[item value="10"]Vini Vici x Lilly Palmer feat. Shanti People - Gaana Modam[/item]
[content title="Summary" label="Overall Score"]“Gaana Modam” by Vini Vici x Lilly Palmer feat. Shanti People is a masterclass in high-energy psytrance and techno fusion, executed with precision and technical finesse. The track opens with a pulsating drive at 142 BPM, immediately establishing a relentless groove through a robust raw techno kick and rolling bassline sequences. The rhythmic foundation is meticulously layered, with percussive elements panned across the stereo field to create an expansive spatial experience. This foundation gives way to hypnotic breakdowns where cinematic synths and orchestral string swells build tension, while Shanti People’s ethereal ethnic vocals glide through the mix, introducing an otherworldly atmosphere. The production showcases exceptional attention to harmonic layering and melodic hooks. Acid overtones intertwine with saw-lead arpeggios, providing harmonic tension that explodes into the track’s colossal drops. The transitions are seamless, using filtered risers, reverse effects, and sidechained textures to guide the listener from breakdown to peak without disrupting the track’s energy flow. Dynamic range is carefully balanced; the drops hit with full intensity while the breakdowns offer breathing space, enhancing the emotional resonance and keeping the listener immersed. From a technical standpoint, the track’s sound design is both detailed and powerful. Each element occupies its own frequency space, with clear separation between sub-bass, mid-bass stabs, and the sharp transient peaks of the percussion. Spatial effects like stereo delays and reverb tails enrich the melodic layers, giving the track a three-dimensional quality that thrives on large festival systems. The use of automation and modulated effects ensures evolving textures, preventing monotony and maintaining crowd engagement.“Gaana Modam” excels in set integration and DJ usability. Its intro and outro are structured for smooth beatmatching, and its BPM consistency and cue-friendly arrangement make it ideal for looping and layering in both club and festival environments. The track’s creative identity is evident in its fusion of Vini Vici’s signature psytrance festival energy, Lilly Palmer’s driving techno sensibility, and the commanding vocal performance of Shanti People. The result is a cohesive story in sound—a track that not only compels immediate crowd reaction but also offers long-term replay value for DJs and listeners alike.. #PureGold Love IT [/content]

“Though often associated with meditative music, I believe techno, when crafted with intention, can be deeply healing, uplifting, and transformative.”

This is the ethos that Italian producer, multi-instrumentalist, and live electronic music innovator Giorgia Angiuli embraces in her new EP, ‘Eye Contact’, released recently on Armada Music.

The project explores themes of spirituality, creativity, and meditation across five tracks ranging from techno to psytrance. At its heart lies its title track—a long-awaited collaboration with Australian DJ and producer Juliet Fox—from which the EP draws its name. The duo first crossed paths at a festival earlier this year, sparking an instant musical connection and the beginning of a close friendship, united by their shared vision of fostering unity and freedom through a blend of their unique styles. Together, the two trailblazers channeled their creativity synergy into ‘Eye Contact’, crafting an immersive journey through rhythm, sound and transcendence.

Unlike any of her previous projects, Angiuli adopted a fluid, hybrid approach to the EP’s production, allowing the music to move organically and resonate both physically and emotionally. Drawing from her arsenal of unusual objects that she incorporates into both her production style and live sets, she tapped into this unique collection of unconventional items, including plush animals that produce sounds, each with distinct names. Across ‘Break The Dawn’, ‘Nothing is Far’, “Nietzsche’, ‘A Good Addiction’, and now ‘Eye Contact’, each track builds on swift arpeggios, hypnotic synth stutters, and suspenseful vocals to create an entrancing and deeply meditative listening experience.

Giorgia Angiuli says, “I’m so excited that ‘Eye Contact’ is finally out in the world. The project brings a fresh perspective to hybrid techno by weaving positivity into powerful beats and rhythms, and each track invites listeners to connect deeply, exploring resilience, presence, and inner strength.”
A strong advocate for women’s empowerment, Angiuli also launched a remix contest exclusively open to female artists in partnership with Change the Beat, a non-profit organization that supports underrepresented voices in electronic music. Change the Beat champions access to mentorship, workshops, and networking for electronic music artists, producers, and DJs. The contest winner will be eligible for an official release of their remix, while the second and third place winners will receive gear from Native Instruments.

