The worldwide agreement encompasses Beyer’s extensive publishing catalog and future works.
Armada Music Publishing, the dedicated publishing division of Armada Music Group, is proud to announce the signing of techno legend Adam Beyer to an exclusive worldwide publishing agreement. The agreement encompasses Beyer's publishing catalog, including the iconic anthem "Your Mind" (32+ million streams) and his latest album Explorer Volume 1, his first full-length studio project since 2002's Ignition Key, as well as future works.
Since emerging in the early to mid-1990s, Adam Beyer has remained one of techno's most influential and enduring figures. As founder of Drumcode Records (est. 1996), he has built one of the genre's most respected techno labels, serving as both a creative home for his own productions and a launchpad for the next generation of techno talent. Under the Drumcode banner, Beyer has expanded his influence far beyond music releases, overseeing global events, a weekly radio show reaching approximately 11 million listeners worldwide, and establishing a brand presence that has become synonymous with forward-thinking, high-caliber techno.
Beyer's discography is as prolific as it is acclaimed, featuring multiple studio albums, nearly 100 releases, and countless remixes. His track record of milestones speaks volumes: he was the first DJ to reach 100 appearances at Awakenings, has contributed twice to BBC Radio 1's Essential Mix, and appeared in the prestigious fabric mix series. In 2018, he ranked #4 on DJ Mag's Alternative Top 100 DJs list, and he has been a frequent nominee at the DJ Awards for Best Techno DJ.
A truly global artist, Beyer has performed at virtually every major club and festival worldwide, cementing his status as a fixture of the international techno circuit. In 2021, he marked Drumcode's 250th release with a special collaborative single, underscoring the label's remarkable longevity and cultural impact.
”I’m thrilled to partner with Armada Music Publishing at this exciting moment in my career,” said Adam Beyer. “Their deep roots in dance music, global reach, and genuine understanding of the modern scene make them the perfect home for my catalogue and future work. I'm looking forward to this next chapter and the creative opportunities ahead."
"Adam Beyer is a true pioneer whose influence on techno cannot be overstated,” said Maykel Piron, CEO and co-founder of Armada Music Group. “From Drumcode's legacy to his relentless innovation as an artist and curator, he represents the very best of electronic music. We are honored to welcome him to the Armada Music Publishing family and excited to support both his remarkable catalogue and the new music he continues to create."
While this marks Beyer's first partnership with Armada Music Publishing, he has previously collaborated with Armada Music on the label side, including notable releases such as "Party All The Time," "Techno Trance" with Armin van Buuren, and "Give It Up."

Formed through a new joint venture between Simon Dunmore and Armada Music, NBT Records will combine Dunmore’s A&R vision and creative leadership with Armada’s global infrastructure, namely across distribution, marketing and promotion. The brand new space features state-of-the art studios and event space to empower its global roster in the UK, and attract new talent in one of dance music's leading markets
Armada Music Group, the parent company of the world’s biggest independent dance music label, Armada Music, the first-ever dance investment fund, BEAT Music Fund, and its dedicated publishing division, Armada Music Publishing, today announced the opening of its new multifunctional facility in London. The new space will serve as both a creative hub for local and international artists and a bolstered operational base to support them.
The 7,000-square-foot space, located on Old Street in the heart of Shoreditch, spans six floors and boasts:
Two state-of-the-art recording studios with custom-built infrastructure, featuring PMC and Barefoot Sound monitors along with Roland, Nord, and Sequential synthesizers; also designed to serve as an in-house space for writing camps.
A premier event space featuring L-Acoustics club-grade sound system and live streaming capabilities with a capacity of approximately 130 people;
Dedicated listening rooms for A&R sessions, and
Accommodations for up to 60 full-time employees.
Armada’s new complex is an integral part of its growth strategy, offering specialized support to dance artists, writers, and producers in one of the world’s most influential music markets. Namely, Armada plans to establish a dedicated local creative team under its publishing arm to further support its roster and bolster Armada Music Publishing’s headcount.
"Working in studios with great acoustics and top-of-the-range equipment truly elevates a session, and having all of this in a prime London spot is so convenient," said British singer-songwriter, SHELLS. "The listening rooms are a fantastic bonus; it’s great to get into a different physical space at the end of a solo session or writing camp to listen back. I’m so excited for this!”
