IAMPHOENIX artist Tim Iron takes us on a trip into his own wonderland with a four track EP designed to capture and awe. Keeping true to form with his hard hitting basslines and incredible floaty melodies, Iron's new tracks tell a story that will get everyone lost in their own dream land and of course, moving on the dance floor.

Starting slightly deeper with Hope.Belief.Love, gradually progressing into his bigger room sound with Mermaids and Lumberjack, to finally end with a big bang in The Treasure. We are excited to present to you a more intimate and complete package of this impressive emerging artist. Turn it up.

Dimitri Kechagias review: IAMPHOENIX is the excellent progressive label headed by dj & producer Kenneth Thomas. The latest release on the well known imprint is the top Mermaids EP by Tim Iron. It includes not only one or two but four mega tracks to pump up your soundsystem and drive your crowd insane. Mermaids is an excellent hybrid of progressive trance with progressive house. The Deadmau5 progression is present here with wide variety of melodic synthy layers that will hypnotise your senses and will definitely manage to crawl under your skin and touch your soul. Breakbeat section in the breakdown with heavenly voices and melodic synthy hooks that some of them are more deep and esoteric and others are more euphoric and uplifting. The climax is full on hands in the air with positive optimistic synths that explode like fireworks in the night! Superb production that manage to balance the various influences and come up with highly personal Tim Iron sound.  Hope.Belief.Love adopts more electro infused bassline and chunky grooves while on top he decorates it with heavenly vocal samples and euphoric synthy melodies. The breakdown is relaxing and very smooth with classical orchestral music influences and superb main synthy hook that leads the track to the full on jump and dance climax that will excite the listeners and keep them very happy and optimistic for sure. Third is the fantastic The Treasure that will definitely keep you entertained as well. It's great mixture of epic prog house with melodic trance that starts quite low profile, very groovy and smooth but after the main breakdown becomes more upfront and anthemic so definitely can be used as nice bridge between more deep and more energetic prog trancers. Last but not least The Lumberjack is the track that will do great on epic progressive house sets as the bassline is more sharp and punchy and the kick more full on. The euphoric synthy hooks are colourful, positive and optimistic perfect to unite the dancefloor and keep them entertained. #PureGold Love iT

We are extremely proud to present one of the biggest records we have released to date! Torontos' Landence makes his official world wide debut, guns blazing with this one. Label owner Kenneth Thomas has been holding this one close to the chest for a few months now. Its been an absolute staple in every set of his and response has been massive.

A boundary crossing record, which blurs the lines between trance and modern big room progressive house. Look for a warmer, smoother master from Landence on the Original and KT adds his flair to it with his exclusive 'Festival Edit' featuring shorter breakdowns and slightly more aggressive mastering.

Check out a quick snippet of KT dropping this last month in Puerto Rico:

Turn it up loud, this is Rapid Fire!

Dimitri Kechagias review: IAMPHOENIX selects always the best tracks and one of them is Rapid Fire by Landence. The original mix is full on hands in the air epic prog house anthem at its very best and most effective. The main synthy melody is absolutely unforgettable and it  works so effectively on any big room or festival situations. The tougher drop on the track changes slightly the tone of the original riff with fantastic results on any dancefloor. Rapid  Fire is destined to spread fire on any club floor worldwide. The label honcho delivers the tighter, solid and rougher Festival Edit perfect to drive the crowd wild and let them lose it  in music. You can feel the energy rush flooding inside your blood vessels and you know that your brain can not resist even for a second and the only way is UP to JUMP really  high as possible. Highly recommended! Love iT

It has been just over a year since we launched IAMPHOENIX with the seminal single These Chords, from label owner Kenneth Thomas. Now we are back with the next single from KT, 'Would You Believe'.

Joining up with the vocalist Codi who made his debut with Kenneth on his recent Perfecto single Heart On Fire, 'Would You Believe' walks a deep line between trance and grooving progressive. This one is as diverse as it is a driving big room anthem.

Rising star Witness45 joins the imprint with his remix keeping the core idea in tact yet amping up the energy for a more aggressive approach!

