REVIEW: Henning Richter and Tom Schoen - El Niño De La Flor out on Praxxis

1-El Nino de la flor

Unusual tunes from PRAXXIZ? Well, for this dreamy summer track the organizers of the record label knocked the whole label concept on the head – just 'by the way'. Where usually only real techno anthems are pressed into vinyl they allow themselves the exception to the rule. Instead of smashing bass drums and pumping beats you'll get an almost laid-back composition with a smooth guitar and hippie-esque flute sounds that seduces your ears. So the title 'El Niño De La Flor' doesn't come out of the blue and lives up to its promise. Henning Richter and Tom Schoen take you by the hand to a nice summer walk in Miami Beach...

Dimitri Kechagias review: First of all I must say that Im very happy to be able to review the great release on PRAXXIS that is the home label of the legend of EDM Dr Motte, the artist who  invented the idea of Love Parade that we all wish one day to return to its physical  historic location in Berlin which symbolises arts and culture. The latest release comes from  Henning Richter and Tom Schoen and is called  El Niño De La Flor. Its a magnificent trippy deep house track that will bring back your summer memories  with lovely exotic guitars, extremely catchy vocals that stand out and stay in your head for long after hearing it once and jazzy tones as well.  In addition a lovely flute melody is added as well to elevate mind, body and spirit to a higher level. Its one of those tunes that we dance on the dancefloor with closed eyes totally hypnotised and we let loose our senses to get immersed totally in the therapeutic sound of it to heal our wounds. Inspirational moments for sure. Love IT!
