deadmau5 set to bring Cube v3 Live Production to Creamfields for its UK debut 

With less than 100 days until Creamfields returns to Cheshire, one of this year’s most anticipated performances comes from deadmau5.  Since the Cube made its debut in 2009, it’s been through various iterations, and now it’s reached v3 with stats that are a prime example of how far you can go with live tech, if you’ve got the mind for it, something the man in mau5 head Joel Zimmerman has by the bucketload.



The technology pushes the limits of what is possible, requiring endless banks of processing units used to render the visuals, massive screens and LED lights that back the installation.  For Joel, it’s a work of passion, an example of how tech can be used to heighten and improve a live show. For the fans, it will provide an audio-visual experience like no other, and as the only UK festival appearance for deadmau5 this year, not to mention his forthcoming new album that’s just waiting to be teased out during his live shows, Creamfields fans are in for a treat.

With festival season officially underway, one of the most anticipated shows of the summer is just around the corner. Creamfields have already announced a seriously heavyweight line up, and now the additions continue as a new wave of artists have just been added including Peggy Gou, Heidi, Joris Voorn, Mistajam, Mauro Picotto, Afrojack, Nicky Romero, Blastoyz, Dimitri Vangelis & Wyman, Maurice West, Noisecontrollers, North Base, Jack Eye Jones, TNT aka Technoboy ‘n’ Tuneboy, Dr Phunk, MC Dynamite, Mia More, Franky Wah, Generik and LilRockit.

A limited number of Friday Day and two-day (Friday & Saturday) tickets have gone on sale for the first time, but with many tickets already sold out they won’t be around for long.

The latest additions will be joining the likes of Swedish House Mafia, Calvin Harris, deadmau5, Tiësto, Adam Beyer 🔲 Cirez D, The Chemical Brothers, Martin Garrix, Carl Cox, and Above & Beyond to name just a few of the 300+ artists spread across 30 arenas .

On Saturday 25th May, HOLO, the mind-blowing live show from Eric Prydz lands in London’s Finsbury Park, kicking off the Steel Yard weekender on May Bank Holiday.  Saturday tickets have already been snapped up with the show selling out in a day, but for those lucky enough to snare one, the full line up has now been dropped with performances from big room techno don Alan Fitzpatrick, Cristoph and a very special B2B set from George Fitzgerald & Tiga.    For those still wanting some Steel Yard London action there are limited tickets still available for Sunday’s session – Carl Cox presents Space Ibiza. 

For those who’ve missed out on the opportunity to see HOLO in the capital, fear not, because Prydz is back in the UK for Creamfields on Friday 23rd August Bank Holiday and will be unveiling V O I D, a brand- new conceptual installation created in collaboration with Cream, designed exclusively for his performance in the award winning Steel Yard superstructure. Creamfields UK Friday night Steel Yard Headliner Announced: Eric Prydz V O I D
A unique show designed & created for the Steel Yard superstructure and is World Exclusive 

If there’s one artist who continues to deliver ground breaking electronic shows, constantly pushing the boundaries of event production, its Eric Prydz. As can be testified by anyone who has witnessed his EPIC or HOLO live shows, it’s always a safe bet to say that a new show concept from Prydz is something to get excited about and that’s exactly what’s in store for UK fans as he returns to Creamfields on Friday 23rd August with V O I D, a brand new conceptual installation created in collaboration with Cream designed exclusively for his performance in the 15,000 capacity Steel Yard superstructure. 

A firm favourite with the Creamfields crowd and sharing a long and close-knit history with the festival, Prydz is undoubtedly the king of the Steel Yard choosing it to debut his brand-new productions as he did with HOLO and EPIC. The idea of this collaboration was to design and create a production concept exclusively for Steel Yard, utilising and transforming its unique space through light, design and a unique installation. Full details of V O I D are still under wraps but given the track record Cream and Prydz share together, it’s safe to say fans can prepare for an unmissable mind-blowing performance. 

In anticipation of what is set to be an unmissable show, Cream have released a limited amount of Friday Day and 2 Day Non-Camping (Fri & Sat) tickets for the very first time. This will be the first of two performances for Prydz at this year’s Creamfields when he returns on Sunday 25th August under his Cirez D moniker to perform alongside Adam Beyer.

Hype is building for the return of the Steel Yard to the capital on May Bank Holiday weekend no more so than for Sundays edition which will see the king of techno bring a touch of the Balearics to the UK for Carl Cox presents Space Ibiza, and we can now reveal the full line up which includes Eats Everything, Nic Fanciulli, Richy Ahmed, Steve Lawler and Clara Da Costa.

After months of speculation it’s finally been confirmed that the electronic supergroup Swedish House Mafia will be returning to the UK in 2019 to perform an exclusive one-off show, back to their spiritual home Creamfields to close out the legendary 4 day festival on Sunday 25th August Bank Holiday weekend.   



Following a global teaser campaign which has seen cryptic billboards, posters and screen ads pop up in cities across the UK, the rumours across the dance music community have been swirling, and after announcing their reunion last month which resulted in 3 sell out stadium shows in their hometown of Stockholm, followed by Mexico, it’s now time for UK fans to rejoice.

Throughout their careers, the trio have had a long-standing relationship with Cream, performing together at their club ‘Nation’ in the early noughties before making their Creamfields debut under their ‘new’ Swedish House Mafia moniker in 2007, and this will be the first time the trio will perform together in the UK after a seven year hiatus.
