REVIEW: HRRSN - Hold On (incl. Talul Remix) out on Subjekt / Armada Music

Straight from Berlin, HRRSN makes his Armada Deep debut with a soulful, vocal, deep house ballad. The vibe and groove are undeniable, creating the perfect kind of atmosphere for a lazy Sunday morning.

This is HRRSN doing what he does best, creating genuine tunes that touch the heart strings and keep the cool flow going. For good measure, hugely supported Talul has a remix of the track as well, bringing the original on a deeper, clubbier journey.

Dimitri Kechagias review: Berlin is the centre for culture and entertainment at the moment. It's also the capital in Europe that produces great artists and great music styles as well. For instance HRRSN is on board with his soulful vocal deep house anthem called Hold On. The track is definitely not your average generic deep house thing. Its truly experimental sound with skippy chunky groovy, deep haunting melodies, cinematic strings and emotional little synths that add to the track its great atmosphere. Dark and melancholic track that manage easily to carry you away and absorb you in its magical sound spheres. Talul remix takes the track to the even darker deep tech house surroundings with deep moody dark and dangerous basslines, industrial synths and great application of the vocal that sounds to be out of tune but actually works as it adds human touch to the dark and cold surroundings. The breakdown includes great classical music influences that create extra melodramatic tension. #PureGold Love It
