With less than 55 days to go, Daresbury in Cheshire is getting ready to transform into the epicentre of electronic music as Rockstar Energy presents Creamfields, the iconic four-day festival brings together 300 of the world’s biggest electronic acts and 80,000 dance music fans from around the globe.

Already boasting a stacked lineup, Cream HQ has just dropped another huge announcement – two house music powerhouses, Chris Stussy and Josh Baker, will join forces for an exclusive back-to-back set closing out the mighty Steel Yard on Saturday 23rd August. This performance comes in addition to their solo sets in the 30,000 capacity APEX stage, making this Steel Yard debut a must-see moment of the weekend.




Creamfields 2025 marks a new era for the award-winning festival, with the introduction of two brand-new stages and the debut of ‘Downtown’ – an all-new entertainment village. Designed to recharge and reset, Downtown will be a hub of activity beyond the music, featuring everything from sports and fitness sessions to wellness classes, spa treatments and more – offering the perfect escape when you need a breather from the beats.

Following the overwhelming success of this year’s Creamfields, where a sell-out crowd of 70,000 flocked to Cheshire to attend one of the biggest festivals of the summer and witness some of the world’s biggest electronic artists perform, the team behind the award winning festival are pleased to announce the return of the Steel Yard to Liverpool waterfront for a series of 3 shows in November. Dance fans don’t have long to wait to see two of this year’s festival headliners return to the UK to host two very special 10 hour dance events across two weekends on Liverpool’s waterfront. Saturday 18th November will see Armin van Buuren showcase A State of Trance, bringing with him a renowned stable of acts from the trance family and Saturday 25th November will see another Creamfields headliner return Martin Garrix. Whilst Friday 24th November we’re excited to see the return of Cream Classical which makes its Steel Yard debut bringing together Cream’s 50 piece Philharmonic Orchestra to perform an evening of classic Cream tracks as you’ve never heard them before in one of Europe’s finest structures. 
The Steel Yard superstructure which was designed and created exclusively for Creamfields in 2016 and the largest of its kind in Europe has captured the imagination of electronic music fans around the world and the 24 hour sell-out success of the Steel Yard series of shows which has so far been staged in Liverpool and London is set to continue.

A name synonymous with dance music since the 90s, Cream is a clubbing institution for dance music fans around the world. Most famous for its long-standing weekly club night in Liverpool, numerous festivals, Ibiza residencies and albums and compilations, Cream boasts an unrivalled legacy of hosting the very best club events all over the world. 

Now the chief party purveyors are on the road with Cream Classics, touring the country with their most popular residents that were a part of its global recognition, and dates at O2 Academy venues in Oxford and Sheffield this autumn. 

Seb Fontaine and Tall Paul defined a soundtrack for a generation and will be digging through their record collections to take clubbers on a journey back to the heady days of dance and club culture, spinning some of the biggest dance anthems from the club’s legendary history. 

Seb Fontaine became one of Cream’s residents in the 90s, playing its weekly residency, its Ibizan nights, alongside hosting a BBC Radio 1 specialist dance show (2001-2004), as well as numerous record releases and mix albums, including Cream Anthems (1998), Cream Ibiza: Departures (1999), Cream Resident (2000) and Creamfields (2001). 

Tall Paul is another of Cream’s original and most popular residents delivering outstanding sets and mixing the best-selling Cream Anthems compilation (1998) alongside Seb Fontaine. Paul has played regularly for Cream all over the globe since the 90s, won numerous awards for his remix and production duties and his popularity has seen him DJ all over the world at the biggest venues and festivals. 

Joining the mammoth line-up will be dance duo and former Cream residents, K-Klass and the mighty Allister Whitehead, a firm Cream favourite as one of the UK’s most prolific house DJs.

Due to overwhelming demand Cream have announced a second date on Friday 15th April 2016 for Cream Classics at Liverpool’s Anglican Cathedral, a showcase that will see the global dance brand collaborate with musicians from the Royal Liverpool Philharmonic Orchestra, performing some of the greatest dance classics from the clubs history as you’ve never heard them before.  

Dance duo and former Cream residents K-Klass who have curated the set list for the evening will see their selection come to life in a new light with symphony orchestra with Liverpool’s stunning cathedral as its setting.   Commenting on the event Paul & Russ from K-Klass said:  “We are thrilled and excited at the prospect of putting this show together. The concept of seeing a hand-picked selection of some all-time Cream classics being performed in such an amazing setting is one we are truly honoured to be a part of. The Royal Liverpool Philharmonic are set to bring these anthems to life in the way only an orchestra can. We have spent many hours putting together a set that we feel represents the broad cross section of music that was and is Cream".  

And the party doesn’t end there, as details have also been announced for the afterparty where the classics continue.  Taking place at The Garage Club which is set in the heart of Liverpool’s new and emerging cultural district - the Baltic Triangle and a short 5 minute walk from the cathedral, the line up’s brings together some Cream legends and residents, featuring performances from Jon Pleased Wimmin, Allister Whitehead, Paul Bleasdale, Andy Mac, Stuart Hodson, Samuel Lamont and Andy Carroll who will be performing a very special acid house set + more to be announced.  Entry to the afterparty is free for all those with tickets to Cream Classics at Liverpool Cathedral.
