One of the stand out vocal tracks taken the recent In Sessions Volume 1 compilation is this lush offering from Farhad Mahdavi & Kiran M, who team up with vocalist Claire Willis and deliver 'Shine'.

The track is a warm progressive journey packed with plucky melodies, soothing pads and of course Claire's sumptuous vocals playing on top of it all puts the icing on the cake.

Definitely a summer inspired anthem here and one of our favourites right now.

Continuing to pluck out the very best in deep, melodic and moody music, the In Sessions brand unearths a truly unique EP from Darkployers for its next release with the mighty ‘Genesis E.P’.

The original is moody and atmospheric from the start, with its quirky keys, deep bass and lush breakdown that will touch all your senses. On hand to turn the original on its head is Jeremy Rowlett, who carves up a real treat. Lifting the track with a funked up groove, more soft tones and yet perfectly encapsulating the original vibe throughout.

Finally wrapping things up, Darkployers drop ‘Do It!’, which is yet another awe inspiring cut from this outfit as they once again flex their deep muscles and showcase their diverse sound.

Dimitri Kechagias review: In Sessions presents the brand new EP by the Polish trance production & dj duo Darkployers. It includes 2 fantastic original dark trance anthems and high class remix treatment by Jeremy Rowlett who simply expands your mind in many different directions. Genesis is the massive deep dark trancer with haunting basslines, bouncy deep kick, spacey sonar like melodies and fantastic cinematic atmosphere. The breakbeat section in the breakdown works perfectly to travel your spirit away followed by huge burst of euphoric synths to please the big room crowds. The climax remains on the same big room dark trance sound that djs like Marcus Schulz has championed for years now. The remix treatment comes from USA and Jeremy Rowlett who adds his production skills and turns the track into a mind and soul pleaser. With heavy punchy kick, dark deep basslines, great  percussion and variety of melodic synthy layers combined with more haunting ones. Jeremy keeps the breakbeat for shorter period than the original  and allows more time for the emotional synths to come to the surface and design exceptionally his mysterious cinematic soundscape. His climax is more melodic and driving with focus on the big room clubs who like it a bit more thumping and punchy. It's perfect for peak time moments in any well conceived progressive trance set. Lastly Do IT is the second original track and continues on the same deep moody progressive sound with memorable synthy hooks and surprising breakdown with sonar synths, airy pads, and huge electro infused main synthy hook that will raise the roofs for sure. The climax is full on and hands in the air with all the various soundlayers offering the sense of that rich in content and emotions deep trance sound that always manage to put your mind in a state of hypnosis and trance! #PureGold Love It

The deep and haunting sounds of release #11 on In Sessions begin to ring out from the off, as our next release comes from Marcus White & Dave Kant with ‘Strawberries & Cream’.

That deep and moody bass warble drives the track along, with its hypnotic and haunting pads and quirky keys joining the ensemble of sounds. It keeps you hooked and wanting more as the track goes deeper into the mix.

At the break it’s pretty special, with its big bass rumble, raucous lead and ripping top line all pulsating throughout the mix and hitting you hard with its techno infused drop. Quite simply, it will blow you away with its diversity and originality.

Providing a monstrous remix is Christopher Vassilakis who serves up a deep and moody alternative, which is quite simply a bone shaker and mind blower!

Dimitri Kechagias review: In Sessions is the magnificent record label headed by the Irish Tucandeo. The brand new release comes from the hot duo Marcus White & Dave Kant who deliver the exceptional Strawberries & Cream. The Original mix is absolutely stunning with that 90's classic trance vibe to it that resemble the unforgettable sound from German labels like EyeQ records. Its deep and spacey on that Coldharbour recordings friendly sound with fantastic deep throbbing basslines, dark pumping kick, sonar like melodies on top and whispering male vocals. The breakdown is truly epic with huge synthy stabs and blissful atmosphere that raise the hair from your back and make you think that these types of synths sound perfect on a large soundsystem while the smoke machine is in full effect. The climax continues on the same hypnotic travelling mood that will transfer your senses easily to a distant future. The Greek upcoming and very successful producer and dj from the beautiful Island of Corfu, Christopher Vassilakis, delivers his fantastic deep tech trance version that is much more underground, grumpy, cold and aggressive with industrial melodic themes, great percussion that simply make you dance and deep pumping basslines that drive the track forward. It's very atmospheric with classical trance elements in it and psy trance influences as well. If you go for serious underground pure trance sound this release includes two great tracks to get addicted for hours!  #PureGold Love IT

A deep, atmospheric and emotive cut, which is sure to hit that sweet spot with every DJ and clubber. With its cool, playful hook, warm bass and plucky groove, it has everything you need to keep your crowd hooked and wanting more.

