With no doubt Matthew Peterson is a guy who in 2012 charmed the progressive trance scene with his 'Stringray', now he teams up with his very good friend and label's regular at the same time to supply a massive follow-up to that track called 'Scarlet'. Astonishing and memorable main synth which became a signature sound of Slovakian's producer is mixed up with a very catchy pitchbended buildup and bouncy grooves and all these are making some damage on the dancefloor. As on the remix duties there is Alex Rusin, a promising newcomer from Poland for whom it's a debut on the scene, but a very decent debut, as he provides more chilling and melodic interpretation of so very much suitable for listening at home. Label's co-owner Andromedha with his remix aims for darkness and mysterious atmosphere with a deep heavy bassline in order to make it logically consistent with his very well-acclaimed remix of 'Incite' and makes it an instant favourite opening track for many DJs. Last but of course not least, is the version of Russians Sensetive5 & Gordey Tsukanov, who had some brilliant works together before for other labels and gained some massive supports from the most respect names in progressive trance scenes and prove they are still on fire with this dark and dirty rework of the original.
Dimitri Kechagias review: Its always great to review tracks from talented uprising producers like Matthew Peterson. His co-production with Eddie D is a driving punchy dark and gothic style progressive banger with cinematic haunting atmosphere and memorable synthy leads that will definitely win your attention and excite club goers worldwide. Alex Rusin delivers an equally mesmerising version with great atmosphere and particularly deep and emotional melodic breakdown that will touch you deeply. Andromedha remix is a much more playful version with heavenly style female voices, great breakdown with harp like melody, bouncy heavy basslines, and great dark atmosphere that is enlightened with some cool piano chords in the main section. If you look for a prime time version the hot duo Sensetive5 & Gordey Tsukanov combine their forces once again to provide a massive in your face version that has the drive, the intense energy and brilliant melodies and cinematic atmosphere to impress and stand out. Love iT!
