Dimitri Kechagias review: The Nights is the current Top 10 in UK from the Swedish star Avicii. Now I have in my hands two of the great remixes that are out on all major download shops. Firstly is Mike Mago who does his best to bring the house down and delivers his exceptional Future House version that is upfront and ready for mainstage action. Vintage influences, bouncy old school basslines, tough techy grooves, rave style synths and superb application of the original vocals. Grant Nelson delivers the more dark and twisted deep house version that has elements of what we tern now deep house but actually has Chicago house influences as well. Very classy, functional and rounded version with the vocals stay in the background and the dark bassline driving the action. Top notch remixes for a global smash for Avicii who will perform at this years Tomorrowland festival. Love it