Full instrumentals are included for each mix for those that are looking for a dubbier club feel.

Dimitri Kechagias review:  The top record label IAMPHOENIX headed by the dj & producer Kenneth Thomas presents the hugely anticipated return of the label owner with his fantastic progressive trance anthem Would You Believe featuring Codi on vocal duties including Witness 45 remix.  The original mix starts with chunky  house influenced groove with energetic electro kissed basslines and various plucky synths that create a very pleasurable foundation for Codi to sing the optimistic feel good lyrics with his pop touched performance. The breakdown goes hands in the air with uplifting synthy stabs and the nice vocal. The climax is powerful and dynamic with white noise effects, swirling melodies ands synths that build that sense of urgency and intensity. Kenneth is a real magician behind his production decks and he did his best to impress and win our admiration. Witness 45 never disappoints and his remix as you could imagine moves on the proglifting trance category with bubbly deep basslines, chunky wonky groovy beats and emotional melodic synths. His breakdown really atmospheric and relaxing followed by the massive full on euphoric and feel good climax that works like a treat on any neo prog trance dj set. The package includes the dub versions as well for the non vocal trance lovers. #PureGold Love iT

Another peak time club style track comes storming on the label. We welcome Tim Iron to the imprint with the first of many singles coming from the burgeoning eastern European newcomer.

Like many IAMPHOENIX releases, Time Machine walks the line between Progressive House and Trance. Incredible melodic leads lend itself to a massive bass drop that rips through every club. This one hits ladies and gentleman! KT once again lends his club friendly ear to an edit with a shorter breakdown and faster moving arrangement to keep the energy going.

This is Tim Iron, Time Machine. Another peak time club style track comes storming on the label. We welcome Tim Iron to the imprint with the first of many singles coming from the burgeoning eastern European newcomer.

Dimitri Kechagias review: IAMPHOENIX is one of the most happening record label at the moment with exceptional releases so far. The brand new track comes from the new in my ears artist Tim Iron with his powerful prog house banger Time Machine. The original mix is a great mixture of electro and progressive house with trancy synths too. With pumping rocking beats, playful sharp basslines and side chain effects to raise the tension to the maximum lands on the breakdown that emotional classical influenced piano melody welcome the listener just before the slightly distorted synthy lead appears followed by the massive hands in the air euphoric synths leads for the big feel good sequence. The main drop is harder, aggressive and perfect to jump along for sweaty club sessions. Kenneth Thomas is on editing duty. His mission is to create a tighter and even more effective version for the dancefloor and you guessed it right that his idea to shorten the breakdown by omitting the full on euphoric sequence and bring the drop earlier works like a treat, keeps the crowd engaged throughout the whole track as it focus successfully more on the harder sequence to elevate adrenaline and tension to the minimum and boredom to increase to the minimum. Both versions are sure club floorfillers that will find a useful space in your dj set. Love iT

After a month off, IAMPHOENIX returns with the start of a huge slew of forthcoming records. The next few months will see some of the biggest and best signings to the label yet, including a new Kenneth Thomas single and charging club monster from Tim Iron and one of our favorite signings so far from new comer Landence.

But first we welcome Thomas Mengel back to the imprint. He's quickly becoming our own in-house progressive house maestro. He continues to blur the lines between big room progressive house with classic edges. This one has a great analog throw-back lead reminiscent to late 90s Underworld, Faithless or Brainbug - Nightmare.

This one is for the big room house heads!

Dimitri Kechagias review: IAMPHOENIX so far manage to capture our attention and in each and every single release to turn our head to the speakers and take a notice. The brand new release on this always fresh, exciting and progressive minded label comes from the hands of Thomas Mengel. Its called Sophistication and is gonna be big. Its already supported by the influential Ministry Of Sound TV YouTube channel and there is an explanation for this. Thomas delivered one of his finest productions today with composition that keep you dancing breathless on the dancefloor. The breakdown opens with a very cool piano melody that has that sophisticated touch to it. The huge violin melody takes the lead and drives the track towards its damaging climax. Euphoric progressive house at its very best with melody that stays in your head for many days after you hear it in a club and ensures that you will search for it when you are back home. The euphoric part is followed by the dirty greedy one with agressive raw electro kissed basslines upon the pumping booming groovy techy beats. Its one of those tracks that you never get bored of them and the club crowds react to it with big pleasure. It's a festival anthem without doubts and will do the damage you usually expect from  IAMPHOENIX releases. Love iT

As we begin the second year of this adventure we call IAMPHOENIX we wanted to take a look back at a few of our favorite tracks in 2013.

