American producer pronouncedyea has unveiled the first track of his forthcoming, four-track EP. Made in collaboration with fellow-American DJ, producer and singer Ookay, Belgian producer-songwriter Taska Black and NYC-based songwriter and vocalist Luma, ‘Oh My’ showcases such as high-degree synergy between each artist’s sound fans are already crossing their fingers for another future collaboration.

Fusing amiable guitar strums and powerful vocals with boisterous synths and a potent breakbeat rhythm, ‘Oh My’ perfectly hits the crossover sweet spot. A prime example of a collaborative creation that amounts to more than the sum of its parts, this song offers so much electronic pop goodness every dance music fan will be shouting its title out loud.

“I remember the first time I heard the demo from Taska,” pronouncedyea says. “It was a chill piano beat with amazing melodies and lyrics that had so much energy I had to build on it. The first version came together wicked fast; as soon as I picked up the guitar, everything just felt right. We knew this song was special, so we held on to it until we found Luma. I was a big fan of her work and she crushed it. You can feel all the energy in her voice and feel the track come to life when she sings it. After Luma, we were incredibly lucky to meet up with Ookay, who was able to take the song to the next level. It was a dream come true for me to be able to work together on such a special song, as I grew up listening to Ookay's SoundCloud in high school. Songs take crazy journeys and I'm glad I was able to be a part of this one.”

Seven Lions returns on his own Ophelia Records with an old friend and collaborator in tow - Fiora. Together, they release Dreamin’ - the first single off of an EP project from Seven Lions that features the vocalist liberally throughout.

Fiora as a collaborator dates back to 2012, when she was the featured vocalist on one of Seven Lions’ most beloved tracks - Days to Come.

Seven Lions returns for his second release of 2018 with 'Ocean', a project with Anjunabeats standout Jason Ross.

The meaning is to rise high again like Phoenix from the ashes when u were stuck on the ground...plus my son is called Phoenix, so it has got a very special meaning.

From handing a DnB demo to Andy C in a club back in2003, to numerous Top 10 UK chart hits with heavy support from the likes of Annie Mac, Mistajam, Zane Lowe and Friction - Sub Focus has maintained a high profile for over 10 years. With his past two albums reflecting his ever evolving sound yet still resonating at radio, festivals, clubs and the charts, he is set to usher in a new chapter of his career with these latest offerings.

The release comes just after an exciting headline slot at the notorious Room 1 of London’s newly-reopened fabric -still one of the best venues in the world for the genre-fusing, high-octane style Sub Focus is renowned for - at the forefront of London’s clubbing scene. 

Preparing for a hectic summer, Sub Focus will be heading to Ibiza for a residency at Amnesia as well as embarking on huge European and U.S tours including key dates at SW4, Reading & Leeds Festival – where he will be bringing back his interactive live show – and Electric Zoo Festival among others.

With such widespread support across BBC Radio 1, as well as specialist support from fellowhigh profile DJs like Andy C and Chase & Status ‘Don’t You Feel It’ looks set to cement Sub Focus’ status as a truly multi talented producer.

Don´t You Feel It is an incredibly lovable track with two excellent versions. The original is going towards deep melodic tropical house with slow grooves, warm melodies and summer breeze written all over it. Alma is becoming slowly one of the most acclaimed singers and her performance on this one has that great elegance and urban tone that this type of tracks require. The Drum n Bass version I must confess is my favourite. I love the care free relaxing floating drum n bass arrangement along with chopped stretched vocals, piano melodies and synthy hooks that instantly carry you away and make you feel ultra happy.
