[item value="10"]Joris Delacroix feat. SHELLS - Make A Move [/item]
[content title="Summary" label="Overall Score"]Joris Delacroix returns with "Make A Move," a masterclass in contemporary electronic music production, featuring the captivating vocals of SHELLS. This track is a synthesis of technical prowess and emotive artistry, designed to resonate on both the dance floor and within personal playlists. The production foundation is set at an invigorating 129 BPM, a tempo that comfortably bridges the gap between progressive house and tech-infused electronica. The drum programming is particularly noteworthy; Delacroix employs a combination of energetic pounding drums layered with thumping, techy kicks that provide a solid rhythmic backbone. The percussive elements are meticulously crafted, with chunky percussion loops interlaced to add dynamic texture and drive. Central to "Make A Move" is its rich synth architecture. The electro-twisted synths are a blend of analog warmth and digital sharpness, achieved through complex modulation techniques and creative filtering. These synths are not merely melodic tools but are woven into the track’s fabric, interacting with the rhythmic elements to create a pulsating, immersive soundscape. The sunkissed melodies, characterized by bright, resonant tones, are crafted using a mix of arpeggiated sequences and harmonic layering, giving the track its infectious, feel-good vibe. SHELLS’ vocals are treated with precision, employing subtle reverb and delay effects to enhance their ethereal quality without overshadowing the instrumental. The vocal production showcases meticulous EQ balancing, ensuring clarity and presence amidst the dense, vibrant mix. What sets "Make A Move" apart is its ability to feel both nostalgic and futuristic. This duality is achieved through forward-thinking production techniques—such as sidechain compression for dynamic breathing space and stereo imaging for spatial depth—combined with melodic sensibilities reminiscent of classic dance anthems. In essence, "Make A Move" is a testament to Joris Delacroix’s innovative approach to music production, where technical sophistication meets emotional resonance, culminating in a track that is as technically impressive as it is soul-stirring. #PureGold Love iT[/content]

[item value="10"]Joris Delacroix - Lorena [/item]
[content title="Summary" label="Overall Score"]The upcoming and promising Joris Delacroix joins Armada with his 130BPM melodic house banger Lorena. The track has superb old school retro metallic raw basslines, pounding percussion, uplifting rave synthy keys, exotic vocal sample that will stuck in your head for days along with Middle East  style chorus voices, big distorted synthy hooks and superb build up that will bring excitement and euphoria on any dancefloor. The track is playful, sunkissed and feel good and it seems that crosses genres and styles and gets even support from the A State of Trance radio show. It will do big things in the coming months. #PureGold Love IT[/content]

Both Joachim Pastor and Joris Delacroix are known throughout the dance music scene for their incredibly contagious club tracks, so it shouldn’t take anyone more than a single attempt to guess what their first-ever collaboration would sound like. Marking the debut release of Joris Delacroix on Armada Music (the internationally acclaimed record label he recently signed with and on which Joachim Pastor has been regularly releasing for the past years), ‘Swaying’ instantly shows the impeccable synergy between their trademark sounds as well as its club-scene-conquering capabilities.

Hotly anticipated by their fans, ‘Swaying’ sees the Frenchmen turn in a highly melodic club track. Stealing focus with the tantalizing synth melody and the elegant arpeggios that run underneath, this record brings listeners a large step closer to the ultimate dance floor high.

Inspired by the works of seminal artists such as Daft Punk, Sonata Arctica and Jean-Michel Jarre, Joachim Pastor’s melodious brand of electronica offers a sense of sophistication not easily found in today’s music world. Designed to make listeners feel with every fiber of their being, the French producer’s music is an expression of emotion with a danceable twist. His sound is now endorsed by hundreds of thousands of fans on Spotify alone, as well as those who have witnessed his performances worldwide at festivals including Dour, Tomorrowland, Paleo, Olympia, Solidays, DGTL, Pleinvrees. Joachim Pastor also released his debut album, ‘Greater Message’, last year, and produced the soundtrack of ‘The Final Season’, documentary covering the ultimate season of eight-time World Rally champion Sébastien Ogier.

A pianist since childhood and an electronic music aficionado by the age of 10, French producer, DJ and live performer Joris Delacroix has cemented his spot within the melodic house and techno space. In additional to recently releasing ‘Unexpected’ and ‘Homie’ on his own label (SmallFishBigSea), he has remixed tracks from the likes of Depeche Mode, Alle Farben, NTO, Tinlicker and OVERWERK, and collaborated with artists such as Oliver Schorries, Teho and now Joachim Pastor.

[item value="10"] Joachim Pastor & Joris Delacroix - Swaying[/item]
[content title="Summary" label="Overall Score"]Joachim Pastor & Joris Delacroix collaborate for the brilliant Swaying. It is one of those cases that will be hard to categorize it as many will call this melodic techno and others just progressive house. The track has as a driving force a very strong siren like synthy crazy hook upon a very danceable addictive hypnotic groove that moves the track forward and make you feel tottaly lost it in its mythical underworld. Fantastic breakdown with blissful piano chords and warm retro strings while this lovely synthy hook teases the listener and carry them away in the very hypnotic climax. It has unique flavour and is destined to be huge! #PureGold Love IT[/content]
