Maniwaki is an alias of Dutch Dj/producer Christian Drost, the sound of which is deep, warm techno-infused house. The tone of Die Schöne Welt in its Original mix is set from the get-go by the fragile analogue synth lead. Shuffling hats and a throbbing bassline create a persistent groove; which underpins urgent vocal cuts and warm layers of electronics. The Dub does all of the above, minus the vocal stabs. Simple, but effective.

The label so far is responsible for some very memorable warm and eclectic deep house meets trance tracks that elevate any dj set to the next level. Christian Drost under his name Maniwaki presents the exceptional deep melodic beauty Die Schone Welt. The Original mix is relaxing blissful melodic dreamy progressive production with bubbly grooves, deep basslines, blissful luscious synths melodies and dreamy female vocals. The track is truly magical with floating arrangement that carry away your senses and travel your mind to holiday destinations cause when you listen to music like this one you can think only warm sunny places like Ibiza for example. The dub mix will satisfy those who don't like the vocal to limit the readings of any track and prefer the fantastic melodies to do the talking and tell the story in a way that no words or language can manage to do it! #PureGold Love iT

Our first signings from Slovakia’s RiZa a.k.a. Richard Zagiba, whose previous releases on System, Stripped & Seta (no alliteration intended) have earned him a reputation as a solid tech-house producer. First up from this EP is ‘Zuzwang’ which combines a Chicago inspired bassline, vocal stutters, and heavily filtered sequencers with a positive spoken message. On the flip is ‘Sunday Mélange’ which harnesses and big sharp acidic bassline and metallic percussive elements and locks them into a tight immersive groove. The break features an LFO workout, which provides an ecstatic release when the groove returns. Masterful.








Dimitri Kechagias review:One of the coolest electronica dance labels is Molecule recordings. Curated by Rich Solarstone who is known for his passion for progressive forms of music. Molecule releases jewels that are globally appreciated from those who love eclectic productions with depth and great complexity. Zuzwang is a wonderful deep melodic progressive house production with chunky groovy beats, deep haunting basslines, great danceable rhythm, cool synthy hooks, wide variety of sound effects and strange little soundlayers that build the brilliant magical soundscape with fantastic rich and detailed sounddesign. Cinematic spoken vocal samples are included as well to enhance its impact even more and add the spiritual level to it and elevate it to the next plain that make you think and dance as well. Second top track is Sunday Melange  that moves on the same deep prog house direction with great sounddesign that works perfectly to hypnotise the listener and transfer him mentally to another place. In contrast with the previous track is techy, chunky, wonky with acid infusions, great synths, chopped vocal samples and great drive because  you feel that for the nearly 10 minutes it lasts  you are going towards a secret location that you are invited to discover its mysterious microworld. Two fantastic productions that  can be labeled even as deep trance cause when you hear them you are feeling entranced to say the least! #PureGold Love iT

Blister 13.0’s 3rd outing on Molecule here, and 3 times is certainly a charm with Sin Ojos. This is +9 minute musical journey through the sound of crystalline progressive house by a man who understands how to make arpeggiators and sequencers truly breathe. Mesmeric layers pulse and rotate, weaving an atmosphere of deep eyes-closed bliss throughout the mix, building to unparalleled peaks. First on the remix tip is Cormac Murphy who dives into deeper territory, stripping things back to a pulsing bassline, lo-fi percussion and minimal melodic elements. Finally Austria’s Oliver Prime ratchets things up a touch with a swing-driven teeth-baring burbling and filtering acidic mix. This is real progressive house. 


Dimitri Kechagias review: It's always such a big pleasure to write some words about the brand new work of such a gifted person like Blister 13.0 from the beloved Spain. His tracks are totally breath of fresh air in a scene saturated by copycats and ghost producers in order to reach the top  the quickest possible. His compositions for me is what electronic dance music should be about rather than targeting the lowest denominator with huge drops that masses seems to appreciate. His brand new track is called Sin Ojos and will impress your ears, mind, body and soul with it's exceptional futuristic soundscapes and advanced design techniques that certainly young producers should study carefully and learn some things from his tracks.  Sin Ojos is not easy to categorise but will certainly work like a treat within trance and progressive house sets that the djs has as a goal to take the audience for a nice journey. Mind tripping synths, pulsating beats, deep basslines, psy trance influences and most importantly the way he manage to organise his sound layers in order to make you feel that you are surrounded from the sounds and you are part of this spacey adventure that you have a lot to experience. Sin Ojos is a piece of art and should be regarded as that. Cormac Murphy manage to escape the decisive impact that the original mix has to the listener and he builds his deep progressive meets tech house version that focuses more on the drum beats and the basslines and less on the melodic side.  Last but not least the psy trance fans will be very happy to see the very talented Oliver Prime on board who transforms the original into a powerful psy trancer with spacey sound design, dominating basslines, techy drum beats and infectious synths that seems to be able to crawl under your skin and give you shivers all over your body! Nearly 9.00 minutes of intense old school psy trance pleasures. Excellent package again on Molecule. #PureGold Love IT

