Dimitri Kechagias review: Damaged records is all about the darker moodier tech trance that is played by the top names at the most prestigious underground trance parties. The latest record comes from the Swansea based dj and producer Sam Jones. The track is called Charlie Charlie and as you can easily guess from the fantastic artwork is a dark moody maddening psy tech trancer of the highest quality. Psy trance kicks combined with sharp like thousands knives basslines and top acid layers on the top. Short breaks and immediate build ups with vocal chops and overall great haunting atmosphere. The main longer breakdown samples horror movies so you can expect deep breathings and people shouting frightened with my favourite being"Charlie Charlie, you shouldn't say that name". The climax continues on the same dark moody vicious tech trance style that will blow your senses for sure. Expect to dance like there is no tomorrow the way that Sam Jones commands! #PureTechTrance!
