house version with tribal grooves, old school bouncy basslines and retro organ riffs. With previous releases on some of the worlds best underground imprints, including Josh Wink’s Ovum, Culprit and Hot Creations, we welcome New York based MANIK to the Black Butter family (you may also know him from the insanely good Sailor & I - Tough Love remix he did for us last summer).

‘Because of You’ & ‘Boardcut' are reminiscent of the bumping UK garage days, both whipped up a frenzy at MANIK's recent appearance at Fabric. Flipside 'Wanna Feel' brings forth a lighter, blissed out summer haze.

Forthcoming gigs include Park Am Se Festval in Amsterdam, Ovum 20 & Ritter Buske in Berlin.
