Poznan duo Leszek Stachowiak & Jacek Czeszak, known to the world as Purple Stories, has played a key role in Coldharbour Recordings throughout 2014. Alongside originals such as Pandorum and remixes for Markus Schulz's Muse and Venom One's Earthquake, they return with a massive three track EP that has been on the waiting list for many.
Leading the way is Inevitable, which has enamoured fans worldwide for an extended period, thanks to its spine tingling melody and soaring moods. Saved specifically as the lead track for the EP, Inevitable will be regarded by many Coldharbour followers as one of their favorites this year.
Complimenting Inevitable is Sacura and Devil Inside, with both tracks forming crucial building blocks during Markus Schulz's Amnesia Ibiza residency. Sacura quickly garnered attention during the Global DJ Broadcast World Tour from Buenos Aires, and is a sure fist pumper with it's menacing melody and bassline. Devil Inside is a nod towards the darker season, and works well late into the evening.
Purple Stories are doing Poland proud at the moment, and soon their talents will travel further afield, thanks to three storming tracks on offer.

Dimitri Kechagias review: Can you imagine the trance world without Markus Schulz and Coldharbour recordings? The truth is that Markus and his top record label have changed and reshaped the trance world with that twisted dark sound that is in contrast with the more euphoric uplifting colourful sound. In a way Coldharbour recordings brought the balance needed to make known that always there are the dark and bright sides in any music genre. Coldharbour recordings presents one of the duos that Markus have supported them from their day one and those are Purple Stories who return with their unmissable three tracks EP. First of all is the big tech trance monster Inevitable where they apply their tough tech trance drum beat, hard in your face bassline, side chained effects and dark sinister atmosphere that make you feel like being somewhere in the jungle and wild lions are running behind you and you think that maybe is Inevitable to become their dinner if you dont run faster. Superb euphoric synthy riff is introduced in the breakdown that changes completely the whole atmosphere and the track moves to its hands in the air epic moment that will stay in your mind for long. Sacura is the second choice on this EP and this is more powerful and upfront with rolling drums, energetic driving dark basslines, twisted swirling synths and massive electro influenced synthy hook in the breakdown that ensures domination of the dancefloors as this huge anthemic riff continues in the climax to indoctrinate and ignite the crowd without second thoughts. Third track is called Devil Inside which is another slice of full on hands in the air big room trance euphoria. This tune is more faithful to the established Purple Stories sound with very memorable synthy hook, tribal chunky grooves and mouthwatering basslines along with additional epic synths and summer festivals atmosphere.
