Dimitri Kechagias review: One of the best news that I learned today and I have to tell you about is that the awesome trance producer Breakfast is about to release a fantastic album that includes all the beloved classics from the past and brand new anthems for the future. Flashover recordings serve us just a small taste of it and I can not wait review them for you. First of all the superb Tetsuo is of course on that big room uplifting style that Casey knows so well to compose. Fat stompin driving beats along with those cinematic haunting melodies on top that he can has only the secret recipe to produce them and send our minds and souls in faraway mythical surprising places. This is what I call the classic tried, tested and trusted Breakfast sound. The second track on offer is the awesome The Cave. You should try imagine going into a cave and while you observe the walls suddenly the shadows along with the colors of the stones start to shape strange figures from the past that slowly dance following the dynamic beats of this highly complex anthem. 9 minutes of artistic quality with rockish electro tech trance beats that coupled with dark and sinister melodies. In the breakdown he incorporates dubstep influences too that lead us to the main big room uplifting climax of this beauty that is definitely not your average trancer. Last but not least Tripple Drop is a surprising track that uses in the most creative way sample-Drops from the past of EDM like acid balearic house and rave in order to deliver a magnificent track that applies a heavy dose of chunky breakbeats that along with the old school piano and the warm melodic layers provides an atmosphere to send us to outerspace.
