Belgium’s rising drum & bass star Andromedik is ready to take things to the next level. His long-awaited debut album Ascension is out now, followed by a massive solo show in Antwerp on November 1, the next edition of his signature event Andromedik Invites, featuring a heavyweight international line-up.

“Where my Rise EP set the tone, Ascension takes it all the way,” says Andromedik (Axel Demarbaix). “This album shows who I truly am as an artist – from emotional moments to pure club energy.”

Two years in the making. One goal: real music, real emotion.

Ascension took nearly two years to create, born from a point where Andromedik’s songwriting and production hit new heights. The result is a body of work made not for algorithms or DJ tools, but for people seeking energy and emotion.
“I wanted to prove that drum & bass can have real songs – with hooks, melodies and feeling – and still go hard,” he explains.
The album takes listeners on a journey through Andromedik’s full spectrum: from nostalgic nods (Nothing Like You) to high-energy anthems (Stone of Air), emotional cuts (Feelings) and festival bangers (Sunlight).

High-profile collabs: Netsky, Kanine, Lauren L’aimant & more

Ascension features collaborations with some of Andromedik’s biggest inspirations and close friends in the scene. A track with Netsky marks a personal milestone:
“I’ve said in almost every interview that he’s my biggest inspiration,” he laughs.

Other guests include Kanine, Lauren L’aimant – returning for the lead single Only One after their earlier collabs on Comedown and Air – plus Basstripper (BE) and A Little Sound (UK) on the standout tune Sunlight.

With Ascension, Andromedik cements his place among Europe’s drum & bass elite – proving once again that Belgium’s D&B scene is very much alive and kicking.

About Andromedik

At just 26, Belgian Drum & Bass sensation Andromedik has already left a significant mark on the scene. Known for his festival-ready sound and high-energy performances at major festivals and clubs worldwide, he recently joined forces with fellow Belgian and globally renowned artist Netsky for their first collaboration, Out of Body.

Following a series of sold-out hard-ticket shows in Belgium throughout 2024, an electrifying tour across Australia and New Zealand, and a standout stage-hosting performance at Tomorrowland, Andromedik has recently brought his wildly popular Andromedik Invites concept to Melkweg Amsterdam. He also just celebrated a major career milestone with his highly anticipated debut at EDC Las Vegas. Later in the summer, Andromedik returns to Tomorrowland, where he will host Andromedik Invites at the festival’s Rose Garden stage before making his much-anticipated comeback on the iconic Mainstage.

With dancefloor anthems like Stone, Bleed The Same, and Take Me, along with collaborations with top-tier artists such as Lost Frequencies on the Deluxe Mix of The Feeling and Netsky on Out of Body, Andromedik has firmly solidified his place in the scene. His official remixes for artists like Robin Schulz, Topic, Alesso, and John Newman have further expanded his reach, earning him widespread recognition among both fans and industry leaders.

His tracks have been featured on international radio stations such as BBC Radio 1, Studio Brussel, and George FM, earning him a Drum & Bass Arena Awards nomination for World’s Best Newcomer in 2019. As a versatile DJ and producer, Andromedik captivates audiences with his bold remixes, edits, and innovative takes on Drum & Bass. His undeniable energy, both in the studio and on stage, has positioned him as one of the most exciting names in electronic music today.

With each new achievement, Andromedik’s meteoric rise continues, propelling him to the forefront of the global Drum & Bass scene and offering fans an exhilarating journey through his music.

The songs will be performed live on stage at Tomorrowland.

This is what unity looks like

The first day of Tomorrowland’s 19th edition has ended. A cruel twist of fate made People of Tomorrow around the world hold their breath in anxious apprehension last Wednesday evening. Due to an unfortunate accident, a fire broke out on the Mainstage during the final stages of construction and rehearsals. Although no one was injured in the event, it quickly became apparent that the whole Mainstage was lost, destroying two years of passionate work by Tomorrowland’s creative and fabrication teams, as well as the technical equipment that would have brought the story of ‘Orbyz’ to life. But Tomorrowland wouldn’t be Tomorrowland if they could not find a solution to such a seemingly devastating setback. After an outpouring of love from People of Tomorrow worldwide, the incredible production and construction crews worked round the clock to rebuild the Mainstage, and Tomorrowland was able to go through mostly as planned. The gates opened to welcome thousands of sparkling souls who were more ready than ever to make the most of it. A crowd congregated by the newly re-erected Mainstage, cheering on crew as they put the finishing touches to the new edifice, built up in the span of less than 48 hours. When the barriers finally came down, the crowd stormed the stage as one: all the unity that we ever could have wished for, and perhaps even more. This is the story of how Tomorrowland’s spirit rises from the ashes.