“I’ve just recently had my first session at Armada’s new complex, and it’s going to be an absolute game-changer having such a well-equipped, creative hub going forward,” said UK dance artist, SILK.
“The UK has always played a crucial role in shaping the global dance scene, and strengthening our footprint here allows us to drive innovation in one of music’s most influential markets," said Maykel Piron, CEO of Armada Music Group. “We’re thrilled to continue providing best-in-class services for our artists and writers around the world and look forward to leveraging this top-notch new space in the heart of London.”
Armada opened its first London office in 2017, and has since significantly strengthened its UK output, with the UK now standing as its second-largest streaming territory. In line with this, Armada has also doubled its head count over the last two years.
Building on its regional momentum, Armada recently led Manchester-born DJ and producer D.O.D to achieve his first U.K. Top 20 hit ‘So Much In Love’ and signed a long-term recording deal with him shortly thereafter. Armada also led a successful campaign for Mason & Princess Superstar’s 2007 hit ‘Perfect (Exceeder)’ last year, which saw the track re-enter the UK OCC chart peaking at #26. The UK operation continues to play a key role in supporting Armada’s global roster, including Armin van Buuren, Joris Voorn, Lilly Palmer, THEMBA and ARTY.
“This is a pivotal moment for Armada and a testament to the UK's vibrant dance music scene,” said Ben Malone, General Manager of Armada Music UK. “This new hub will empower us to further champion local artists, provide them with unparalleled resources, and foster more innovation and creativity in the UK.”

Layton Giordani Unveils New York-Based Label: MADMINDS
Launching in tandem with Armada Music, Giordani’s NYC roots heavily influence the new label
Amid a landmark year, renowned DJ, producer and New York City-native Layton Giordani today announced the launch of his label MADMINDS, in partnership with Armada Music. The sonic ethos of MADMINDS is a genre-melding journey, delivering an otherworldly experience that flows seamlessly from music selection and release artwork to live production. The label’s first single is set for release in early September.
Just as the name suggests, Giordani envisions the label as a home for brilliantly unconventional minds, the kind that are wild, exciting, and unapologetically original. That spirit is at the heart of the label: a place for bold ideas, fearless creativity, and people who embrace out-of-the-box thinking in all the best ways. Giordani is dedicated to supporting up-and-coming artists and releasing music that blurs genre lines, focusing on a distinct vibe that will be instantly recognizable as a MADMINDS release.
Launching the label in New York City was a deliberate choice for Giordani, whose sound was deeply shaped by the city’s scene. "New York City is where I first discovered house and techno at 16 years old,” says Layton Giordani. “I was entrenched in the culture very early on in my career and had the honor of watching the genre’s pioneers shape the music we now love. My first residencies were here, from Pacha NYC to Output Brooklyn, and the city undoubtedly influenced me in every way.”
Fans can expect MADMINDS to deliver an immersive, multi-sensory experience that extends far beyond the music, weaving through striking visuals, live production and more. Each release will feature bold, visual-first artwork, inviting listeners to enter a unique world crafted by each track and letting the sound speak entirely for itself. Designed to challenge the brain, the label’s creative output will ignite curiosity at every turn, offering a tantalizing glimpse into the imaginative realm that MADMINDS brings to life.
"Teaming up with Armada Music to create MADMINDS at this moment felt very natural and in sync with where I’m at in my career. It feels like the right time to give back and share my story with the world, with a renewed vision and collaborative focus,” adds Giordani. “It’s time to shake things up for electronic music, rising from the very place that raised me.”

About Layton Giordani
Layton Giordani continues to reign as a trailblazer and now label boss of MADMINDS, solidifying his presence at the forefront of the global house and techno scene.
A New York native, Giordani’s journey into electronic music began in his teens, inspired by the legendary sets of Danny Tenaglia at Pacha NY. This profound experience drove him to pursue a career behind the decks, eventually earning a pivotal residency at Output NY in Brooklyn. There, his talent flourished, catching the attention of key figures in the techno world.
