Conjuring images of empty wastelands and the decay of humanity, 'Neverland' is the newest cut of THNK. Its sinister sound sets and grim, rolling basslines will ensure you're hooked from the very start, only loosening its grip on your mind when it's time to press repeat. Only adding to the magnificence is Steve Slight's tremendous treatment, so be sure to listen to both in some underground club as well, just to fully experience what this music is all about.

Dimitri Kechagias review: The progressive sublabel  THNK  provides two top bangers to make all progressive techno fans very happy.  The original mix of Neverland is deep haunting bouncy production with pulsating dark basslines, chunky wonky grooves, big synthy hooks, vocal snippets and fantastic sound design. Repetitive and hypnotic the track promises you to take you for a journey and delivers the goods. Steve Slight remix is classic techno affair that continuous with the same dark haunting theme with rougher basslines, mechanical drums, industrial melodies, siren like synthy sounds and swirling themes to keep the energy flowing on the dancefloor! 10/10 #LoveIT

1-Festival
2-Beneath
3-Lucid

Not many techno producers enjoy the support of Armin van Buuren, but Thomas Vink produces such consistently quality tunes that he gained the backing of one of the world’s biggest DJs.

The ‘Beneath’ EP is Vink's trademark atmospheric style, with plenty of energy and flow.

Dimitri Kechagias review:  THNK Recordings continues it's impressive journey through time and space with the brand new EP by Thomas Vink. It's called Beneath EP and includes 3 magnificent progressive techno gems perfect to expand your mind and train yourself to enjoy all kinds of music. Thomas Vink  is definitely an artist with his own unique sound and his roots within techno and progressive house shaped his taste in music that is manifested on these 3 mindblowing tunes. First of all Festival is the beautiful deep dark and very spacey travelling track with infectious rhythm and hypnotic synthy riffs that carry your spirit to magical places and spaces. Recreational electronic music that help the mind to expand and sustain the growth of your imagination too. Beneath in contrast with the previous more enlightening track takes the  deeper, darker route that goes Beneath the surface in a much more moody, grumpy, cold and distant soundscape. Thomas is a very talented sound designer and he arranges his sound layers in a such an interesting and intriguing way that easily absorb the listener in its microworld and carry away the mind with its flow. Pumping throbbing basslines, techy minimal grooves, cinematic strings, distorted alienated vocal samples and synthy riff in the breakdown that adds some light for a while are some of the main ingredients of this very mysterious cut. Lucid continues on the same pathway of Beneath with dark and moody soundtextures, electro infused synthy leads, warm cinematic strings that come and go, random vocal samples and electronic style melody in the breakdown that slowly builds the anticipation but as it usually happens in techno tracks the resolution of the tension never comes. 3 magnificent techno anthems that will rock the techno tents of the big summer festivals and the forthcoming Amsterdam Dance Event! #PureGold Love IT

You might want to consider apologizing to your subwoofer in advance, because it’s about to get an unnecessary work out from Thomas Vink’s raucous bass.

The hypnotic detail and spatial imagery of the Arkanoid EP is made possible by some truly inspired rhythmic subs, creating the perfect, spaced-out mixture of tech, minimal, deep, and even trance elements.

Sink your teeth into this one, and expect to be pleasantly surprised at every turn.

Dimitri Kechagias review: Armada Music expands to surprising directions and the latest label to join the family is the awesome THNK techno label with an EP that will give you shivers to say the least. The Dutch dj & producer Thomas Vink from Gorinchem delivers his exceptional progressive techno EP Arkanoid that includes 3 magnificent deep and brooding tracks that will be difficult to categorise if you stuck your head with old, worn out and redundant categories. Technology and the creativity of modern musicians offer so many possibilities that nowadays the only limit is your imagination and inspiration of course. First of all is Arkanoid. This is the darker, serious, moody, demanding and dominating of the three tracks. Vocal chops upon the crunchy techy groove and cool deep basslines combined with claps like sound that create the very nice danceable rhythm that will carry any clubber in the middle of the dancefloor. The breakdown reveals the melodramatic dreamy theme that sends goosebumps and add the human soulful side to the mechanical techno side. You can imagine djs like Chris Liebing & Dave Clarke appreciate this fantastic track a lot. Continue is the deep driving haunting and mysterious track that draws influences from psy trance with ethnic style vocals, cinematic strings and cool synths upon the dark and relentless building groove that flows amazingly smooth and hypnotic. On the same eccentric eclectic style is the last fantastic production Glide. Particularly this one has definitely more trance references in it. Deep haunting and brooding basslines, minimal techy steady beat and on top he adds awesome synths that shine in the night and is the moment that the dancefloor will erupt and the crowd will start shouting and getting very excited. It will give you shivers from head to toe and better let the music flow inside your blood like the river flows and radiates its exceptional warmth and soulful elements. #PureGold Love iT