 Trent McDermott’s first release on Molecule consists of two very different tracks. On the A we have ‘For What It’s Worth’; sharp and crisp percussion underpins an acid house inspired groove which keeps on morphing and mutating incessently with slick FX crescendos and an amazing payoff post-break. ‘Stars Can’t Shine Without Darkness’ is way more minimal techno in style with jagged synth stabs and a rolling sequencer line which opens right up at the break. Think heat, strobes and smoke and you’re there. Solid. 





Dimiri Kechagias review: Trent McDermott presents his first outing on Molecule recordings headed by Solarstone. His stunning EP includes two must play electronica deep melodic house meets trance productions that stand out easily without trying too much to convince you about their importance. For What It’s Worth is dark and haunting melodic deep prog house composition with electronica style dark & threatening melodies that build the tripping out atmosphere of this great track that can be categorised as deep dark trance as well. It invites you to close your eyes and dance along with its hypnotic atmosphere. Stars Can’t Shine Without Darkness continues on the same pathway of melodic  deep house with strong techno elements. The production has nice atmosphere and builds nicely its various elements reminding me tracks by Thomas P Heckman. Its the type of track that is deep and haunting but at the same time the various electronica synths add the energy and drive that keep us hooked easily. Various natural sounds and cool sound effects are included to enhance even more the final sound design. Its not easy to typecast this track as there is certain hypnotic trance element to it so I can easily imagine trance jocks adopting it as well. Recommended for sure. Love iT

 Marius Ene gets his first release, and here at Molecule we are touched that he choose us. ‘Out Of The Night’ is deep moody proper progressive house, or call it techno if you wish. Propelled by a smooth bassline Marius treats us to some fat and expressive analogue synth rises in the break, dropping back into that hypnotizing groove. Nothing clever of fancy here, just deep dance music. The flip ‘Alter Ego’ is more uplifting in tone, built around a tight groove and some widescreen pads and classy understated melodic textures. Music for serious clubbers.




Dimitri Kechagias review: The Romanian producer Marius Ene introduce himself to Molecule recordings followers with his excellent Out Of The Night EP. It includes 2 great tracks that will impress and make many EDM fans stop whatever they were doing and listen carefully. Firstly is the title track of the EP Out of The Night that is definitely a revelation for many music lovers. Its difficult to put it under a  certain category and compartmentalise it safely. It moves within the progressive house, deep house, tech house territory with excellent cinematic strings, addictive hypnotic rhythm and guitar like melody that stays at the background but adds to the excellent atmosphere and the stunning depth of the sound textures. Particularly the breakdown is long and mysterious and very beautiful indeed. The guitar like melody  run through the whole track and enhance its stunning atmosphere. Alter Ego is deep progressive trance production that will impress you with its tribal grooves, deep basslines, strange spoken vocal samples that stay at the background and create that feeling of 3D dimensional sound. After the 1st intro breakdown the melancholic but very melodic string like sonar sound is introduced and slowly more melodic elements are added in order to create the stand out sonic soundscapes with minimal deep basslines and laid back beats. Its very inspirational track that is very rich in sounds and sonic experiences. Love iT

Blister 13.0’s second outing on Molecule here. If you thought ‘Lunes’ was unusual, this will turn your head once more. This is real progressive house, not that other rubbish which trades itself off as such. Blister 13.0 aka Julio knows how to programme a synth to make it really talk, his arrangements are interesting and full of surprises. ‘Con Leire’ fuses 606 & 808 percussion with other analogue synth favourites making appearances as they weave in and out of the track’s intricate +10 minute structure. The Molecule Edit is merely a shorter more concise simplification of the track. Mesmeric. 