Giordani’s big break came under the mentorship of Adam Beyer, the techno heavyweight behind Drumcode. With Beyer’s support, his debut Unspoken EP on Truesoul, followed quickly by Rivington on Drumcode, marked his arrival as a rising force in the scene. His 2017 debut album Where It Begins earned widespread acclaim, cementing his status as a significant player.
The years that followed were marked by monumental collaborations and career-defining hits, including Live Again with Danny Tenaglia and Space Date with Adam Beyer and Green Velvet—an anthem now boasting more than 19 million Spotify streams. His 2020 sophomore album New Generation pushed boundaries further, blending diverse influences and expanding his sonic identity.
Giordani’s versatility has continued to shine through releases such as his Hyperworld EP, his high-energy collaboration Rabbit Hole with HI-LO, and a powerful rework of Voicemail alongside Green Velvet and Patrick Topping. Each project demonstrated his ability to reshape and reimagine tracks for a new era of dance music.
In 2024, Giordani unleashed 10 massive releases, including his remix of Anyma’s Last Night—which soared to #1 on Beatport and peaked at over 100,000 daily Spotify streams. Other highlights included PATT (Party All The Time) with Adam Beyer and Green Velvet, his debut on Experts Only with Paranoid, a remix of Dom Dolla’s girl$, and his first official remix of deadmau5’s legendary Strobe.
Entering 2025, Giordani has cemented himself as one of the most influential names in house and techno. He stormed into the year with Act of God (nearing 3M streams), followed by a monster remix of John Summit’s Focus, and At Night with Anyma, which crossed the 3M mark within two months of release. His music continues to dominate airwaves with consistent global radio support from Pete Tong (BBC Radio 1), MistaJam (Capital/KISS), and Diplo’s Revolution on SiriusXM.
Fresh off a series of sold-out shows and high-profile festival plays, Giordani has recently headlined in New York City and Space Miami, taken over the Yuma Tent at Coachella, and delivered closing sets at EDC Las Vegas—further solidifying his reputation as a powerhouse at the cutting edge of electronic music.

Several tracks born out of Armada and Spectrum’s creative partnership are included on Voorn’s upcoming album ‘Serotonin,’ out now!
Armada Music Publishing, the dedicated publishing division of Armada Music Group, today announced a strategic partnership with Joris Voorn’s music label, Spectrum Music, to launch Spectrum Music Publishing. Armada Music Publishing is set to steer creative development and handle global administration for Spectrum, while also collaborating on co-publishing deals and supporting emerging talent associated with Spectrum Music.
Voorn is the first composer officially signed under Spectrum Music Publishing. Armada’s collaboration with Spectrum has already yielded notable results, with several tracks from a joint writing camp with Voorn making it onto his upcoming album, ‘Serotonin,’ slated for release on July 18 on Spectrum via Armada Music. Two of Voorn’s upcoming releases with Nathan Nicholson are also a product of the partnership. Tracks include:
● “Utopia” (Joris Voorn and Goodboys)
● “Your Love” (Joris Voorn ft. Max Rad & Liz Cass)
● “You & I” and “Moon” (Joris Voorn and Nathan Nicholson)
"Armada has been an incredible creative partner to me over recent years, and I’m thrilled that we’re expanding our work together with the launch of Spectrum Music Publishing," said Joris Voorn, founder of Spectrum Music. "The release of ’Serotonin’ is only just the beginning, and I’m looking forward to working together to develop new sounds, foster emerging talent, and amplify the power of dance music around the world."
The launch of Spectrum Music Publishing builds on the long-term creative collaboration between Voorn and Armada Music Group, including a recent joint venture deal, several on-stage sets with the label’s co-founder Armin van Buuren and Voorn’s smash hit remix of ‘Transmission’ by Eelke Kleijn. ‘Transmission’ achieved #1 on the Shazam chart in the Netherlands and Belgium, earned a spot on the Dutch Top 40 and amassed over 60 million streams.
“This marks a special milestone in our long-standing relationship with Joris Voorn,” said Maykel Piron, CEO of Armada Music Group. “We’ve already seen tremendous success from our joint writing camp with Spectrum, and we’re excited to leverage Armada’s extensive network and global expertise to provide creative support for Joris and other writers under Spectrum Music Publishing.”

