Now Sunny Lax, who has been on the scene for almost a decade, takes the trance stage again with ‘Luna’, a track that is firm, as well as slightly uplifting and airy. ‘Luna’ is definitely an inspirational piece of music. Dimitri Kechagias review: Black Hole recordings is at the forefront of the Electronic Dance Music culture for many years now and every single from that label is absolutely stunning. The latest artist to join the label is Sunny Lax well known with his releases on top record labels including Anjunabeats, Infrasonic and various Black Hole labels. Luna's support list is really long including top djs like Above & Beyond. The track is a magnificent modern futuristic hybrid of big room trance with progressive house. Its the type of sound that can be played on the festivals mainstage sets but of course in the trance tents as well. With pounding heavy groove, chunky electro infused bassline and hints of the main melodic theme the track slowly reaches the breakdown that is truly magical as the very emotional and hair raising synthy melody is introduced and can go down like thunderstorm for sure. The climax is absolutely beautiful and very euphoric perfect to blow the speakers and carry away the clubbers to a higher level. The second breakdown introduce the very touching heartfelt piano chords that lead the track along with the nice synthy to the final euphoric sequence. Absolutely stunning track that recalls the years that melody is more important than the drop. The only reservation is the short length of the track. I would prefer it to be longer and allow all the elements to develop further but I guess for clubs and festivals this more condensed arrangement has sure fatal impact on the floor! #PureGold Love IT
