REVIEW: Passenger 10 -Street Names out on Enormous Tunes / Unreleased Digital

1-Original mix
2-Nora en Pure remix

Next pre-single from Chris Reece aka PASSENGER 10's upcoming album BAZAR DRAFT is called STREET NAMES.

This latest musical offering kicks off with a great portion of touching passion, a supremely hypnotic slice of uplifting edged house that fuses emotive synth parts with taut drum programming and intense bass chord tones to provide the perfect sound bed for some funky guitar licks in the drops.

The remix this time comes from swiss act NORA EN PURE, who come up with a haunting and ethereal synth version, a killer indie dance rhythm section that is certain to sit in record boxes for months to come, all in all a summerish and spacious reworking that provides an outstanding alternative to the already stunning original.

STREET NAMES is a superb taster for PASSENGER 10's album that is forthcoming on the imprint in the not too distant future.

Dimitri Kechagias review: Enormous Tunes is your eclectic choice for great releases. The top label after months of speculation reveals the fantastic taster of the forthcoming Chris Reece alter ego project  Passenger 10. Once again the superb Swiss producer impress us with his ability to compose so beautiful tracks that progressive house and progressive trance djs too will love to include in their warm up section of their sets. The original mix starts with a long cinematic section that includes orchestral music theme and ambient noises like the fresh start of the new day. The beats are energetic, the basslines driving, the percussion is lively and playful and on top mesmerising melodies and warm strings along with the female vocals invite us to find the hidden sides of this feel good track. When everything sounds gloomy and dark Street Names is the perfect medication to clear your mind and let your imagination fly free to unknown destinations. Nora En Pure remix moves on the same euphoric feel good balearic direction with  cool balearic sun shinning housey vibe to it  with great application of the original elements with more bounce and dynamism. Piano, saxophones, harps and guitar samples work together perfectly to elevate mind, spirit and soul higher. Highly recommended. Love iT!
