The first track to be taken from Vitodito's massive 'Hipnosis Iberica' album and given the remix treatment is 'When Italy Was Younger'. The album had some great support and feedback, including plays from Paul van Dyk, Jaytech, Myon & Shane54 and many more! We hope you enjoy this package...
Kicking off the pack is the extended mix of 'When Italy Was Younger'. If you've heard the album version, you'll instantly recognise it for it's sun-kissed melodies, old school disco influences and Vitodito's very own vocal. Just close your eyes and listen!
On remix duties, we have something very special from Ninesh Babu, Michael Elliot and newcomer ReDub. Each of them are known for their wonderful melodies, and they've worked with Vito's original parts to deliver something in their own style. Ranging from melodic prog house to nu-disco, each remix has a taste of summer... Enjoy!
Dimitri Kechagias review: Neuroscience Deep presents one of the most unusual tracks from the latest album of Vitodito. The well known progressive trance producer on his tune When Italy Was Younger attempts to break new ground and deliver something more playful and adventurous as he moves to the indie dance/nu disco territory and he succeeds to give us a colourful taste of Italian past through the technology of Today. Ninesh Babu and Michael Elliot move on the same direction of Italo disco by offering two great version perfectly made for balearic sets on Ibiza terraces. Quality electronica beats, blissful and ethereal themes merged perfectly into one to calm our senses and let us freely to dance. ReDub Malibu Beach Remix as the name suggests is an attempt to translate the feel good original into a more deep prog house/balearic trance version that is emotional and sensitive and very danceable as well. It smells already like summer when you hear releases like this one. Love iT!
