Sunny Lax presents his brand new EP on the Songbird imprint, featuring the titles “Viva La Revolución” and “Something Is Broken”.

Sunny Lax, real name Levente Marton, was born in Hungary on August 6, 1986) and debuted with the famous “P.U.M.A. / Cassiopeia” EP as his debut release on Anjunabeats in 2005. Marton followed this up with 12” single entitled “M.I.R.A.”,featuring a remix by Daniel Kandi. Later on Sunny delivered the single “Blue Bird” and he has been releasing tracks from that moment on. Sunny Lax is also part of the Black Hole artist roster and now brings his first EP on the Songbird imprint, showcasing his skills as a producer of many styles.
“Viva La Revolución” stands for fast paced trance with an incredibly powerful arrangement, played by thick layers of synths and strings. The absolutely beautiful theme will grab a hold of your audience if you play this one live and especially the break will tear the roof off; something that comes across with even more roughness in the Rebel Mix. “Something Is Broken” on the other side is a tightly produced trancer on the progressive tip with an almost laidback BPM, perfect for the slightly darker sets. The quality artist Sunny Lax does his magic and provides an EP that includes serious and high quality material for heavy club use. First of all Viva La Revolución tha comes in two great shapes. Original is a driving tech trancer that has all the elements to become the anthem for the night. Electro tech style basslines, great unstopable drive that takes us on the breakdown that the huge synthy melody takes over and will bring the much needed euphoria. If you look for a version that reach its goal earlier then you should be directed towards the quality Rebel mix. Pure hands in the air stuff with breakdown that will tease your audience until to release that very strong and memorable riff. Third and final choice on this excellent EP is the fantastic Something is Broken. If you look out for hi-nrg trance power with feel good melodies that will bring shivers instantly then this track will serve your needs well. The breakdown is soothing and relaxing with ambient noises and melody sounding very classy that recalls the end of the 90s trance boom sounds. Its not over the top but right and exact to keep on moving your dancefloor. Songbing equals quality once again, Love IT!
