After only three short years of united production, American trance duo Tritonal have gone from unknown newcomers to one of the top names in the international electronic dance music scene. Currently standing at #83 on DJ Mag's Top 100 DJs List, Tritonal continues to launch track after track up the Beatport charts and into the sets of some of the most renowned and respected DJs in the world.

Their 2011 debut artist album "Piercing the Quiet" produced seven top 20 Beatport singles, including four that held the #1 position on the trance chart for almost three weeks-'Lifted', the 'Still With Me' Club Mix, their 'Slave' club dub collaboration with Ben Gold, and most recently 'Can't Keep it In.' Now Chad Cisneros and Dave Reed are set to release 'Piercing The Quiet - The Extended Mixes' and fans will finally be able to get their hands on the extended, full-length versions of each track from this critically acclaimed album by Tritonal.

'Piercing The Quiet' was the culmination of two years of intense studio work, a period that saw Tritonal push every angle of their inimitable sound to the next level. Opening with the film-score stylings of 'Poem of Angels', the album ranges out across 15 tracks, taking in the full realm of trance music's sub-genres. With songwriting being a key asset of their partnership, Tritonal teamed up with long-term vocal muse, Cristina Soto to craft four magnificent tracks. Included among them are the beautiful down-tempo 'Everafter' and 'Still With Me', as well as a stunning update to their breakout record 'Piercing Quiet'.

Further collaborations see Winter Kill's singer Meredith Call on the gorgeous 'Broken Down'; U.S. songstress Fisher add lyrics and vox to the upbeat 'Slave; and relative newcomers Jeza, Bethany and Jenry R. all provide outstanding vocal performances. The album is completed with peak-time, main-room floor-stormers, 'Ziziki', 'Retake' and 'Murakami' which continued to rip roofs off nightclubs and uproot festival tent-pegs right the way through the summer and late into last year.

With their 7-days-a-week approach to trance music, Tritonal have released an incredible 100+ original productions and remixes, toured around the globe playing major clubs and festivals like Electric Daisy Carnival, Ultra Music Festival and Creamfields and have firmly cemented their position as America's foremost trance DJ duo.

Dimitri Kechagias reviews: Tritonal is considered to be one of the most successful trance producers of all time with many consecutive number 1's at the Beatport trance chart.Their album Piercing The Quiet was magical and now is the time for the djs to get in their hands the extended full mixes of fantastic tracks from the album and allow the positive vibrations from them radiate to the world. Firstly  Poem Of Angels is a mesmerising ambient track with epic Hollywood style melodies perfect to use as a set opener for instance. Tritonal team up with Jeza for Can't Keep It In. Superb feel good melodies and the silky sensitive performance by Jeza who once again impress us all.  Ziziki is a playful electro prog trancer with heavenly style melodic theme that will send you to space and beyond that. Tritonal work with  Meredith Call for the indie rock influenced  Broken Down. Strong lyrics that melt so nicely with the piano melodies and uplifting synths.  Retake is a brilliant progressive trancer with understated synthy little melody and massive build up that lead us on an euphoric main part with a killer melody.  Tritonal team up with their great friend Cristina Soto for the superb Piercing Quiet. Full on proglifting trance with Cristina touching voice win once again our hearts and minds.  Sometimes I Wish features the lovely Bethany on vocals for a modern trance love song that particularly girls will identify with it easily. Magical melodies, tight composition and quality production. The only male voice in the album is by  Jenry R on the hopeful and optimistic Something New. Stand out piano part and Jenry R vocals that sound so much like Owl City adding an exceptional magic and sparkle. Everafter with  Cristina Soto is an ambient lounge style track quite moody and melancholic with piano and the voice perfect to come down after a heavy work out in your favourite club. On I Can Breathe the tranquilising voice of  Jeza returns upon powerful uplifting upfront peak time Tritonal style beats.  Lifted is a warm prog trancer with electro and techno touches, twists and grungy parts as well.  Cristina is the finest choice to sing about how lifted we feel when we dance along Tritonal phenomenal productions. If you love instrumental uplifting trance  Murakami caters for your needs. Full on and in your face with melodic theme that will blow your mind away with gated heavenly style voices.  The gorgeous  Fisher takes part on Slave and she shines once again with her characteristic expressive voice. Shapes Revolve is magical proglifting trancer with distorted robotic vocals that work so well with the soothing melodies. The album comes to its end with Cristina Soto on the mic singing with her heartfelt sensitive voice the gorgeous Still With Me within an ambient soundscape that you will feel totally unable to move or do anything else. You become one with the sounds and travel with your mind through the soundwaves of Tritonal compositions. Overall Tritonal's Piercing The Quiet is an album that will satisfy wide variety of trance audiences and at the end you will feel changed, refreshed and inspired  as you pass through the life stories that the great songs talk about through the voice of great singers.
