Continuing our ethos of showcasing upcoming talent, we welcome Jardin for a Coldharbour debut with a fine melodic techno piece, Away.

Already on the radar of tastemakers such as Markus Schulz, Paul Oakenfold, and Cosmic Gate, Jardin's upfront blend of progressive meets melodic techno has made him a name to watch in an ever-evolving scene of talent. With multiple Global DJ Broadcast supports, Away is ideal for set building.

[content title="Summary" label="Overall Score"]Jardin is making waves with his releases and Away seems to feet perfectly the Coldharbour sound. His dark pounding techy basslines, pumping drums, thumping kicks, dark twisted synthy melodies, dark haunting strings and excellent energetic drive turns this track into a wonderful ride not to be missed. The breakdown reveals the dark mysterious synthy hook with certain melancholic tones but still with epic anthemic quality to it. The climax is pounding dark mysterious with variety of synthy hooks building the hypnotic trancy state of mind. If you go for thought provoking rough but still deep esoteric type of sound then you will adore Away by Jardin.[/content]

[content title="Summary" label="Overall Score"]Jardin is back on VANDIT with his solid uplifting monster tune Without You. The track is straight to the point uplifting trance with heavy raw basslines, solid metallic drums, psy tech trance effects and very strong uplifting synthy stabs that build the tension until to reach the break with the more emotional sensitive synthy plucks, vocal samples and colorful strings  that remains close to the Vandit style progression that we used to know through the years. The climax is uplifting and satisfying with the right sound to push the listener a little bit higher to find his/her own 7th heaven. Safe and by the book production that passes all the tests. #PureGold Love IT  [/content]

Paul van Dyk has announced the second phase of his From Then On Tour which is hitting the US and Canada with 14 stops along the way. The tour makes its first stop in Miami on April 13 for a very special show at Heart Nightclub. This show is officially the last ever that will take place at Heart as it is permanently closing.

The tour begins this month and spans through June as Paul makes stops at some major venues in New York City, Los Angeles, and festival grounds like EDC Las Vegas. On June 24, the tour’s last show will take place at Digital Dreams in Toronto, Ontario.

The tour is a celebration of Paul’s successful eighth studio album From Then On which was released in October of 2017. The legendary trance artist describes the monumental 14-track release as “the most personal project he’s ever worked on.” From Then On takes you on a Trance journey with tracks like “While You Were Gone”, “Breaking Dawn”, “I Am Alive”, and more. Collaborating with artists such as Alex M.O.R.P.H, Steve Allen, and others, Paul once again shows listeners and fans worldwide why he is, and always will be, such a historical figure in the world of Trance.

VORTEX, his collaboration with James Cottle, is receiving remix treatment by Jardin. This banger will be played around the world on dance floors and festival grounds this Spring.

How much further into Paul van Dyk & James Cottle’s ‘Vortex’ can it honestly be safe to go?! Well Jardin either knows… or doesn’t really care! (We’re banking on the former – he’s a considerate soul!).

When VANDIT offered him the pick of ‘From Then On’s crop to work some remix magic up on, the Scot made a no-hesitation beeline for Paul & James’ combined debut. Has he taken it beyond the Original’s already seismic proportions? Well let’s just say, around these parts, no one’s betting against it.

Putting the ‘kick’ in kick-drum, Jardin lays down a purposeful tempo, bracing bass and innate arrangement to charge his interpretation. Sending out dance-commanding impulses both conscious and subliminal, its catchy as hell call-and-response sub-melody energizes the production further.

Come the midpoint he reins in the riff for an eye-of-the-storm moment of relative calm. Its respite is fleeting however as Jardin releases the snare triggers, opens up the compressors and drops in its sky-kissing mainline to send ‘Vortex’ into orbit.

Jardin’s mix of ‘Vortex’ whirls into view today - turbulence very much ahead.

[content title="Summary" label="Overall Score"]Paul van Dyk & James Cottle superb collaboration  VORTEX receives the Jardin Remix which contemplates well the brilliant original version. Jardin definitely knows how to satisfy our ears with super pleasant synthy plucks merged with thumping drums, rough driving basslines, sharp kicks and earth shuttering groove that delivers uncountable amounts of energy. Great rhythm and uplifting vibe ensures to please uplifting and even rougher tech trance fanatics. Its solid and right to the point, Jardin brings uplifting as it should be done and Paul van Dyk original deserves. #PureGold Love IT[/content]