The show goes on

Besides the obvious gaping hole were the Mainstage should have been, a situation like this presents serious logistical issues. First of all, the skeleton of the Mainstage had to be stabilized and made safe to build – and later on, party – around. With that taken care of, the fundamental question became one of space: was there enough real estate, and enough accessible emergency exits to allow everyone safely onto the premises? And how could a new stage be raised on top of the old one in an extremely limited timeframe, working around the debris created by the fire? With all of these challenges ahead, Tomorrowland staff faced some tough choices while working around the clock to figure out what was possible, but one thing was for sure: the show would go on, no matter what. Live Today, Love Tomorrow, Unite Forever!

The first performances at the Mainstage area

Martin Garrix made his grand return to Tomorrowland, bringing his high-energy anthems and unforgettable stage presence back to the People of Tomorrow. More incredible performances at the Mainstage area were brought by ALOK, Artbat b2b Kölsch, Axwell, Meduza, NERVO, Odymel b2b Pegassi, Sub Zero Project and Vini Vici.

ALOK x Tomorrowland 2025 EP

Right on the opening day of Tomorrowland Belgium 2025, global dance music icon ALOK raised the stakes even higher with the release of his brand-new three-track project ‘ALOK x Tomorrowland 2025 EP’, released on Tomorrowland Music today. Featuring high-profile collaborations with Agents Of Time, B Jones, and SOLANCE, the EP showcases a cross-section of cutting-edge talent from across the global electronic music scene. Landing on the same day that ALOK returned to Tomorrowland, this EP captures the energy, scale, and sonic evolution of one of the world’s most in-demand DJs and producers.

Andromedik Invites

Belgian Drum & Bass sensation Andromedik brought his wildly popular ‘Andromedik Invites’ brand back to Tomorrowland, inviting acts like Camo & Krooked, Emily Makis, Metrik, Sota B2B Basstripper, and many more to play at the Rose Garden.

Teletech x Atmosphere

Teletech, one of the wildest and most respected techno events across the globe, took charge of the Atmosphere stage for a day. Fans were treated to electrifying sets from a series of the most popular hard techno artists, including Azyr b2b Nico Moreno, Fantasm, Holy Priest, NOVAH, VIDO B2B BYØRN, and more.

Eric Prydz closing down the Freedom Stage

The Freedom Stage is a technical feat of epic proportions. The legendary Eric Prydz had the honor of closing down the brand-new version of the Freedom Stage on the first day, while other performances were brought by HI-LO b2b Eli Brown, John Summit, Joris Voorn b2b Rose Ringed, Layla Benitez, Rivo, and more.

Damian Lazarus at CORE

After having toured across the world, the legendary CORE stage – a human head split down the middle by a large screen – came back home in the enchanting forests of Tomorrowland in Belgium to take festivalgoers on a truly immersive multi-sensory journey. Damian Lazarus closed down the first day with his much-awaited comeback – a unique blend of deep, hypnotic beats and mesmerizing rhythms.

The brand-new Great Library

A brand-new stage for the People of Tomorrow to discover: The Great Library. The first day welcomed a series of high-energy performances by renowned artists across different genres, including Dillon Francis b2b Marten Hørger, Jaden Bojsen, John Newman, MANDY, Matisse & Sadko b2b Third Party, Oliver Heldens, and more.

Dillon Francis b2b MARTEN HØRGER

Bass house powerhouses Dillon Francis and MARTEN HØRGER ignited The Great Library with their brand-new two-track EP ‘B2U’, released on 1001 Recordings today. The dynamic release features the title track ‘B2U’ alongside the electrifying ‘Cut The Midrange’, showcasing the duo’s signature high-energy sound and masterful production. 1001Tracklists and Tomorrowland Music – two of the most influential forces in electronic music – have recently joined forces to launch 1001 Recordings, a brand-new record label with the dancefloor at its heart. 1001 Recordings will focus exclusively on collaborative releases in its launch phase, creating milestone moments and stories around each track.

For the 2025 edition, Tomorrowland’s Global Journey travel program again offers visitors a carefree all-in experience that combines the festival with both transport and hotel or camping stay, covering your trip from the moment you leave home and guiding you straight to the magical gates of Tomorrowland. Every package includes a Tomorrowland Full Madness ticket and shuttle transport to and from the festival.

Youth Package

This exclusive travel package is designed for young travelers under the age of 26 that want to unite with other People of Tomorrow to experience Tomorrowland. The journey begins with a fun evening activity in Brussels on Tuesday, while on Wednesday the adventure continues in Ghent, diving into the atmosphere of the popular Ghent Festivities, as well as a boat trip along the canals of the city. On Thursday, the youngsters will explore Brussels before heading to DreamVille, where they will stay in a Spectacular Friendship Garden. From Friday to Sunday, they will experience the energy and magic of Tomorrowland with opportunities to reunite with each other every day.

