With festival season just around the corner, the countdown is on for Creamfields South which returns to Hylands Park, Essex on May Bank Holiday weekend. With an almighty line up already announced featuring some of the biggest names in electronic music, Cream HQ have announced some new additions to the bill including Alan Fitzpatrick, Wilkinson, Skepsis, Hedex, Christopher Coe Live, Holy Goof, Franky Wah, Richy Ahmed, Shy FX, Alisha, Darkzy & Window Kid, East End Dubs, TS7, WaFF, Serum, Max Dean, Notion, Marco Faraone and Flava D. They’ll be joining the likes of Calvin Harris, Swedish House Mafia, Tiësto, Eric Prydz, Jamie Jones, Patrick Topping, Nina Kraviz, Carl Cox (Hybrid Live), Camelphat, Ben Hemsley, Fatboy Slim, Example, Chase & Status (DJ Set), Joel Corry, MK, Andy C, Annie Mac, Sam Divine, LF System, Kölsch, Gorgon City, Sonny Fodera, Hannah Laing and more.

With a variety of arena hosts bringing their own flavour including Jamie Jones as the master of ceremonies for Paradise and Patrick Topping and friends at the helm for Trick on Saturday and Sunday respectively, all of whom will be taking over the award-winning Runway presented by SHEIN superstructure for its South debut this year. Plus, elsewhere, New World Fest join the fold for an arena takeover featuring an array of fresh and emerging talent.

And following an effervescent debut in 2022, The Garden Party are back as Hospitality hosts, bringing their good vibes, dancers, disco balls and troupe of unique performers, delivering the perfect classic house and soul infused soundtrack across the weekend, with performances from the likes of No Artificial Colours, Rob Crouch, Jesse James, CJ Sax, Rusti, Lee Ward, Guy D’Angelo, Lewis Wright, Page Twins, Pete James, Jimmy London, Mas Que Nada, Molly Mouse, Ad Levick, Jack Bullock, Murfi and Arise. The mighty centrepiece from Creamfields North makes the trip South

The inaugural edition of Creamfields South saw the festival make its mark in 2022, but now the bar is set to be firmly raised for 2023. Since 2016 the legendary Arc stage has been highly lauded as one of the largest outdoor stages in the world. At over 100 metres wide, 15 metres tall, the Arc is a monolithic and imposing curved structure. It’s played host to some of the world’s hottest electronic acts and now it’s set to make the journey to Hylands Park, Chelmsford to make its debut at Creamfields South on May Bank Holiday 2023.

Headlining Arc stage are previously announced headliners Calvin Harris, Swedish House Mafia, Tiësto and Becky Hill with plenty more to be announced. Team the top-tier acts and stunning visual display with a world-leading Soundsystem, and it becomes clear that Arc will be one of the must-see spectacles of the 2023 festival season.

With the extra day of live music and performances running across three days from Friday 26th – 28th May Bank holiday weekend, the line-up is already shaping up nicely featuring some of the biggest names in electronic music including Calvin Harris (Saturday), Swedish House Mafia (Sunday) and Tiësto (Friday), Andy C, Becky Hill, Camelphat, Carl Cox (Hybrid Live), Chase & Status (DJ Set), Example, Fatboy Slim, Gorgon City, Nina Kraviz, Patrick Topping and Sonny Fodera.

After firmly planting their flag in the festival scene with their debut edition in 2022, Creamfields South returns to Hylands Park, Chelmsford over the May Bank Holiday weekend and is shaping up to be even bigger as Creamfields HQ have just unleashed an almighty first phase line up. Building on its success which saw the debut South edition attract over 50,000 people, the festival has also added an extra day of live music with performances now running across three days.

As a first phase line up, they don’t get much bigger with Main stage headliners just announced including Calvin Harris (Saturday), Swedish House Mafia (Sunday) and Tiësto (Friday) at the helm, plus performances from some of the biggest names in electronic music including Andy C, Becky Hill, Camelphat, Carl Cox (Hybrid Live), Chase & Status (DJ Set), Example, Fatboy Slim, Gorgon City, Nina Kraviz, Patrick Topping, Sonny Fodera + many more still to be announced, all performing across the multi stage festival.


With Creamfields bookending the festival season and their North edition already sold out, Creamfields South is a no brainer, and as we’ve come to learn from this global festival powerhouse, we can expect more surprises along the way.
