Dan Stone has graced our imprint with numerous remixes, of which the latest, for the smashing "Hydra" by Airtight, still holds a strong position in the top 25 beatport trance charts.
As we consider Dan to be one of the most exciting talents in the trance scene at the moment, we are more than happy to present his latest own single, that goes by the name of Twister! Yet again, Dan graces us with a production quality that is - pun alert - solid as stone!
Pounding grooves and a rocking bassline drive the track into one of Dans trademark, piano influenced breakdowns that oozes with atmospere. From this point, the twister builds and builds, until it carries your audience away in a storm of melodic energy.
To round off this package of "anjuna-talent", we asked no one less than heavyweight Nitrous Oxide, a name that needs no introduction, to deliver the remix. He took the term "deliver" seriously and put together an interpretation that stands equally peak-time worthy beside the original mix. Being more playful in the bassline and groove section, but still keeping energylevel high with strong big room leads, this remix should please progheads and uplifting fans alike.

Dimitri Kechagias review: The exceptional trance talent Dan Stone returns on the very successful trance label Tool records with his fantastic anthem Twister. The original mix is a powerful driving energetic peak time proglifting trancer with pumping beats, driving and playful basslines and huge euphoric synths that will lead the track into oblivion in its glowing euphoric climax. Feel good to the maximum with ethereal female voices, melancholic romantic piano melodies and electrified basslines to keep you dancing and jumping like there is no future. Nitrous Oxide from Poland is on board for the great remix. He stays true to his worldwide growing reputation and he delivers an exceptional version that has techy chunky beats, electro kissed basslines that create an irresistible punchy groove while the huge synths and string on top create the perfect euphoria. His breakdown is quite short letting the piano chords do the talking and then he moves to his full on euphoric climax that will be hard to stand still when you will experience it within the clubs. Its so well produced that keeps you interested for long. It will recall the great days of his Anjunabeats classics. If you love forward thinking melodic trance this package should be already in your digital collection. Love iT
