[content title="Summary" label="Overall Score"] EDX returns with "MOYO"—an electrifying club anthem meticulously crafted for summer nights and festival stages. This track pulses with vibrant rhythms, radiating feel-good vibes that make it an essential soundtrack for the season. As a stalwart in the global house scene, EDX consistently pushes the envelope with his innovative productions, and "MOYO" is no exception. At its core, "MOYO" is a 124 BPM melodic progressive house masterpiece. The production showcases EDX's signature style, blending pulsating basslines with thumping, chunky grooves that create an irresistible dancefloor energy. The bassline is crafted with precision, employing sidechain compression techniques to ensure it breathes seamlessly with the kick drum, creating that quintessential "pump" effect synonymous with progressive house. The track’s rhythm section features wonky percussion elements, adding a playful yet sophisticated texture. EDX utilizes a variety of percussive samples layered with subtle delay and reverb effects to create spatial depth. The groove is further enhanced by intricate hi-hat patterns, which inject dynamic movement and keep the energy flowing. Ethereal vocal chops float harmoniously throughout the composition, processed with reverb and slight pitch modulation to achieve a dreamy, otherworldly quality. These airy vocals are complemented by mesmerizing synths and lush, dreamy soundscapes. The synth work in "MOYO" is particularly noteworthy—EDX employs a mixture of analog and digital synthesizers, utilizing wavetable synthesis to craft rich, evolving textures. Modulation parameters such as LFOs (Low-Frequency Oscillators) are meticulously automated to create subtle shifts in tone and timbre, maintaining listener engagement. The track’s breakdown is where EDX’s production prowess truly shines. A slightly distorted synth hook takes center stage, characterized by its memorable melody and harmonic warmth. This hook is achieved through careful layering of saw wave synths, enriched with harmonic distortion and stereo widening effects to create a fuller, immersive sound. The buildup employs risers and filtered noise sweeps, gradually increasing tension before the drop. When the drop hits, it’s pure euphoria. Designed to incite mayhem on festival mainstages, the drop reintroduces the pulsating bassline and chunky groove with added intensity. The energy is amplified through the strategic use of transient shapers and multiband compression, ensuring each element punches through the mix with clarity and power. "MOYO" is a testament to EDX’s deft touch and deep understanding of club dynamics. It’s not just a summer hit—it’s a meticulously engineered dancefloor weapon, crafted with technical finesse and boundless creativity. #PureGold Love IT[/content]

[content title="Summary" label="Overall Score"]EDX, a renowned figure in the global house music scene, continues to push boundaries with his latest single "Desire." This track marks a slight departure from his recent club-centric productions, pivoting towards an upfront vocal house vibe with pop dance crossover appeal. Delving deeper into its technical intricacies, "Desire" showcases EDX's mastery in music production, blending traditional and contemporary elements seamlessly. The track kicks off with energetic, pulsating basslines crafted using sidechain compression techniques to create a dynamic interplay between the bass and the thumping kick drums. The kicks themselves are meticulously layered, combining punchy 909 samples with subtle sub-bass layers to achieve both clarity and depth in the low-end spectrum. Dynamic percussion elements, including crisp hi-hats and snappy claps, are placed strategically to maintain rhythmic drive. EDX employs intricate groove quantization to give the percussion a humanized, natural feel, enhancing the track's danceability. The melodic framework is enriched with melodramatic string arrangements, likely synthesized with virtual instruments that emulate orchestral textures. Dark, synthy melodies weave through the composition, crafted using analog emulation plugins that give them a warm, vintage character. The moody soundscapes are achieved through creative use of reverb and delay effects, adding spatial depth and emotional resonance. Jess Ball's vocals are a standout feature, captured with high-fidelity condenser microphones to preserve the nuances of her unique timbre. Her infectious lyrics are supported by precise vocal processing, including EQ, compression, and subtle pitch correction to maintain naturalness while ensuring clarity in the mix. The track’s 127 BPM tempo aligns perfectly with melodic house and techno sensibilities, allowing for seamless integration into DJ sets. Its arrangement is meticulously structured, with tension-building breakdowns, euphoric drops, and smooth transitions facilitated by automation of filters and effects. Already climbing the charts, "Desire" is poised to be a definitive summer anthem, a testament to EDX’s technical prowess and artistic vision. #PureGold #LoveIT [/content]

Joël Fabrice stands for modern, melodious and groovy Deep as well as Tech House and embodies a new generation of promising producers in the landscape of electronic music.

Already before entering into his contract with the renowned Swiss label Hieronica (2011), the club scene in Zurich served as both a source of inspiration and stepping stone for appearances in well-known national and international locations. Ranging from regular bookings in the legendary OXA and Kaufleuten Club (Zurich, Switzerland) to international gigs at World Club Dome (Frankfurt, Germany) or Miami Music Week (Miami, USA) – Joël Fabrice consistently delivers a characteristic groove with an undeniable recognition factor. Various performances at different festivals (Motion Openair 2012, Street Parade, Holi Festival and Vibez Festival 2019) lead to the next breakthrough: he was signed by the Sirup Artist Agency as the home base of EDX, Antonio Giacca and Nora En Pure.

Stemming from a very musical family, the trained carpenter tends to reach less for the hammer and more for the synthesizers. Joël Fabrice discovered his affinity towards hard as well as softer bass lines at young age, which soon blossomed into his first appearances as a DJ. Since then, he has stayed true to House Music as his musical roots, yet developed his own signature mix of eclectic and multi-faceted Tech House and Melodic Techno.