An exclusive cycling experience

Tomorrowland will be joining forces again with Ridley, the biggest Belgian manufacturer of high-quality performance bikes, for an exclusive cycling experience. Limited to a small group of like-minded People of Tomorrow, the three-day cycling package (including hotel and a Full Madness Pass for Tomorrowland) welcomes cyclists from all levels to explore the variety of Belgium’s most legendary and historic road and gravel routes on a unique Tomorrowland x Ridley Gravel Bike. After three amazing days of exploring on and off the bike, it’s time to unite with the other People of Tomorrow and dive into the magic of the festival.

A unique camping experience at DreamVille

Festivalgoers can opt to stay at the legendary DreamVille camping grounds (Tomorrowland’s official camping site right next to the festival grounds) for a unique camping experience with a wide range of different accommodations, so everyone can find a place to fall in love with. To cater to different needs, there are a variety of packages, each with its own perks.

The Gathering at DreamVille

Camp2Camp

Launched in 2016 in partnership with Ecoso to reduce the pile of left behind tents, matrasses and other camping gear at DreamVille, Camp2Camp has one compelling objective – to transform the festival camping experience into a circular, ecological, and socially uplifting story. Camp2Camp breathes new life into abandoned camping gear, preserving and giving them a second, third, and even fourth chance to be a part of the magic that is Tomorrowland. Each piece of gear, whether it be a tent, sleeping bag, or camping chair, is collected after the festival, meticulously cleaned, and lovingly repaired. Post-revival, this equipment becomes part of an exciting rental service, set up and waiting for People of Tomorrow on arrival, allowing them to travel light and carefree. Festivalgoers will not have to bring any camping gear themselves, it will all be ready and pre-pitched for them. By choosing Camp2Camp, people can contribute to a social cause without any extra effort.

Find magic from the moment you check in

People can also choose to sleep in one of the many Tomorrowland hotels, theme hotels, concept hotels, hostels and B&Bs across Brussels and Antwerp. Global Journey has selected two unique hotels in the center of Brussels, which will be transformed into special Tomorrowland theme hotels, including barbers, hairdressers and make-up artists on every festival day and a bunch of other surprises to enjoy the real fairy tale of Tomorrowland. There are also 3 concept hotels to choose from: each hotel has their own unique concept and focuses on a specific aspect to immerse guests in another world – from sleeping in nature to a botanical garden and an art gallery right in your hotel.

Discover some of Europe’s and Belgium’s most beautiful cities

Festivalgoers can also extend their Tomorrowland experience with a unique travel adventure with a group of friends and discover some of Europe’s and Belgium’s most beautiful cities, finishing off with a weekend of magic at Tomorrowland. Thanks to the Discover Europe journey, people get the chance to enjoy Tomorrowland, as well as discover up to 5 European cities (Amsterdam, Barcelona, Copenhagen, Brussels, Ibiza, Lisbon and Prague). In each city, a program with different activities invites guests to connect and make friends with people from all over the world, creating memories and long-lasting friendships. The Discover Belgium experience gives you the opportunity to explore the variety of Belgium with 4 magical trips to the most beautiful cities of the home country of Tomorrowland: Antwerp, Bruges, Ghent and Brussels.

The Garden of Elements

When you book a Global Journey Travel Package with arrival on Wednesday (or sooner), Global Journey surprises you with an exclusive Belgian Journey on Thursday, giving you the chance to discover the beauty of a Belgian city and some local specialties and participate in different activities together with the People of Tomorrow. People who are staying in a hostel or hotel in Brussels can also go to Invited Brussels: an official Global Journey pre-party on a unique location in the Belgian capital on Thursday evening. Before taking the memories of a legendary Tomorrowland experience back home, Global Journey invites you in The Garden of Elements on Monday after Tomorrowland to recover from the madness in a green environment. The Garden of Elements is all about relaxing, recovering and healthy activities in a green environment, while enjoying smoothies, a salad bar, games, yoga, pilates, massages and more.

Tomorrowland Global Journey Party Flights & Trains

Last year, Brussels Airlines and Tomorrowland have closed a partnership to offset all CO2 emissions resulting from the renowned Tomorrowland Global Journey Party Flights through the purchase of Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF). This can save up to 80% CO2-emissions. Next to that, Green Fares are the standard plane ticket integrated in the Global Journey package for the international festivalgoers. Following past years’ huge success, the special Tomorrowland party trains with live DJ sets will be making their way again from Düsseldorf and Amsterdam to Antwerp.
