After the announcements about Maceo Plex' appearance at the Rijksmuseum and ADE Sound Lab, it is time to focus on the harder styles of dance music.
Hard Dance Event (HDE) is approaching our doorstep, and it’s coming fast. In one week time, the Tolhuistuin opens its doors for the first edition of HDE at this particular location, offering the right opportunities to expand. On Thursday the 20th October, it marks the platform where the dots of the hard dance industry will be connected – an exchange of knowledge that includes us all.
Meet Bang Face
As an addition to the already exciting program, we can announce that HDE Pro welcomes another feature: an interview with James Bang Face a.k.a. Saint Acid, the founder of Bang Face. This UK based event has been called a “neo-rave utopia” among other things and is in a league of its own.
The Hard is Everywhere panel gets a last minute addition worth to its name: Sydney based Pete Finley is founder and director of HSU. With Midnight Mafia and Knockout Circus, Harder Styles United (HSU) Events has two rapidly growing event brands in the ever competitive Australian market.
Mark your highlights
Spread across the program of Hard Dance Event (HDE), highly relevant panels and masterclasses touch the core of a diversity of subjects. As HDE Pro and HDE University indicate the two separate sections, choices have to be made when visiting the congress. In order to clue you in, highlights are found in the form of Behind the Walls of Success, which digs deeper into the obstacles that an artist can encounter. Moreover, Stage Design is a panel that shows an exclusive perspective when it comes to the creation of mainstages, whereas Hard is Everywhere focuses on several international manifestations of our growing industry.
