Our first SOLO collection of 2014 shows just why this series has become so popular.. with music coming fresh from the artists , no waiting !
This month is a progressive love affair, with Gav Fraser & Dunkan both giving us deep broody numbers, before Yuriy From Russia goes synthtastic with the energetic & bouncy 'Freak. 'Rehmark & Nukkah change things up with a slab of chunky rockin techno, before Teig closes off this collection with a rolling progressive drifter of a track.
Perfecto!
Dimitri Kechagias review: Baroque records continues to be one of the most prolific progressive house labels. Recognised and respected globally Baroque records has opened the doors and established the careers of many new talents from every possible continent of this world. The Solo series is great compilations with 5 unique and unreleased tracks. The latest one shines with 5 must play tracks ready made for the modern dancefloors. Gav Fraser delivers Bad Idea but in contrast with its title is a wonderful progressive house track with retro elements, old school flavours and good ideas. Groovy and funky will keep you shaking it on the dancefloor. Neverwhere by Dunkan is a magnificent beautiful deep melodic driving haunting progressive house beauty with solid composition and nice synthy layers on top. Its very old school progressive house style track that will bring back memories. Yuriy From Russia service 'Freak and its one of those cases that the title describes well the freaky electro house content. Rehmark & Nukkah with Pamukale go all the way to the underground techno territory with a bouncy dark track of the highest calibre. Last but least the deep prog house tripping track Clear Night Chrome by Teig is a must play melodic driving progressive house beauty with deep basslines, pumping beats and cinematic spacey atmosphere. Highly recommended. Love it
