Tiësto will make his long-awaited return to Liverpool this winter, taking over Blackstone Street Warehouse on Saturday 12th December for his debut at the iconic warehouse venue.

One of the most influential figures in electronic music, the GRAMMY Award-winning artist has shaped global dance culture. From becoming the first DJ to perform at the Olympic Games to helping redefine the modern Las Vegas residency, Tiësto’s impact on the genre is unmatched. With more than 40 million album sales, eight Billboard Hot 100 hits and over 30 billion global streams, he continues to evolve whilst remaining one of dance music’s defining forces.

Across his career, Tiësto has headlined some of the world’s biggest music festivals, including EDC, Creamfields, Coachella, and Tomorrowland, while delivering era-defining records. His ability to continually shift with the culture has cemented his status as one of electronic music’s most enduring and in-demand global performers.

Now, Tiësto returns to a setting that reflects the underground foundations of his career. Set against the industrial backdrop of Blackstone Street Warehouse, this rare Liverpool show offers fans the opportunity to experience a global dance music icon in an intimate environment, marking what is set to be one of this year’s unmissable shows.

ABOUT TIËSTO

Tiësto has consistently redefined, reshaped, and reignited electronic music, impacting popular culture in the process. Renowned for multiplatinum international anthems, history-making performances, and boundless creativity, it would be impossible to imagine the genre without his influence. The GRAMMY® Award-winning international icon effectively pioneered the “Las Vegas DJ residency” as we know it, emerged as “the first DJ to perform at the Olympics,” and delivered smashes across the last three decades. His career sales have surpassed 40 million albums, he has earned eight Billboard Hot 100 hits, amassed over 30 billion streams, and collected more than a dozen RIAA certifications for multiplatinum, platinum, and gold singles. This creative season has seen him triumphantly revisit the melodic deep house sound he helped innovate, bringing his career full circle. Enshrined as one of the most influential and inventive DJ/producers of all time, Tiësto continues to break boundaries and elevate electronic music to unparalleled heights.

Rockstar Energy presents Creamfields is going all out for its 20-year celebration at Daresbury, and its latest announcement is guaranteed to send a ripple of excitement through the dance community. Electronic icons Faithless are set to make their first live performance at Creamfields in over 20 years, taking over the legendary Steel Yard on Sunday 30th August Bank Holiday weekend 2026.

Few acts have left a mark on electronic music quite like Faithless. With a career spanning nearly three decades, the group has shaped the sound and soul of global dance culture. From era-defining anthems like Insomnia, God Is a DJ and We Come 1, to a catalogue boasting ten Top 10 singles, six Top 5 albums (including three No.1s) and the four-times platinum Forever Faithless – The Greatest Hits, their influence remains unmatched.

After releasing Faithless 2.0 in 2015, a greatest hits-slash-remix project featuring Avicii, Tiësto, Armin van Buuren and Claptone, the band stepped back from touring. While they’ve delivered DJ sets over the years, this marks their first full Faithless Live performance at Creamfields in over two decades, making it a defining moment for both the band and the festival.

The return of Faithless Live carries deep emotional resonance. Following the passing of frontman Maxi Jazz in 2022, the outpouring of love from fans around the world was a powerful reminder of the impact his words, voice and spirit had on generations of ravers. While Maxi’s presence will always be missed, Sister Bliss and Rollo now lead the project with renewed purpose, their 2024 album Champion Sound marking both a celebration of their roots and the beginning of a bold new chapter.

Their 2026 live show promises to be a vibrant, euphoric homage to the genre they helped define and a heartfelt tribute to the man who made millions dance as one.

As Creamfields gears up for another historic weekend, Faithless join a powerhouse lineup featuring Calvin Harris, Swedish House Mafia, Underworld, Armin van Buuren, Disclosure, Sonny Fodera, Amelie Lens and Ewan McVicar, among others. With 80,000 festival-goers set to descend on Daresbury from Thursday 27th – Sunday 30th August 2026, this milestone edition is shaping up to be a defining moment, bridging dance music’s golden past with its electrifying future.