Dimitri Kechagias review: Molecule recordings is your number 1 source for experimental fat fast forward productions that will win your admiration and make you stop all your activities and pay closer attention and listen. The Spanish producer Blister 13.0 does his magic and composes Con Leire that is a magnificent trip into a colorful world of blissful electronica melodies, cool percussion, pulsating beats, deep haunting basslines, cinematic strings and spooky spacey atmosphere that surround your senses. Its definitely an inviting soundscape that you attempt to explore with closed eyes on the dancefloor. Its pretty impossible to find an exact genre to pigeonhole it as it moves within the deep progressive house meets trance territory that dark underground clubs will adore as it offers that needed warmth during the cold winter nights. Its the kind of sound that you can enjoy at home and escape from your worries for a while. Its piece of real art in my opinion and not to be missed. Love iT

Returning to Molecule for a second release (previously ‘The Deep Beauty’ caused a ripple in the underground progressive scene) MH20 offers up two very different tracks. Heading the charge is the beautiful and mysterious ‘Black Stars’, build around a warm FM pad and subliminal vocal edits, it is proper eyes-closed heads-down deep house music. On the flip is ‘Omnia Circa Nos’, with a French deep house flavor, groovy Rhodes and synth stabs ride a neat chord progression with some classic percussion elements which will raise a smile on quality late night house floors. Smooth. 




Dimitri Kechagias review: One of the most sweet record labels is of course Molecule headed by Solarstone well known for his eclectic taste that you can hear it with your own ears every week in his very successful radio show Solaris International. The latest Molecule beauties are two new tracks by the hands of MH20. Black Stars is a long hypnotic deep house meets deep trance affair that will surprise you as you can easily play it in the warm up part of your trance set or as main weapon in your deep tech house set. Dreamy, erotic, smooth, sensual with excellent drive that you feel that is takes you on board for a ride with a car to watch the stars. The cool vocal sample that comes and goes adds to the track the warmth and human sensitive side. Breaks section combined with the deep one is definitely a winner without doubts. Its dark, atmospheric and very cinematic as well. Second track is Omnia Circa Nos that is very spacious and forward thinking as well. It sounds more optimistic and hopeful with colourful little synthy melodies along with some old school house vocal samples as well. It has the groove, the funk, and most importantly the atmosphere. Two very unique electronica gems. Love iT

Two slabs of underground deep techno brilliance here from the mind of Poland’s Piotro. His music is unique and thought provoking, immersing the listener in experimental textures and soundscapes. Not to be missed!

Dimitri Kechagias review: The exceptional eclectic house record label Molecule part of Solarstone labels and Black Hole recordings presents the magnificent Polish producer Piotro with two fantastic tracks that will speak straight to your soul and will warm up your crowd in the finest and most polished way. First of all is Carefreeness that is pretty hard to categorise it. It sounds deep progressive trance with techno and house elements as well. The cinematic atmosphere and the deep emotional synths work perfectly along the minimal techy beats and can easily hypnotise you and transfer you to another mythical world. On the other hand Otherness is following the same path with more groovy tech housey beats and warm synths on top that create a magical spacey atmosphere that can easily absorb your attention and elevate your spirit higher. Two quality productions to move your heart. Love iT

French wonder-kid Matt Fax is making a strong name for himself. At only 16 years of age he has releases on Intricate, Enhanced, Nueva and Neuroscience amongst others, and here he shows just why his authentic progressive house sound is making such waves. The Original Mix of ‘Morevenin’ is build around a pin-sharp buzzing synth riff, spacious percussion layers and a slick sequenced line which creates massive tension throughout. At the break the chords begin to move, lifting the track to a higher plane. Matt’s own ‘Remode’ version pushes things little further on the adrenaline meter, adding some neat chops, stabs and distortion - a more progressive trance angle on proceedings. With early support from Above & Beyond on Group Therapy Radio this is one big release. Immersive. 

Dimitri Kechagias review: Matt Fax is definitely a name that you should know by now if you follow the melodic playful progressive house with strong trance fusions as well. His track on Molecule the label that is curated by Rich "Solarstone" is called Morevenin and is released in two super duper versions. First of all is the original mix that is a long nearly 8 minutes dreamy groovy melodic house journey that flows really beautifully with nice little synths, deep basslines and pumping beats. His production is  crispy and crystal clear and it has definitely a positive effect upon your body. It crawls under your skin particularly with the way he builds up the tension despite the fact that is really slow. It sounds like some insects are coming to attack you and the only way to escape is to dance along with them. His Remode mix is a tighter version that targets the peak time moment of your progressive house set or the time that you want to move from the house tracks to the trance selection in your warm up part of your set. Great melodies, vocal samples and creativity is floating around makes the listening of this track a very pleasurable experience. Ready made for the most eclectic progressive dancefloors is one of those tunes that destined to become classic. Highly recommended. Love iT