The first release coming on this new psy trance outlet is the brilliant Zyrus 7 remix on Talla 2XLC remake of the EYE Q classic No Fate. The intro part starts with the characteristic piano melody plus wonderful eatherial voices, synthy hooks and cool male vocal to create the perfect atmosphere. The psy tech trance kick and pulsating bassline take the track towards the first short break with the piano melody followed by nice voices. The bassline and the razor sharp beat returns to take us all the way to main longer breakdown with fantastic cinematic sounds and the unforgettable piano melody plus huge synths and drumrolls that drive the track toward its euphoric hands in the air climax full of synths and great euphoric touches. The original Talla 2XLC was huge success and now the psy trance Zyrus 7 version will expand the reach of the track to even largest audiences.

[content title="Summary" label="Overall Score"]The sold out event in Utrecht was massive success with 5 areas that represent the most popular subgenres of trance at the moment. With artists coming from all over the world is a gathering that you can not afford to miss. If you add the pre-party on the brilliant Ocean Diva boat then the whole weekend was the absolute must go event for any trancer who respect himself. The remixes of the official anthem translate the original into different styles. Firstly Blasterjaxx add their well known EDM / Prog House full on style with exceptional build up that guarantees mayhem, Andrew Rayel goes full on uplifting on his classic Rayel style that is powerful uncontrollable and just very unique Rayel style, Maor Levi is doing his own progressive electro moody trance take with orchestral breakdown with plenty of violins and big synths leading to the playful climax while Avao goes the psy tech trance direction with sharper bass, thunderous drums and frantic synths for that earthquake sound to crank the floors easily! #PureGold Love IT  [/content]

Showcasing his ever-evolving sound palette, Jason Ross continues to broaden his sonic horizons with "The Gorge," his latest single release from the upcoming 'Rooms' EP. In addition, Jason is pleased to release his first Rooms Mix, the debut installment of a 6-part series to be spread across 2019.

‘The Gorge’ sees Jason incorporate a psy-trance twist into the classic Anjuna formula, courtesy of the young producers, Dimibo. Bringing the tune together, however, took quite a while.
"I don't think I've ever had so many different versions of a track before this one, described Jason. "There were so many directions I tried taking it, but nothing was exciting to me. I knew the track was special and I didn't want to put it to the side, so I kept trying different routes. Then I had this wild idea to turn it into a cross-breed of progressive trance and psy-trance, and it all clicked."

The track is a reflection of the eclectic sets he's recently performed alongside the Ophelia label manager, Seven Lions.
Jason went on, "lately, I've been experimenting producing different genres and playing them out at shows. When I played b2b with Seven Lions at #ABGT250, we played a psy-trance track and I've never experienced such a raw reaction from the crowd when that bassline dropped. I knew I wanted to try and recreate something like that which I could also play in my own sets."

Another new project, The Rooms Mixes are another way for Jason to show his increasingly diverse taste in dance music. Said the young producer of the series, "Hosting a 6-part series across 2019 will let me showcase both old classics and new material outside of the live environment. I can give fans a taste of where my heads at in a different way."

[item value="10"]Jason Ross feat. Dimibo - The Gorge[/item]
[content title="Summary" label="Overall Score"]Jason Ross without a doubt is a very talented artist with bright hopeful future. His collaboration with  Dimibo is called The Gorge and definitely is an interesting coalition of talents to merge their style and come up with new kind of trance. Progressive trance is mixed up with psy tech trance particularly in the climax. While the first part has the groove, energy and all the right elements to hook you,  the magnificent breakdown with natural samples, warm sensual strings and overall very exotic colorful sounds raises our excitement and expectations very high. However the climax is moving to the psy tech direction and Jason along with Dimibo gives us a rougher tougher mainstage style crescendo moment that doesn't sound melodic and emotional enough for an Anjunabeats type of record. In my opinion these types of coalition tracks need to include one version from each artist and in that way to have both sides of the story. #LikeIT [/content]

With no small sense of drama the next standalone to come from Lowland’s ‘We’ve Been Here Before’ LP receives its singles call-up today. Its occasion has - for the first time - put Lowland’s Petri Alanko into the same orbit as singer (and fellow Finlander) MARiANNA.