About Joris Voorn
Many consider Amsterdam to be the global capital of techno and few artists embody that notion more than Joris Voorn. He sits at the epicentre of the Dutch electronic music scene and is one of Netherlands’ most celebrated international touring acts. He is a perfectionist and an immaculate purveyor of high quality techno and forward thinking house.
A futuristic modern-art-meets-tech touring artist whose feet are firmly planted in the underground, Joris is also embedded in the worlds of contemporary art, photography and architecture. His attention to detail in the studio, on stage or in the presentation of his visual art and design are unsurpassed.
Born in the Dutch town of Tilburg, the son of a composer and a music teacher, Joris gained international recognition with his debut ‘Muted Trax’ EP on Keynote which was quickly followed by his universally acclaimed ‘Lost Memories’ release on Sino the following year. The follow-up ‘Lost Memories Part 2’ in 2004 included the standout track ‘Incident’ which became an immediate and firm fixture in the sets of many of his now-peers including Carl Cox, Derrick May and Laurent Garnier.
Since then Joris has gone on to release four highly acclaimed artist albums, ‘Future History’ (Sino, 2004), ‘From A Deep Place’ (Green, 2007), ‘Nobody Knows’ (voted electronic album of the year 2014 by Billboard Magazine in the US) and the most recently ‘\\\\’ (Spectrum / BMG 2019) which features an array of stunning collaborations including one with UK dance royalty Underworld. Joris has backed these up with dearly loved mix compilations for Belgian techno bastion Fuse, Australia’s Balance, London underground super club Fabric and most recently 2020’s standout GU: Rotterdam where Joris effectively remixed over 100 tracks to form a truly mesmerising chapter in the iconic Global Underground story.
Joris’s celebrated abilities and skills in the studio have also led to many high profile remixes. The list is diverse, from global superstars Dua Lipa, Vintage Culture, Swedish House Mafia, London Grammar and Editors to electronic music icons Underworld, Orbital, Elderbrook, Röyksopp, Yotto, and Groove Armada or cult indie writers White Cliffs - all have called on Joris Voorn to interpret their works with his fresh, discerning-dancefloor perspective.
Joris’s recent remix of Eelke Klein’s ‘Transmission’ generated 36 million streams on Spotify alone and saw high rotation day time radio play across much of Europe. An impressive feat for an instrumental record.
In 2005 Joris founded ‘Green’ the first of three labels he runs with long-time collaborator Edwin Oosterwal. ‘Green’ provided a platform for Joris to release two albums, plus some of his biggest hits including 2013’s ‘Ringo’ and his 2016’s ‘Looks Fake Obviously’. His second label ‘Rejected’ offered an additional outlet – but this time for more straight-up house music aimed purely at the dancefloor. The Rejected catalogue includes many of Joris’s house hits including the ‘Dusty House’ series of Eps. The label also released music from techno pioneers Deetron, Anton Pieete, Ian Pooley and Steve Rachmad.
These two labels represent the opposing ends of the ‘Spectrum’ of underground music Joris is proud to champion. In fact, this word is so synonymous with his wide ranging love of underground styles and sounds that it inspired him to launch his 3rd label project, brand, weekly globally syndicated radio show, event series and merch range - ‘Spectrum’.
Since its inception ‘Spectrum’ has gathered a myriad of fans from not only the dancefloor and radio airwaves but industry alike. Having hosted Spectrum events all over the world including at Amsterdam’s iconic Gashouder, at Ultra Miami and Off-Sonar the brand has become synonymous with the cutting edge sounds coming from melodic house and techno. Today Spectrum aims to present diverse, inclusive and unique events that showcase the cutting edge sounds Joris creates, performs or champions on his labels.
During the pandemic Joris found the extended periods of time in the studio a luxury previously impossible when touring so relentlessly. In that period he found himself entrenched in composing soundtracks for movies, scoring TV pieces and working on countless new material. Also in this period he developed a new live alias, VIRSION, whose driving, hypnotic and powerful sound is firmly in entrenched in techno.