Following the overwhelming success of the first edition of ‘On the Waterfront’, plans have just been announced for its return in 2023, kicking off the summer season for another series of stunning shows and live performances, with the first phase headliners featuring some of Liverpool’s homegrown heroes.

First up on Friday 30th June is the phenomenon that is Jamie Webster who has gone from a modern-day local folk hero to an established solo artist in his own right. Fresh off the back of a UK & Ireland headline tour and packed Glastonbury performance, 2022 also saw the release of his critically acclaimed second album ‘Moments. He will be joined on stage by fellow bandmates Lighting Seeds bassist Tim Cunningham and Mick Head’s Red Elastic Band guitarist Danny Murphy. This will be his first major headline outdoor show to date, set right at the heart of the city in front of the iconic Three Graces, this is guaranteed to be an unmissable show for his legion of dedicated fans, as well as a true and deserved homecoming for one of the city’s biggest stars.

Following his sell out Liverpool Arena show at the weekend, Jamie said “Announcing an outdoor headline show in Liverpool is a dream come true. Right on the River Mersey, under the Liver birds, I can’t put into words what it will mean to me seeing thousands of you on the Pier Head next Summer. It’s my biggest show to date, all standing, it’s gonna be a night to remember. Playing shows like this is all down to my fans and I can’t thank you all enough. What a show this is going to be. My City, My People, My Heart.”

Next up and following on from their iconic sell out performance at last year’s inaugural event will see the return of the mighty Camelphat headlining on Saturday 1st July. Since their first foray into the underground side of dance music almost a decade ago, the Grammy nominated Liverpool duo have had a meteoric rise that has seen them achieve global success while remaining true to their underground sound. Their headline sell-out show at ‘On The Waterfront’ last year was their biggest and fastest selling show to date in the city.
“We are absolutely buzzing to be invited back to headline at the Liverpool Waterfront once again. This is such a unique opportunity to finally return home & produce a show worthy of the location. The memories created from last year’s event will be with us forever, its truly an experience like no other. Hopefully with the line-up we’re putting together this year can be even more spectacular!” Camelphat

Creamfields UK Friday night Steel Yard Headliner Announced: Eric Prydz V O I D
A unique show designed & created for the Steel Yard superstructure and is World Exclusive

If there’s one artist who continues to deliver ground breaking electronic shows, constantly pushing the boundaries of event production, its Eric Prydz. As can be testified by anyone who has witnessed his EPIC or HOLO live shows, it’s always a safe bet to say that a new show concept from Prydz is something to get excited about and that’s exactly what’s in store for UK fans as he returns to Creamfields on Friday 23rd August with V O I D, a brand new conceptual installation created in collaboration with Cream designed exclusively for his performance in the 15,000 capacity Steel Yard superstructure.

A firm favourite with the Creamfields crowd and sharing a long and close-knit history with the festival, Prydz is undoubtedly the king of the Steel Yard choosing it to debut his brand-new productions as he did with HOLO and EPIC. The idea of this collaboration was to design and create a production concept exclusively for Steel Yard, utilising and transforming its unique space through light, design and a unique installation. Full details of V O I D are still under wraps but given the track record Cream and Prydz share together, it’s safe to say fans can prepare for an unmissable mind-blowing performance.

In anticipation of what is set to be an unmissable show, Cream have released a limited amount of Friday Day and 2 Day Non-Camping (Fri & Sat) tickets for the very first time. This will be the first of two performances for Prydz at this year’s Creamfields when he returns on Sunday 25th August under his Cirez D moniker to perform alongside Adam Beyer.

Eric Prydz is the latest in a long line of big name artists performing at Creamfields this year and will be joining the likes of Swedish House Mafia, Calvin Harris, deadmau5, Tiësto, Carl Cox, Martin Garrix, The Chemical Brothers (Live), Faithless (DJ Set), Above & Beyond, The Black Madonna, Fatboy Slim, Chase & Status (DJ Set), Bicep (DJ Set), Andy C, Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike and Camelphat to name a few.

Creamfields returns to Daresbury, Cheshire, UK on Thursday 22nd – Sunday 25th August Bank Holiday Weekend 2019. Tickets on sale now.

Don't Miss Steel Yard London too!