A chanteuse of unparalleled style and creativity, together, on ‘Infinite Loudness’ the two have conspired one of those rare you’ve-never-heard-anything-quite-like-this numbers. A track that bucks convention, delights in the different and delivers something as memorable as it is unique.

Tracking all of the minutiae inspirations, influences, undertones and sonic-salutes behind ‘Infinite Loudness’ is a task pretty much without end. Each play reveals new layers and nuances and gives ever-greater weight to its stunning complexity. Synth-pop shades, rock opera nods, trance-styled synths and darkly thunderous orchestral drums are but a handful of the heady elements that gather around MARiANNA’s vocal.

And what a vocal it is. Drama is its watchword - an endlessly impelling follow-it-wherever-it-goes performance that brings her lyrics (even more symbolic than their title suggests) vividly to life. Brilliantly wrought, wrenching and intoxicating - a listening experience quite unlike any other, you can purchase/stream ‘Infinite Loudness’ here

[content title="Summary" label="Overall Score"]Lowland continues to create waves of interest around his name with his newest track Infinite Loudness (with MARiANNA) taken from his latest album recently released on Black Hole Recordings. Infinite Loudness is what we can term as intelligent trance with unique atmosphere that combines psy trance basslines, sharp kicks and rough drums while on top aggressive synths are merged with melodramatic strings that highlight MARiANNA's theatrical performance of the so superb lyrics that definitely move one step higher than the usual lyrics. If you think eclectic trance then a fine example is this little track waiting for remixes I guess. #PureGold Love IT[/content]

While Morgan Page’s ‘Let You Go’ is still fresh in the minds of music lovers across the globe, L.A.-based tastemaker Le Youth emerges with his own rendition of the Grammy-nominated artist’s recent single to further the momentum as his latest release on Amsterdam-based record label Armada Music.

A delicious, summer-scented mash of piano chords, lush vocals and swirling beats, Le Youth’s remix of ‘Let You Go’ can only be described as a peerless pop-dance crossover song with off-the-charts airwave potential. Sliding effortlessly from verse to chorus and back while remaining infectious and easy on the ear, it stakes its claim as a record that draws everyone to the dance floor and allows them to truly let themselves go.
Le Youth: “From the moment I first heard the record, I connected with the vocal and lyrics. After that it was just a matter of turning it into a House track that I can play in the club. This one is already getting lots of spins."
Morgan Page: “Le Youth really knocked this mix out of the park with a chill but radio-friendly mix that has beautiful late summer melancholy vibes. It preserves the integrity of the original, yet bumps up the tempo and tweaks the chord progression for some extra emotion and movement. I'm a big fan of Le Youth's work, and excited to have him on board for this mix!”
Born Wes James, Le Youth is synonymous with one of the most distinct sounds of this decade. His mash of Clinton-era R&B and ‘90s House pulls listeners back to the roots of dance music through its leisurely grooves and airy synthesizers, earning him international acclaim and admirable chart positions in the U.K. As a performer, he indulges his audience with well-crafted live sets full of swinging grooves and hypnotic beats, and the energy and ecstacy found in there is exactly what this colorful remix of ‘Let You Go’ is built on.

Also check Luke Bond remix. Luke Bond, the DJ from the UK, just signed an exclusive deal with Armada Music and Armada Publishing.
As Luke Bond explains: “I love taking music that was intended for one genre and completely changing things up into another. This remix has Pop, Trance, Big Room and PSY all mixed into one!”

[item value="10"] Morgan Page - Let You Go ( Luke Bond & Le Youth remixes)[/item]
[content title="Summary" label="Overall Score"]The excellent pop dance single Let You Go  by Morgan Page is remixed perfectly by Le Youth and Luke Bond. Firstly Le Youth adds the current playful chilling tropical house vibe with smooth basslines, funky grooves, uplifting piano chords and excellent application of the nice vocal along with the cool xylophone like melodies. Just very nostalgic and perfect to listen, dance and relax along! On the other hand Luke Bond delivers the very energetic punchy full on big room version that combines wide variety of influences in order to deliver an explosive mainstage banger of sharp psy bass with bouncy drums, big synths and superb pop atmospheric breakdown perfect to sing a long with hands in the air. Luke is flying high for sure. #PureGold Love IT[/content]