Today Joris is putting the finishing touches to his long awaited fifth artist album which will see a release on Spectrum / Armada in April. Having already released four singles including “You & I”, which features vocalist songwriter Nathan Nicholson, the blissful instrumental “Horizon”, the brilliant collaboration with Pig & Dan ft LIVI called “Been There Before” and most recently another collaboration, with Jan Blomqvist, called Flora - the album looks set to reaffirm Joris’s position as a true pioneer of melodic techno and house. His recent sold out run of live shows in Amsterdam, London, Plock and Barcelona are a beautiful fusion of music and incredible visuals created and manipulated live by LiveFrame (Take of Us, Afterlife, Timewarp). These stunning test shows are a taste of what’s to come when the album tour begins in Spring.
Never sitting still, Joris Voorn is a sophisticated composer and performer of precise, powerful and emotional electronic music. An immaculate artist who stands alone in his unique approach to weaving underground music with carefully placed moments of emotive melody. He lives behind the decks and in his studio, but never forgets the education he gladly received on the dancefloor.

Armada Music, the biggest independent dance music label in the world, is thrilled to announce a joint venture deal with celebrated Dutch electronic artist Joris Voorn. Following a number of years of other collaboration across several projects, the label will now work closely with Joris on his forthcoming album ‘Serotonin’, slated for release in July on Spectrum via Armada Music.
Together, Armada Music and Joris Voorn will collaborate across A&R, distribution, promotion & marketing, underscoring the label’s commitment to creatively nurturing talent from all genres in the dance space and its position as a go-to partner in dance music. Additionally, the label will leverage its dedicated publishing arm, Armada Music Publishing, to add creative value to Joris’s work through writing camps and collaboration.
This deal builds on the already blossoming relationship between Armada Music and Joris which last year saw the label’s co-founder Armin van Buuren performing a back-to-back set with Joris at ASOT, then Amsterdam Dance Event, and then again at this year’s Tomorrowland Winter. 2022 saw Joris Voorn debut on Armada Music with his widely acclaimed remix of ‘Transmission’ by Eelke Kleijn. It achieved #1 on the Shazam chart in the Netherlands and Belgium, earned a spot on the Dutch Top 40, and amassed over 60 million streams.
Armada Music’s work with Joris follows similar partnerships with KI/KI’s label, Slash, and Arodes’ label, Unreleased, that were announced last year.
Maykel Piron, CEO and co-founder of Armada Music, shared his enthusiasm for the partnership: "Joris’s vision and artistry are unparalleled, and we’re honored to join forces with him in a deeper capacity. Spectrum is a true reflection of his best-in-class creative capabilities, and we’re excited to collaborate on a creative level and help bring his music to an even wider audience. This partnership is a testament to our shared dedication to pushing electronic music forward."
Joris Voorn also expressed his excitement for the collaboration, noting the success they’ve already achieved together: "Working with Armada Music has already proven to be invaluable on both the recorded and live side of my career. With their expertise and global reach, I’m confident that the new chapter for Spectrum and my forthcoming album will reach new heights. This is a truly exciting moment for my career."
Forthcoming album ‘Serotonin’ includes standout singles like the acclaimed ‘Burn’ with Tom Walker, ‘Seventeen’ with YOTTO & White Lies, and ‘You & I’ with Nathan Nicholson. Brand new single ‘Tomorrow’ drops Friday, May 9.
About Joris Voorn
Many consider Amsterdam to be the global capital of techno, and few artists embody that notion more than Joris Voorn. He sits at the epicentre of the Dutch electronic music scene and is one of the Netherlands’ most celebrated international touring acts. He is a perfectionist and an immaculate purveyor of high-quality techno and forward-thinking house. A futuristic, modern-art-meets-tech touring artist whose feet are firmly planted in the underground, Joris is also embedded in the worlds of contemporary art, photography, and architecture. His attention to detail in the studio, on stage, or in the presentation of his visual art and design is unsurpassed.
Born in the Dutch town of Tilburg, the son of a composer and a music teacher, Joris gained international recognition with his debut Muted Trax EP on Keynote, which was quickly followed by his universally acclaimed Lost Memories release on Sino the following year. The follow-up, Lost Memories Part 2 (2004), included the standout track “Incident,” which became an immediate fixture in the sets of many of his now-peers, including Carl Cox, Derrick May, and Laurent Garnier.
