Dimitri Kechagias review: The high quality trance label Afterglow records presents the brand new EP by the Greek producer Basil O Glue including two massive dark trance poems that will talk to your soul and move your feet straight way. Till The Next Day is a powerful deep dark trancer that will blow easily the speakers. His composition is cinematic and tripping out so expect your mind to escape in his mysterious soundscapes. The sudden burst of aggressive synths in some moments add extra strength and will drive the clubbers out of order. The hypnotic whispering vocals create that sense of weirdness, loneliness and insecurity on the dancefloor. Step Two despite the slower bpm sounds more energetic and upfront. With its deep and haunting basslines, the bubbly beats and the cinematic strings slowly lead us in his atmospheric breakdown that epic but sinister synths appear for a while. His climax is colourful and dreamy with many synthy layers coming on top developing a nice dialogue to each other that is very pleasant for the ear. Both tracks will put you on that mysterious state of trance with their pure and honest art form. Love it