2014 is already lined up with epic melodies, massive anthems and stunning club moments. But first, lets send the last our year out in style.

Dimiri Kechagias review: Kenneth Thomas is not only a very successful dj & producer but also a very talnted record label owner and you can easily understand it by checking the 6 big anthems that are included in his record label Best Of IAMPHOENIX 2013 compilation. Beautiful tracks that easily stand out and become your favourites instantly. Ray Violet with his progressive trance Mirage presents a very solid track with electro and tech trance influences with very sweet female vocals and mesmerising luscious melodies. Mikhjian feat Lucy Dale Court re imagine the huge EDM classic The Veldt and here is included on Kenneth Thomas Rework. Proglifting trancer with electro house  touches to keep it energetic and highly infectious. The twist of remaking the vocals by female singer definitely adds different perspective to the lyrics. Big room climax ensures the maximum of pleasure and enjoyment with huge synthy stabs and quality melodic themes. Sean Bartley offer us a very nice slice of deep melodic infectious progressive massive with his sparkling must play anthem Sparks. Chopped vocal samples, sunkissed melodies and driving construction with exceptional breakdown and feel good climax. The label owner Kenneth Thomas will send you to space and beyond with These Chords that are truly amazing and highly enjoyable. Its the kind of track that progressive trance fans and even melodic prog house djs can easily adopt for their sets. It combines melancholic piano themes with euphoric hands in the air pay off moments. Mark Keyo featured on  the label with his  Forward Momentum brilliant prog trancer. Chunky groovy beats, electrified basslines and incredible long breakdown that lead us on the euphoric dreamy balearic climax. Last but not least Kenneth Thomas & Estetyk combine their forces for The Clarion. Excellently crafted progressive trancer with rich soundtextures, wonderful layers of hair raising melodies and energetic basslines to keep us dancing with hands in the air. 6 peak time anthems to remind us how good the label IS and make us wait with anticipation for future releases. Love iT

Thomas Mangel is back for his second single on the label and once again, bringing us into the big room stadium sound. Soaring leads and epic energy. Epic House, Progressive House, Electro? We just call it good music.

Kenneth Thomas is back to compliment this release. Taking a step back from his tranceier side, he takes a page out of the W&W or Ummet Ozcan's notebook and gets massive and dirty with his drops yet amplifying the emotional edge of the chords and vocal accents in the break.

Both of these are made for the big moments in the night! Welcome to the Sonrisa.

Dimitri Kechagias review: One of the best and must check out progressive house record labels is of course IAMPHOENIX headed by the superstar dj & producer Kenneth Thomas. The latest release seems to be one of their biggest anthems so far including remix by the label owner. Thomas Mengel is considered to be one to watch and his track Sonrisa is big room epic progressive house at its very best. If you like the melodic Swedish House side of big room you will adore this track. Great feel good sunkissed synths in the breakdown combined with superb cracking beats and jumping basslines for an enjoyable and must go ride. Let your body free, close your eyes and dream that you dance this anthem in Ibiza by the side of the sea. If you want something a little bit harder come along cause Kenneth Thomas did some magic with it. He turns the track into a huge festival house / mainstage anthem with aggressive raw basslines, tough and rocking kicks and his touch on the breakdown is excellent as he adds even some female voices along with the summery balearic melody and with parade like drums builds the anticipation until the heavy bouncy drop to land and create havoc on your dancefloor. It's so good that MOS TV choose it for their YOUTUBE channel. BIG ROOM ALERT, Love iT