For me it's when you try it once, you can never go back to other softwares. It never happened for the last 100 years in Black Rock City). The Love Burn 2023! The Love Burn is an official regional event for Burning Man in Miami. I had a pleasure to play for a few days at that festival and was amazed by creativity of the artists attended that event. It is the same level as Burning Man, just smaller territory and smoother conditions when you are outdoors in Miami HA-HA. And this Summer I played at breathtaking Switzerland which looks so beautiful like a bright card, but it's all real nature, so unbelievable how nature can be so different and so spectacular!

These guys brought such a good house music vibe to that rooftop party and then all of a sudden Ron Carroll took a microphone and started singing live with his warm extremely southern and pleasant pure voice. Everybody was amazed with live performance that day! I think I would admit this particular set as best set of 2023.

Yasha Musica: Playing with velocity is kind of cool! And adding a bit of noise to the base it's the only thing I can share with you :) everything else is a secret information HA-HA. But also you got to let your ears to rest before digging more and more into production process with any track. Usually when next day you listen to the track you were thinking is a masterpiece, it is a bit far from perfection Ha-Ha.

10) Best piece of personal or music business' advice you got in relation to your career in 2023 and has helped you to progress even further and can help others who will read this interview:

Yasha Musica: Listen to yourself and a good music :) And do not listen to anyone who suggests you something against your desires. Very important is to understand that when it gets hard for you and when you decide to turn around you could have stayed one step away from your goal. So just proceed! With your own comfortable speed, but just proceed forward.

Dimitris: Do you have any concrete plans for 2024 regarding future releases, tracks, albums, collaborations, DJ gigs? Please provide us the juicy details.

Yasha Musica: I just finally uprgraded my studio with some new fresh toys and I am planning on concentrating on producing more next year. It will be interesting for me to improvise with a different styles of music, like let's say Afro House track, something tropical and vibing. It will be interesting for me to gam with a different stuff, because I used to produce melodic progressive and melodic house tracks before and I think it's time for Melodic Afro next.

Dimitris: Your message & wishes for 2024.

Yasha Musica: I would love to concentrate on producing this year to come up with a good quality unique new content. And next year I think I will be spending on that. Also in 2023 we shot a very important for me documentary video about my story how I was guided to the music. It was created a scenario for shooting day . A few people actors who were playing a role of me and my family in my childhood and all the story what I was going through for music and how much effort my family put in my musical development. I am very excited for this video to see the world as well, shot by talented videographers from Pre.Pro.Post. Production. Which was a cool collaboration between people who love what they do and are very passionate about what they are creating! I am looking forward for this video to be finally out! You can find it on my instagram https://www.instagram.com/yashamusica

Also all my music platforms you can find here https://linktr.ee/Yashamusica

FREY became the only artist in the world having the permission to use a part of one of Tim's Tracks.

His remix for Lost Frequencies’ & James Blunt’s chart hit „Melody“ was one of the highlights in all Lost Frequencies sets around, which he also played at Tomorrowland in front of more than hundred thousand fans.

In 2020 FREY released his remake of Polarkreis 18 international hit "Allein Allein" with Spinnin’ Records / Warner Music. This song became an instant hit for many DJs around the world. [content title="Summary" label="Overall Score"]EDX and the upcoming talented Frey merge their creative impulses for the stunning update of the eternal Italo euro dance anthem The Rhythm Of The Night. Their own version is packed with tribal techy drums, pumping basslines, sharp kicks and on top dark moody distorted synthy hooks to bring the right moodiness along with pizzicato like airy synthy theme that works beautifully to add the trancy euro dance edge to it. The result is an incredible record with hypnotic feel with afro house touches and bubbly grooves to carry you away and become your soundtrack for your Tik Tok stories from your summer holidays. Production that shines and sonic design that simply is on fire from the always at the forefront EDX and frey. #PureGold Love IT [/content]

[content title="Summary" label="Overall Score"]The beloved Swiss based but globally known house DJ, producer, label owner EDX presents his newest creation called So Good. The track moves on the well known style of EDX with tribalish grooves, pulsating basslines and superb warm like summer breeze strings along with Ibiza style pizzicato style melody on top. The diva house gospel choir style of vocal works really fine within the whole context of the song supporting the brilliant melodies to uplift you even more. So Good brings back memories with certain deepness that seems to be perfect for the colder days and nights ahead. Hands will stay in the air and we all together we singalong and bouncing around. #PureGold Love IT[/content]

The German talent VINYLSURFER is a master at what he does, and his latest releases on Sirup Music proves that statement to be right.

For example his track on Sirup Music called Aavaa has a reoccuring TRIBAL VOCAL, which builds on the ATMOSPHERIC & SPACIOUS VIBE throughout the whole track.

Accompanied by some SYNCOPATED PERCUSSION, WARM SYNTHS & a gentle bassline, this track is perfect for when you wanna lay back, throw on your headphones and zone out!

His track on Sirup named TOGETHER reminds us of his SPACIOUS and LAID BACK VIBE.

A great addition to any set, this track gives a moment for the crowd to BREATHE, while KEEPING THE GROOVE. With a UPLIFTING BASS LINE and somewhat NOSTALGIC VOCALS, this track is also a great EMOTIONAL BANGER to listen to in the car, at work or in your personal playlist!
