From a youth spent sneaking into Stockholm’s underground nightclubs to the ardent support of Swedish House Mafias’ assorted members, Otto Jettman is undoubtedly the next in a line of explosive new talent to emerge from the Refune Records stronghold. Welcomed into the charts and global clubbing circuit alike, his Otto Knows moniker has come to embody the true potential of passionate creativity within global dance music.
Brought to the attention of Sebastian Ingrosso thanks to a chance meeting in their native Stockholm, his development as a DJ and producer came through the first hand experience of touring alongside the Refune head honcho. Debuting alongside none other than Tim Berg and Swedish peer Oliver Ingrosso, the time between ‘iTrack’ and his breakthrough single ‘Million Voices’ was a period of considerable development under the watchful eye of Sebastian Ingrosso. Created in the back room of the studio whilst Ingrosso and Alesso penned festival favorite ‘Calling’, ‘Million Voices’ would propel the young producer forwards, proving a consistent favorite both across the airwaves and on the white isle of Ibiza throughout 2012 and setting the benchmark for his productions at an all-time-high.
Thanks to this wide attention, "Million Voices" manage to breakthrough into the mainstream. The track sat down at the top of the Shazam charts and was inducted into the prestigious A- playlist of BBC Radio 1, where he received a flood of new fans with every appearance.
Meantime "Million Voices" was among the top 15 of the UK singles charts and reached gold status in Australia , Ireland, the Netherlands and Sweden, and platinum in Belgium. Pete Tong , the British DJ and internationally recognized opinion leaders, declared him as one of the " Young Stars" of 2012. "Million Voices" has what it takes to be a true classic. This song clearly entered the new producer at the international stage , who has since reliably proves himself as an exceptional talent from which the dance floors of the world can expect a lot more .
Otto, who focuses on quality rather than quantity, is waiting for the next release and is currently working in his studio on new pieces. After the two impressive and frequently played remixes of Dada Life and Burns in 2012 thet put the young producer in 2013 in a big way and after he produced a number of new , fascinating pieces . His remix of the track " Starlight " by Don Diablo and Matt Nash, Axwell released on the label the Axtone earned him more laurels and was played in heavy rotation . How wide is the range of his ability , he proved with the pop dance anthem "Work Bitch" , the first single from Britney Spears' new album "Britney Jean " . With further releases of original material in 2014 are quite Otto year.
And outside the studio is Otto Knows not idle , but internationally on tour. In 2013 he graduated with an India tour in December , where he was traveling together with the international star Avicii . Among the variety of club and festival appearances this summer include gigs at the Electric Zoo Mexico, the Bravalla and Light Festival in Las Vegas and a headlining appearance at Emporium Festival in the Netherlands , which is just another proof of Otto's success.

Dimitri Kechagias review: Million Voices talented producer Otto Knows from Sweden strikes back with big bang and is ready to move and shake big crowds worldwide with his exceptional anthem Parachute. The track is magnificent full vocal progressive house banger with electro and even rock fusions. It starts all bouncy and banging until to land on the first short intro breakdown where we hear the cool sing a long chorus line and then the kick returns along with aggressive rock guitar influenced basslines. Very energetic and pumping will be hard to resist the immense energy that this massive sounds vibrate to the world. The breakdown is really balearic and summery with rock guitar licks, sun kissed melodies and the fantastic feel good inspirational vocals that make you think of early morning sunrise or late afternoon sunset in Ibiza.
