Legendary DJ/Producer Tiësto has unveiled his brand new edit of ‘BOOM’, teaming up with rap superstar Gucci Mane to form a potent floor-filling mix of his 2017 track of the same name. Out now on Musical Freedom/PM:AM Recordings listen to “BOOM” here.

Long admired as the man at the forefront of electronic dance music’s rise in popularity, the Musical Freedom label owner brings a heavy bass feel to the production, teaming up with Sevenn, as Gucci - a headliner at 2017’s Coachella Festival - laces the release with his fast-bars, and wittily lyricised flow.
“My track “BOOM” is already a massive club hit, and I figured that it still had some room to grow with the right feature. I’ve always liked Gucci’s flow and music, so I approached him and he was down! This particular collaboration came together organically” says Tiësto. “What I’ve learned about teaming up with other artists is that everyone’s ear is different and everyone has their unique approach to working with a track. I know my sound very well, which can make collaborations difficult because I’m not willing to compromise my style. But, when my collaborations work, they really work. This track is an example of that.”
This cross-genre collaboration comes after the original track’s massive success, garnering over 100M streams worldwide and widely recognized as one of the most supported tracks among DJs in 2017. As a sign of things to come, ‘BOOM’ kicks off what promises to be a hallmark year for the dance music icon. In addition to the music, Tiësto has announced several major tour dates for 2018, including February shows at Festival Hall in Melbourne and Hordern Pavilion in Sydney, as well as a massive day-long event for Steel Yard London in May. 21 year old Jonas Blue has been busy perfecting his craft as a producer, spending time collaborating in studios in L.A, Stockholm and London. Blue takes his musical cues from pop and classic dance music, as well as from the Tropical House sounds of producers such as Felix Jaehn, Lost Frequencies and Kygo.

His latest single came about when he had the idea to recreate one of his mother’s favourite songs that he remembered hearing on repeat as a child. Crafting the music came naturally to him but the difficult part was finding a voice who had the richness and depth that made the original so special.

On an autumn night in an East London pub however, Jonas heard a unique, bluesy voice coming from the basement. Rather than being in his ivory tower on his own he collaborates with top talents like Oliver Heldens who manage to bring his own sound. Wombass is an amazing piece of driving future house with pulsating garage 90's basslines, chunky techy drums and great synthy hooks along with ravey style themes. The breakdown is a surprise as we get shinning glowing colorful orchestral strings reminiscent of Tiesto past anthems. Dimitri Kechagias review: The Nights is the current Top 10 in UK from the Swedish star Avicii. Now I have in my hands two of the great remixes that are out on all major download shops. Firstly is Mike Mago who does his best to bring the house down and delivers his exceptional Future House version that is upfront and ready for mainstage action. Vintage influences, bouncy old school basslines, tough techy grooves, rave style synths and superb application of the original vocals. Grant Nelson delivers the more dark and twisted deep house version that has elements of what we tern now deep house but actually has Chicago house influences as well. Very classy, functional and rounded version with the vocals stay in the background and the dark bassline driving the action. Top notch remixes for a global smash for Avicii who will perform at this years Tomorrowland festival. Love it

Dimitri Kechagias review: It is such a big pleasure to review one of the first house anthems and chart hit for 2015. He is definitely a name to watch and his magnificent old school anthem Wish You Were Mine put him straight away in the map of those to watch and wait big things in the coming year. His track is a great hybrid of deep house, melodic house with electronic synths, chunky groove and old school garage house bassline that sounds large on the right soundsystems. The classic house organ riff is present in it as well to add that Ibiza atmosphere and take our mind, body and soul to foam parties and crazy nights out in the white Isle.  The vocal sample is used stretched and chopped in pieces to accommodate his great foundation of wonderful mesmerising sounds. Of course whenever you hear those lyrics you get goosebumps straight away and he applies them in all the right places. Wish You Were Mine is number 2 record at the UK Top 40 in 2015 and its up to Philip to grow his career on the back of this enormous hit. After the incredible success of "The Days" follows now on 01.12.2014 the appropriate EP: "The Days / The Nights"!

In addition to the current hit with Robbie Williams, # 1 on iTunes in 10 countries and top of the German airplay charts, it is also the new track "The Nights" and each a remix of the title. His The Days / Nights EP facilitates his ability to compose tracks that move between different styles and manage even to make country music acceptable to a non American audience as well. The Nights doesnt have Robbie Williams on vocals but instead it has great lyrics that follow the "Dont Worry Child" style of father talking to his son and telling him great wisdoms about how he must learn to leave life to the fullest and enjoy every single minute of it in order to remember them. The lyrics are very memorable and will resonate to many males out there. Emotional melodies, uplifting synths, quitar riffs and great country style tone in the singing will definitely turn this track into a very radio friendly anthem. Felix Jaehn delivers the remix and he does his best to impress with his very deep house meets electronic style that includes sunkissed melodies and sunsoaked atmosphere to bring summer in cold winter nights.  The package now includes the superb Henrik B on The Days with Robbie Williams on vocal duties. Henrik B from Sweden slowly rises up high with releases on top labels like Axtone and Le7els. His remix is melodic progressive house accessible to mainstream radio audiences with electro rockish basslines, chunky grooves and euphoric synths to support the brilliant vocals. From a youth spent sneaking into Stockholm’s underground nightclubs to the ardent support of Swedish House Mafias’ assorted members, Otto Jettman is undoubtedly the next in a line of explosive new talent to emerge from the Refune Records stronghold. Welcomed into the charts and global clubbing circuit alike, his Otto Knows moniker has come to embody the true potential of passionate creativity within global dance music.

Brought to the attention of Sebastian Ingrosso thanks to a chance meeting in their native Stockholm, his development as a DJ and producer came through the first hand experience of touring alongside the Refune head honcho. Debuting alongside none other than Tim Berg and Swedish peer Oliver Ingrosso, the time between ‘iTrack’ and his breakthrough single ‘Million Voices’ was a period of considerable development under the watchful eye of Sebastian Ingrosso. He is very lucky to have in his career many first ideas that other djs followed them. For instance he was the first to organise a concert with him playing at the stage not in his natural place that is the dj booth in the  club but in a stadium in front of thousands clubbers who came to stare at him as they do when they go in a concert to watch an orchestra or a pop artist. In that way he immediately raised the profile of dj profession as a job that deserves the rock star status. Also he was first to release those concerts on DVD's and in that way to spread their influence all over the world. Tiesto is the first for trying new ideas and his track Wasted is definitely not something you expect from a dj who plays fat banging beats and booming heavy basslines. He decides to release a track that doesn't target the clubs but clearly targets the radio stations and the audience who is not very familiar with EDM and definitely with this track he focus in the USA market. With 112 BPM the track is very slow for a club track but we all hope for a massive remix package that will allow the fellow djs to play it in their dj sets.
