Pirates from Zoo steps things up a notch with warm driving undertones, subtle plucks and crisp percussion! Into the break a whirlwind top line is introduced along with a dreamy piano and some great atmospherics before building up into a dramatic climax and slipping back into sports gear!
Dimitri Kechagias review: The well established record label Alter Ego records reveals two magnificent productions by Araya & Mark Dreamer that will become part of your dj set straight away. First of all the full on pure uplifting trance fans will adore the fantastic Pirates From Zoo. Its an energetic straight to the point euphoric trancer with techy groovy beats, energetic driving electro infused bassline and epic feel good melodic themes on top. In the breakdown they create a very classy soundscape with blissful melodies, old school dream trance piano chords, heavenly trancy voices and classical orchestral music themes that build the tension towards the climax that all soundlayers come together for an unforgettable trance fest. Eternally on the other side move towards the more progressive tech trance direction with groove reminiscent of Tempo Giusto and Echelon records. Tough techy slamming beats, razor sharp aggressive basslines and blissful melodic themes on top along with angelic female voices. The breakdown reveals rock guitar riffs, old school piano and warm strings. The main distorted rave style synthy lead is rough and furious waiting anxiously for the beat to drop and take you on board for an energetic ride. Two super strong tracks for any trance lover. Love iT
