Dimitri Kechagias review: The stunning project Federation formed by Rich Solarstone and Ben Lost after their various releases on Perfecto records enter the Black Hole recordings headquarters with the stunning anthem Be There. Federation's sound is influenced from psy trance, indie rock, industrial music and is considered to be as one of the most intriguing dark underground projects with great live performances so far that allow both Rich & Ben to reveal another side of their multiple creative personalities.  The Original mix is a solid driving trancer that applies psy trance kick and bassline and acid overtones to keep it firmly underground while on top strong emotional synths are added along with rock guitar riffs and cinematic strings. Ben has one of the most unusual voices as it sounds Gothic and melodic at the same time. Who doesn't remember his voice on Young Parisians trance classic Jump To the Next Train that deserves re-release with new remixes. The first remix that comes out from the big package that will follow soon is the exceptional Darren Porter version that will blow your mind and we mean it that will do it without doubts and second thoughts. Darren service his dynamic pounding metallic kick, driving energetic pulsating bassline and acid layers that form the rough aggressive foundation. Ben Lost emotional and truly unique vocals will cast a spell on you and you will find yourself singalong "You Know I'll Be There" straight away. The breakdown includes electric guitar riffs and huge euphoric synths performing the epic melodic theme along with Ibiza style synthy plucks on top along with melodramatic sound effects that build the tension even more. With huge cranking drum roll we reach the climax that is full on hands in the air euphoric trance with epic synths, vocal parts and immense energy.
