The label is established in collaboration with Manchester-based music and culture company NQ, marking the start of an exciting chapter for both brands. Combining their strengths to build a global platform for new music releases, supporting both emerging and established talent.
Over the last 35 years Cream has evolved into a global force in electronic music, championing new and emerging talent and giving artists a platform to perform, many of whom have gone on to become some of dance music’s biggest players. The inaugural edition of Creamfields South saw the festival make its mark in 2022, but now the bar is set to be firmly raised for 2023. Since 2016 the legendary Arc stage has been highly lauded as one of the largest outdoor stages in the world. At over 100 metres wide, 15 metres tall, the Arc is a monolithic and imposing curved structure. It’s played host to some of the world’s hottest electronic acts and now it’s set to make the journey to Hylands Park, Chelmsford to make its debut at Creamfields South on May Bank Holiday 2023.
Headlining Arc stage are previously announced headliners Calvin Harris, Swedish House Mafia, Tiësto and Becky Hill with plenty more to be announced. Team the top-tier acts and stunning visual display with a world-leading Soundsystem, and it becomes clear that Arc will be one of the must-see spectacles of the 2023 festival season.

After firmly planting their flag in the festival scene with their debut edition in 2022, Creamfields South returns to Hylands Park, Chelmsford over the May Bank Holiday weekend and is shaping up to be even bigger as Creamfields HQ have just unleashed an almighty first phase line up. Building on its success which saw the debut South edition attract over 50,000 people, the festival has also added an extra day of live music with performances now running across three days.
As a first phase line up, they don’t get much bigger with Main stage headliners just announced including Calvin Harris (Saturday), Swedish House Mafia (Sunday) and Tiësto (Friday) at the helm, plus performances from some of the biggest names in electronic music including Andy C, Becky Hill, Camelphat, Carl Cox (Hybrid Live), Chase & Status (DJ Set), Example, Fatboy Slim, Gorgon City, Nina Kraviz, Patrick Topping, Sonny Fodera + many more still to be announced, all performing across the multi stage festival.

Following the overwhelming success of the first edition of ‘On the Waterfront’, plans have just been announced for its return in 2023, kicking off the summer season for another series of stunning shows and live performances, with the first phase headliners featuring some of Liverpool’s homegrown heroes.
First up on Friday 30th June is the phenomenon that is Jamie Webster who has gone from a modern-day local folk hero to an established solo artist in his own right. Fresh off the back of a UK & Ireland headline tour and packed Glastonbury performance, 2022 also saw the release of his critically acclaimed second album ‘Moments. He will be joined on stage by fellow bandmates Lighting Seeds bassist Tim Cunningham and Mick Head’s Red Elastic Band guitarist Danny Murphy. This will be his first major headline outdoor show to date, set right at the heart of the city in front of the iconic Three Graces, this is guaranteed to be an unmissable show for his legion of dedicated fans, as well as a true and deserved homecoming for one of the city’s biggest stars.
Following his sell out Liverpool Arena show at the weekend, Jamie said “Announcing an outdoor headline show in Liverpool is a dream come true. Right on the River Mersey, under the Liver birds, I can’t put into words what it will mean to me seeing thousands of you on the Pier Head next Summer. It’s my biggest show to date, all standing, it’s gonna be a night to remember. Playing shows like this is all down to my fans and I can’t thank you all enough. What a show this is going to be. My City, My People, My Heart.”
Next up and following on from their iconic sell out performance at last year’s inaugural event will see the return of the mighty Camelphat headlining on Saturday 1st July. Since their first foray into the underground side of dance music almost a decade ago, the Grammy nominated Liverpool duo have had a meteoric rise that has seen them achieve global success while remaining true to their underground sound. Their headline sell-out show at ‘On The Waterfront’ last year was their biggest and fastest selling show to date in the city.
