Guestlist4Good, Power Rewired, Pay it Forward and The Other Family will be participating in the ADE conference track about innovation, sustainability and social change.
The City of Amsterdam intends to have all events hosted in Amsterdam run on renewable power by 2020. But how will we power festivals and events without diesel generators?
Power Rewired
The panel, Power Rewired – Presented by the City of Amsterdam explores sustainability strategies and smart power solutions for events. To get a closer look at these solutions, moderator Paul Schurink will explain the Trias Energetica Approach, the three-step strategy for energy-efficient design. Moreover, event and sustainability experts Casper Garrels, Rob Scully and Maarten de Bruijn will share their best sustainable energy solutions to support your energy plan and there will be room for questions from the audience. With that, Milkshake Festival will offer a glimpse into the future of partying on renewable energy and show how they managed to combine a variety of solutions to come up with a green energy plan.
Pay it Forward
During Unite the World with Music and Pay it Forward, Shailendra Singh will share how he managed to organize entertainment-for-good events in order to make a positive social contribution to society. In addition, he will let us in on his future ambitions to turn this initiative into a global movement. Right after this program item, Guestlist4Good invites you for a drink to celebrate the future of music.
At A Roadmap For People on the Road - the Other Family, ADE Green talks to DJ Ferry Corsten and other people in the music industry about how they manage to make time for partners and children when they also work long hours, live mostly at night and are on the road for the most of the time.
