REVIEW: Matt Keyl - Amsterdam EP out on Yellow Tail / Blu Fin

1-Amsterdam
2-Zero

The project of Matthias Prennushi, alias Matt Keyl, begins a short while ago influenced from the frantic and involving rhythms of the electronic underground music . It expands touching well soon musical currents of varied kind, characterized by the presence of groove and particular synth that touch decidedly for the big part the sound of the techno and the minimal. Sustained by his motivated mind and from the encouragement of his friends and collaborators, he reaches targets of not little value and in short time he plays side by side with some of the best DJs of the techno international scene..

Via Rainer, we became aware of Matt Keyl, we love his sound ...

Hope you will like him too ☺

Dimitri Kechagias review: Matt Keyl presents on Yellow Tail his beatiful tech house EP that will certainly make you move with the top anthem Amsterdam EP. First top track is Amsterdam. Its deep tech house with great minimal drums and percussion, deep basslines decorated with cinema or TV vocal samples plus some new spoken vocal samples. Minimal touch of dark and haunting synths  complete this great track that is danceable and melodic despite of being really minimal and focused to the basic elements. Zero on the other side is great deep tech house with emphasis on the techno side of the track. Top dark deep basslines and pumping minimal techy beats while on top here and there are some cool synthy melodies. Spoken vocal samples taken from film perhaps add the filmic mysterious atmosphere. If you play deep tech house or deep house or just techno both tracks are simple and complex at the same time and perfect for any occasion. Love iT!
