REVIEW: N.O.A. - The Route / The Landscape out on Discover Dark

N.O.A. debuts on Discover Dark with this fierce two tracker.

The Route brings with it searing acid lines and a huge riff with a very dark edge.

The Landscape carries equal weight delivering similar levels of tension and mayhem that are perfect Discover Dark fayre.

Definitely not for the faint hearted!!!

Dimitri Kechagias review: Discover Dark presents another awesome dark hard trance EP that deserves to be played a lot and loud. N.O.A offer us two super hard productions that will remind you how good dark hard trance is and how powerful and absolutely essential for your sets. The Route has that techno bouncy beat and heavy dark haunting bassline that we usually get on quality techno tracks. The breakdown is amazing with heavenly voices, trancy synths preparing as well for the huge burst of energy that comes in the climax  that is full on and in your  face and remind me a lot the classic by X-Cabs - Neuro that I would love to see coming back with many remixes as well. With touches of acid and psy trance definitely its superb underground banger that should be on your peak time trance list. The Landscape applies uplifting trance foundation with lighter beats and basslines, heavenly style voices, epic cinematic strings and awesome euphoric synths that appear in the long and teasing breakdown that raise the tension and prepare you well for the awesome burst of energy in the massive climax that is absolutely fire cracking. Both tracks manage to remain dark, underground but very melodic and emotional as well. This Is What I Call Trance, Love iT