Since then, Joris has gone on to release four highly acclaimed artist albums: Future History (Sino, 2004), From A Deep Place (Green, 2007), Nobody Knows (2014, voted Electronic Album of the Year by Billboard Magazine), and most recently \\ (Spectrum / BMG, 2019), which features an array of stunning collaborations including one with UK dance royalty Underworld.
Joris has backed these up with dearly loved mix compilations for Belgian techno bastion Fuse, Australia’s Balance series, London underground superclub fabric, and most recently 2020’s standout GU: Rotterdam, where Joris effectively remixed over 100 tracks to form a truly mesmerising chapter in the iconic Global Underground story.
Joris’s celebrated abilities in the studio have led to many high-profile remixes. The list is diverse—ranging from global superstars like Dua Lipa, Vintage Culture, Swedish House Mafia, London Grammar, and Editors to electronic music icons such as Underworld, Orbital, Elderbrook, Röyksopp, Yotto, and Groove Armada. Even cult indie writers like White Cliffs have called on Joris Voorn to reinterpret their work with his fresh, discerning dancefloor perspective. His recent remix of Eelke Kleijn’s “Transmission” generated 36 million streams on Spotify alone and saw high-rotation daytime radio play across much of Europe—an impressive feat for an instrumental record.
In 2005, Joris founded Green, the first of three labels he runs with longtime collaborator Edwin Oosterwal. Green provided a platform for two of his albums, plus some of his biggest hits including 2013’s “Ringo” and 2016’s “Looks Fake Obviously.” His second label, Rejected, offered an additional outlet—this time for more straight-up house music aimed squarely at the dancefloor. The Rejected catalogue includes many of Joris’s house hits, including the Dusty HouseEP series. The label has also released music from techno pioneers such as Deetron, Anton Pieete, Ian Pooley, and Steve Rachmad.
These two labels represent the opposing ends of the “Spectrum” of underground music that Joris is proud to champion. In fact, this word is so synonymous with his wide-ranging love of underground styles and sounds that it inspired him to launch his third label project, brand, weekly globally syndicated radio show, event series, and merchandise range—Spectrum. Since its inception, Spectrum has gathered a myriad of fans not only from the dancefloor and radio airwaves but from within the music industry itself. Having hosted Spectrum events all over the world—including Amsterdam’s iconic Gashouder, Ultra Miami, and Off-Sonar—the brand has become synonymous with the cutting-edge sounds of melodic house and techno. Today, Spectrum aims to present diverse, inclusive, and unique events that showcase the cutting-edge sounds Joris creates, performs, or champions on his labels.
During the pandemic, Joris found extended periods of time in the studio—a luxury previously impossible when touring so relentlessly. In that period, he became entrenched in composing soundtracks for movies, scoring TV pieces, and working on countless new projects. Also during this time, he developed a new live alias, VIRSION, whose driving, hypnotic, and powerful sound is firmly entrenched in techno.
Today, Joris is putting the finishing touches on his long-awaited fifth artist album, set for release on Spectrum/Armada. Having already released four singles—including “You & I” featuring vocalist/songwriter Nathan Nicholson, the blissful instrumental “Horizon,” a collaboration with Pig & Dan featuring LIVI titled “Been There Before,” and most recently a collaboration with Jan Blomqvist called “Flora”—the album looks set to reaffirm Joris’s position as a true pioneer of melodic techno and house.
His recent sold-out run of live shows in Amsterdam, London, Płock, and Barcelona were a beautiful fusion of music and stunning visuals, created and manipulated live by LiveFrame (known for work with Tale of Us, Afterlife, and Timewarp). These test shows are just a taste of what’s to come when the album tour begins this spring.
Never one to sit still, Joris Voorn is a sophisticated composer and performer of precise, powerful, and emotional electronic music. An immaculate artist with a unique approach to weaving underground music with carefully placed moments of emotive melody, he lives behind the decks and in the studio, but never forgets the education he gladly received on the dancefloor.
