ALBUM REVIEW: Hardwell - United We Are Remixed out on Revealed recordings

Ten months after the unfathomable success of Hardwell’s debut album ‘United we are’, Revealed Recordings now unveils the hotly anticipated remix record ‘United We Are Remixed’, available worldwide on December 4th and on CD, featuring an ensemble cast of dance music’s brightest and best. Back in January ‘United We Are’ hit the top spot on the Beatport chart, clocked up a colossal ten million streams on Spotify, and cracked the iTunes top 10 without breaking a sweat - ‘United We Are Remixed’ celebrates this success by bringing together megastars like Armin van Buuren with rising Revealed talent, to reinterpret this essential collection of unforgettable tracks.

Ethereal opener ‘Eclipse’ is given the Chocolate Puma treatment, transforming it into a percussive house anthem, Tiësto collaboration ‘Colors’ is re-imagined by Vicetone as a pulsating electro house odyssey, whilst elsewhere, after their work together on ‘Off the Hook’, the legendary Armin van Buuren works his magic on the title track adding his inimitable signature sound. Also included are contributions from Bingo Players, with their euphoric take on ‘Follow Me’, a Revealed debut from Dave Winnel, a triumphant Revealed return for DallasK, and special appearances from the excellent Frontliner, Dutch maestro Franky Rizardo, up and coming Swedish star Kaaze, DJ Mag Top 100 DJ climbers W&W, and UK based house producer eSQUIRE.

Revealed Alumni KURA returns to the label to transform ‘Young again’ into an afro-electro banger, whilst Swedish duo Sean & Bobo remix second single ‘Arcadia’ and Pep & Rash deliver an unrecognisable future house version of ‘Nothing can hold us down’. You may have already heard Dirtcaps excellent remix of ‘Don’t stop the madness’ at Hardwell’s ‘Hardwell presents Revealed’ ADE set in October, but its effect has not diminished - something that can be said for every song on this album, a stunning collection of remixes that builds on the source material to create something truly special and exciting. Join the party and catch ‘United We Are Remixed’.

Dimitri Kechagias review: It's time for a perfect gift for Christmas. The beloved album United We Are by the N1 DJ of the world for 2 times Hardwell is remixed perfectly by the biggest names in the  industry and if you like house you can not afford to miss. Firstly is  Eclipse remixed  by Chocolate Puma who always impress. Their version is Dutch house at its very best. Underground moody tech house grooves, fat basslines and cool synthy riffs to blow your mind and euphoric breakdown with claps and uplifting pianos. Follow Me feat. Jason Derulo is remixed by Bingo Players and you will enjoy a magnificent melodic prog house journey with deep emotional piano driven breakdown followed by big uplifting climax that will explode out of proportions for sure. Sally  feat. Harrison is transformed into a vicious rough hardstyle version by Frontliner that is fast, headbanging to the maximum and very melodic as well.  Let Me Be Your Home feat. Bright Lights is remixed by Dave Winnel who cracks an excellent future house banging remix with early 90's rave style organ riffs and old school basslines while the classy vocals mesmerize your senses. Hardwell & Tiësto feat. Andreas Moe with the top Colors is remixed by Vicetone who comes up with a very melodic deep house meets future house version with tropical house and old school influences. Hardwell & Funkerman feat. I-Fan with Where Is Here Now is remixed by Franky Rizardo who goes deeper underground for an excellent UK deep house version with funky garage basslines and minimal beats to keep you swinging and jacking your booty. Hardwell feat. Amba Shepherd with United We Are is transformed by Armin van Buuren into a mainstage essential weapon with all the goodness of uplifting pumping basslines and great application of the top vocal. The main synthy riff is so good that will stuck in your head for ever. Hardwell & W&W feat. Fatman Scoop with Don't Stop The Madness is smashed by Dirtcaps who give their best impression with the finest dirty trap meets hardstyle version that you can expect from them for the ultimate party experience.  Hardwell feat. Chris Jones with Young Again is remixed by the massive KURA who goes for a mainstage weapon that is powerful with distorted synthy chords and superb uplifting rhythm that will move millions of festival goers. Hardwell feat. Jonathan Mendelsohn with Echo is remixed by Kaaze is a straight forward pumper with uplifting colourful synths and energy that radiates all over the place. Hardwell & Joey Dale feat. Luciana with  Arcadia is transformed by Sean & Bobo into an excellent mainstage tornado style of tune with hardstyle influences and great percussion style melodies along with the rave synths. Hardwell & DallasK with Area51 is reworked by DallasK with even more effective melodic breakdown followed by an euphoric drop that will cause riots on the dancefloor for sure. Hardwell & Headhunterz feat. Haris with Nothing Can Hold Us Down is remixed by Pep & Rash who give their twisted future rave house makeover that is playful and funky to the core, if you can not shake your body with this one will be hard to do it with anything else. Lastly Hardwell feat. Mr. Probz with Birds Fly is given the W&W Festival treatment and you can expect the unexpected with thumping basslines, smashing drums and great feel good vocals by Mr. Probz. Overall I feel that this one of the most accomplished remixed albums out at the moment with wide variety of styles and genres to keep the party going! #PureHardwellMagic Love It