On the flip Naden delivers an equally inspiring cut injecting his much loved sound, yet keeping that soulful melody from the original. It’s the perfect complement and alternative in this package.
Supported by Markus Schulz

Dimitri Kechagias review:  In Sessions is the top record label owned by the awesome Tucandeo. Every single release on this top record label becomes a massive hit and the latest by Trilucid called Aria is heavily supported by Markus Schulz. The original mix is a solid deep dark Gothic progressive trancer with techy bouncy beats, deep driving basslines and exceptional moody atmosphere. The breakdown is exceptional with great old school synthy melodies that recall trance classics from the past. The brooding bass is contrasted with the optimistic euphoric synths that manage to create the magic and uplift your senses when the beat strikes back and lead us nicely on the massive big room climax with the swirling synths and the dark moody soundsscapes. Its simply impossible to stand still when this gorgeous trancers will be played on big rooms and radio shows. Naden on the other side is already established for his progressive trance sound with releases on the finest labels. His version is lighter with balearic spacey sparkling feel to it. Travelling basslines, dreamy synths, luscius melodies and very danceable positive colourful result that will inspire the listener and switch on his/her imagination to dance along with closed eyes and wide open soul. I called it Ecological environmental friendly trance . #PureGold Love iT

After delighting the trance family with their recent remix on In Sessions, rising stars Holbrook & SkyKeeper return and make their E.P debut on the label with the mighty ‘Fire Walk With Me E.P’.

We begin with ‘Fire Walk With Me’, with its lively energy, rough and ready vibe and that epic lead that will for sure hit all the right buttons when the track drops.

Conforming to the much loved In Sessions mould, we continue with a deep, dark and atmospheric journey in the form of ‘Mistigris’, with its deep bass warble, haunting effects and plucky, playful percussion.

The dynamic duo has delivered the goods and we hope and wait for more goodies from them very soon!

Dimitri Kechagias review: The super strong record label In Sessions part of Infrasonic headed by the Irish trio Tucandeo presents another fantastic EP by  Holbrook & Skykeeper including two prime time big room dark progressive trance bombs Fire Walk With Me & Mistigris. Firstly,  Fire Walk With Me is a powerful and highly energised big room trancer with deep haunting but driving basslines, pumping tribal beats and of course the stand out element is the huge rave style distorted synthy lead that will raise the hair from your neck and send you shivers from head to toe. Its so dynamic that you want to dance and jump along non stop with it. Djs who follow the Markus Schulz distinctive sound will like this track very much.  Mistigris is another example of deep haunting highly atmospheric dark and Gothic trance with heavenly style voices and cinematic atmosphere in the breakdown. The climax is pretty steady with attention paid on the progression of the dark and sinister melodies and less on the give the crowd instant excitement type of epic track closure. Its the perfect track to play in the middle of your set and keep the energy flow uninterrupted. Love iT

Dimitri Kechagias review:  The stunning record label In Sessions presents the latest release by the label owners Tucandeo with their magnificent Altitude. The original mix is a deep tribal tech meets prog trance affair with chunky tribal beats, deep basslines and dark melodic themes. Cinematic atmosphere will create thousands of mental images in your mind as you will attempt to escape from the harsh reality. Hypnotic unconventional and very groovy dark trancer that brings at the end of the labyrinth some light, colour and optimism. Rising hot shot Andromedha arrives on In Sessions with the mighty ‘Soul Prison E.P’, as the label notches up its seventh release.

We kick off with ‘Soul Prison’, a deep and soothing journey that encompasses a lush, warm bass note, pin point production and a huge atmosphere that will for sure please even the elitist clubber. To complement the original, watch out for the equally impressive mix from Holbrook & Skykeeper who offer a slightly uplifting stance, yet still keeping that moody character.

Wrapping things up is ‘White Lady’, which is yet another slice of moody and emotive progressive trance from this fine producer. Essential stuff!

Dimitri Kechagias review:  The superb deep progressive trance imprint In Sessions headed by the very talented Tucandeo presents the brand new release by the Polish producer Andromedha with his incredible track Soul Prison. The original mix moves on the dark moody haunting gothic progressive trance style that is so hypnotic and applies  dark and sinister melodies that have an uplifting effect on you without making you the super happy person.  Holbrook & Skykeeper have manage to build an excellent reputation as a result of their incredible originals and remixes. They transform the deep hypnotic original into a much more upfront big room trancer that djs like Markus Schulz to drop in the middle of his dj set. It keeps the moodiness of the original but targets the peak time moment of your set. Particularly the ultra large synthy lead in the breakdown will raise the hair from your back and send shivers all over your body. Lastly the very strong track White Lady continues on the deep mysterious unconventional dark and gloomy sound with wah wah trance voices on top and haunting basslines that create to you a sense of coldness like walking in the winter and feeling the cold air in your face. If you search for trance with cinematic atmosphere that attempts to communicate on a different level and frequency don't miss this top EP. Love IT
