US producer Lane 8 aka Daniel Goldstein, follows up from the success of his debut artist album ‘Rise’ on Anjunadeep with the long awaited ‘Midnight EP’ on label of the moment Suara. Recently debuted by BBC Radio 1’s Pete Tong, title track Midnight has quickly become a fan favourite with its emotive, distinctive keys and rolling grooves. Another staple in his recent DJ sets and another Pete Tong-endrosed track, ‘Frau’ is a melodic techno epic, whilst the darker ‘Under My Skin’ takes things techier still in Daniel’s most stripped back club track to date.

Dimitri Kechagias review: Whenever you notice the name of Lane8 you can easily understand that the music is going to be right to the next level. Lane8 return surprisingly is not on Anjunadeep but rather on Suara Music from Spain. First track of his Midnight EP is the same titled Midnight that can be described as relaxing smooth progressive house track with pulsating basslines, flexible drums and superb synthy riffs that run throughout the track along with the melancholic piano chords. If you like to close your eyes and let your imagination flow  towards unknown destinations then Midnight is right up your road. Under Your Skin is darker tribal minimal techno naughty raunchy track with moody dystopian basslines, vocal samples and great drive towards the unknown. Distorted synths, industrial sensibility and mysterious sometimes stressing atmosphere with plenty of white noise. Last track is Frau which a beautiful melodic techno sonic adventure that needs to be discovered. Swirling synths, dark industrial melodies and vocal snippets that make you feel totally abandoned  and lost in a different world of endless possibilities. Lane 8 delivers  the goods once again. #PureGold 10/10 Love It

Suara "First time we heard 'Gunfire', we instantly felt in love with it. It has a very sweet line of vocals with some tight synths that creates and amazing spooky atmosphere. Dimitri Kechagias review: The beloved and extremely talented Pretty Pink returns with her incredible EP on Suara. The first track Gunfire features the exceptional vocals by Janine Villforth. Its a magnificent deep electronic house excursion packed with chunky techy grooves, deep pulsating basslines, xylophone melodies, guitar riffs and cinematic strings along with warm piano chords. The vocal is the absolute focus point and for sure will keep you entertained during your holiday vacations. What is Love features Tears and Murble on vocals. Exceptional melodic dreamy house composition that adds new leash of life on Haddaway's eurodance anthem with depth and incredible sound textures. Great tribal like percussion, metallic deep basslines, guitar riffs and stunning vocal performance that gives you instantly shivers as long it comes out from the speakers. Gunfire is remixed perfectly by Teenage Mutants who add tougher basslines, rougher drums and hypnotic rhythm along with dirty industrial riffs. Pure Perfection. Love It

01 Kaiserdisco Devon (Original Mix)
02 Kaiserdisco - Oregon (Original mix)
03 Kaiserdisco - Devon (Just Be Remix)

April 7th 2014 sees the revered German House and Techno duo Kaiserdisco make their Suara debut with an outstanding two-track EP entitled ‘Rex Cats’.

The killer tech-house groove of ‘Devon’ kicks proceedings off encompassing; dirty lo-fi drums, eerie atmospheric textures, warped vocal hits and a looped ‘I House You’ vocal sample inspired by the Jungle Brothers hip-house classic. The release also includes an amazing re-rub from veteran DJ/producer Just Be (Formerly known as Bushwacka!) who injects a large dose of his trademark production magic into the track.

‘Oregon’ is next up and instantly increases the heat with its densely layered TR-909 laden drum groove, spacey sound effects and an infectious vocal chant that adds some real spice to this slickly produced tech-house weapon.

All in all, this release has been designed to cause real damage on the dancefloor so think of it not as a little kitty you would like to hug but more of a big T-Rex cat you wouldn’t want to mess with - so, you better dance!

‘Rex Cats’ EP is available on Beatport exclusively from April 7th and the rest of the world two weeks later.

Dimitri Kechagias review: The exceptional duo Kaiserdisco from Hamburg is back on Suara Music with an EP that is already under the warm support of some of the biggest techno and tech house djs.  Devon (Original Mix) is a superb slice of underground techno that because of its cool housey grooves and well known house vocal sample can actually be played easily within house sets as well. Particularly if you play the deep tech house sound that seems to be very popular you are going to adore it. Its hypnotic rhythm, repetitive danceable beats, organic percussion, techy rolling grooves and the cool vocal sample work well to elevate your crowd and keep them dancing with heads down and closed eyes. The second track is called Oregon.  Awesome techno focused track with very unique tribal groove with chopped vocals, excellent percussion and amazing dark and moody atmosphere that will engage the crowd and keep them sweating until there is need for some water. On Devon is included the Just Be Remix as well. Its more than 9 minutes deep tech house beauty that is more minimal and forward thinking with additional synthy melodies and various sound effects that makes the journey very enjoyable and absorbing. If you play deep tech house is essential to burn your dancefloor with this epic proportions remix. Love iT
